The Key To His Glory.

ENTHRONEMENT ASSEMBLY DAILY DEVOTIONALS.

Saturday October 25th, 2025.

Topic : The Key To His Glory.

Memory Verse :Romans 8:14. Those who are led by God’s Spirit are God’s children.

Bible Reading :Romans 8:16-18 GNB. Key Verse : v17.

God’s Spirit joins himself to our spirits to declare that we are God’s children. Since we are his children, we will possess the blessings he keeps for his people, and we will also possess with Christ what God has kept for him; for if we share Christ’s suffering, we will also share his glory. I consider that what we suffer at this present time cannot be compared at all with the glory that is going to be revealed to us.

The best thing that can happen to anyone is to come into a new testament relationship with God. In the old testament, the closest relationship we saw God cultivate with man was at the level of friendship which began in Eden. We saw that also in men like Abraham and Moses. These men were friends of God. Their relationship with God was so close and the trust deep. In Genesis 18, the Godhead visited Abraham in daylight just like ordinary men (God came down to his level). God spent time with him, had a chat, ate and drank and left with a promise to Sarah who served them refreshments. Even as they were going, they shared confidential information about their plans and next line of action with Abraham knowing that what they were about to do would affect him because of Lot . At the end of it all, Abraham was given the privilege to mediate to save the life of his nephew and his family. In the case of Moses, God warned the children of Israel to stop seeing Moses as a prophet because he wasn’t a prophet, but a friend.

But in this new covenant made possible by the death and resurrection of our Lord Jesus, God stepped up his relationship with mankind to the highest anyone can get. In his wisdom, he decided to treat and relate with as many as believes in Jesus Christ his son and the finished work of the cross as sons and heirs. This means that God sees and relates with us the same way he sees and relates with Jesus. That’s the secret behind ourselves, who were dead in sin before we met Christ, now becoming the righteousness of God (through him). “For God made the only one who did not know sin to become sin for us, so that we who did not know righteousness might become the righteousness of God through our union with him. 2 Corinthians 5:21 TPT. That’s the reason Jesus said that the works he did, we also shall be able to do, even greater works, when we believe. John 14:12.

Now what makes ordinary men like us enjoy the benefits, rights and privileges reserved specifically for Jesus the son of God is the mystery of adoption. Through Jesus, we all has been adopted into the heavenly family of God by faith, though we still share earthly addresses. Now we have to learn from Romans 8:17 that the key to enjoying his glory and full blessing of sonship as well as accessing our inheritances as joint heirs that Jesus paid for with his blood is in willingly partaking in his suffering. If you therfore want to enjoy bread and butter Christianity that shy away from all forms of his reproach and suffering, you will not be able to know the life of glory. Therefore each and every one of us will be able to partake in his glory to the extent we yield ourselves to partake of his suffering which is meant to pass us through a remoulding process, so that we become more resourcesful in the kingdom. “And if children, then heirs; heirs of God, and joint-heirs with Christ; if so be that we suffer with him, that we may be also glorified together.” Romans 8:17 KJV.

Key Verse : Thank you Lord Jesus for dying so that my sins can be forgiven. Thank you for making me a member of the family of God. Thank you for every inheritance I have received as an heir and the blessings of sonship following me. Help me to partake joyfully in your suffering, so that your glory and blessing be made manifest in my life in Jesus wonderful name…. Amen 🙏🏿.

The Beauty Of Grace.

ENTHRONEMENT ASSEMBLY DAILY DEVOTIONALS.

Friday October 24th, 2025.

Topic : The Beauty Of Grace.

Memory Verse :Ephesians 1:3. Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who hath blessed us with all spiritual blessings in heavenly places in Christ:

Bible Reading :Ephesians 1:4-6 KJV. Key Verse : v6.

According as he hath chosen us in him before the foundation of the world, that we should be holy and without blame before him in love: Having predestinated us unto the adoption of children by Jesus Christ to himself, according to the good pleasure of his will, To the praise of the glory of his grace, wherein he hath made us accepted in the beloved.

Grace is the most important thing that happened to mankind since creation. Grace is a supernatural instrument that God used to undo the works of Satan in the life anyone who accepts the gift of his son whom he sent to the world to restore man to a life of fellowship which was breached by the fall of man. In the realm of grace we receive freely from God things we are not qualified for because they have been paid for through the blood of Jesus which was shed on the cross of calvary for the sins of the whole world. But many people are not able to access this great gift and blessing of God because of unbelief and rejection of God’s plan. “As we enter into God’s faith-rest life we cease from our own works, just as God celebrates his finished works and rests in them. So then we must give our all and be eager to experience this faith-rest life, so that no one falls short by following the same pattern of doubt and unbelief.” Hebrews 4:10-11 TPT.

Now, grace demands that we live holy and blameless, just like God himself out of a heart of love. This means that one of the evidence of adoption and sonship is that we manifest the nature of God in everything we do. Holiness is a very important requirement for any man that desires to live in God’s presence. When we live holy and blameless, we deny the devil any ground he could stand upon to operate in the lives of men. Anytime you discover that you are a man chosen by God for any reason, you have to make conscious adjustments in your life. The choice of God is meant to separate men for divine purposes. “But the Lord said to me, “Do not say that you are too young, but go to the people I send you to, and tell them everything I command you to say. Do not be afraid of them, for I will be with you to protect you. I, the Lord, have spoken!”” Jeremiah 1:7-8 GNB.

Today, there are uncountable blessings made available to us as children of God. These blessings we need to understand are spiritual by nature in the first place. We therefore need to understand how to access these blessings as download them to this natural realm where they can add value to your life. We therefore need to ask the Lord to open our eyes to see those things he made available to us as part of his plan for our redemption. “In whom also we have obtained an inheritance, being predestinated according to the purpose of him who worketh all things after the counsel of his own will: That we should be to the praise of his glory, who first trusted in Christ. In whom ye also trusted, after that ye heard the word of truth, the gospel of your salvation: in whom also after that ye believed, ye were sealed with that holy Spirit of promise, Which is the earnest of our inheritance until the redemption of the purchased possession, unto the praise of his glory.” Ephesians 1:11-14

Prayer : Thank you Father God for counting me worthy to enjoy your grace made available to all who believe. Open my eyes to understand things you have given me for my earthly life. Help me to obey you as to get the best your grace made available to me in Jesus wonderful name….. Amen 🙏🏿.

Jesus Wants To Redirect And Empower Your Life.

ENTHRONEMENT ASSEMBLY DAILY DEVOTIONALS.

Thursday October 23rd, 2025.

Topic :Jesus Wants To Redirect And Empower Your Life.

Memory Verse :Mark 1:17. Jesus said to them, “Come with me, and I will teach you to catch people.”

Bible Reading :Mark 1:18-20 GNB. Key Verse : v19.

At once they left their nets and went with him. He went a little farther on and saw two other brothers, James and John, the sons of Zebedee. They were in their boat getting their nets ready. As soon as Jesus saw them, he called them; they left their father Zebedee in the boat with the hired men and went with Jesus.

Jesus came to the earth to reposition and redirect the destiny of many to a life of fruitfulness, victory and glory. Once his earthly ministry took off, he didn’t waste time before he began to reach out to as many as cared to listen. He began by calling men out of where they used to be (comfort zone), so that he could put a glorious direction to their lives. That has been the nature of God from the beginning, as many as walked with him became transformed and empowered through their relationship with the king of the universe. “The Lord said to Abram, “Leave your country, your relatives, and your father’s home, and go to a land that I am going to show you. I will give you many descendants, and they will become a great nation. I will bless you and make your name famous, so that you will be a blessing.” Genesis 12:1-2.

In the case of these early disciples of Jesus, he reached out to interrupt the normal daily activities which they were all used to. They were wise enough to listen and follow without hesitations. That became a turning point in their lives. One of the reasons Jesus call men to follow him is so that he could change the way they see things, think and behave, so that they can migrate into a new season of life in God’s presence. With time their lives changed and they began to do things they never knew they could do in their lifetime. “Neither is there salvation in any other: for there is none other name under heaven given among men, whereby we must be saved. Now when they saw the boldness of Peter and John, and perceived that they were unlearned and ignorant men, they marvelled; and they took knowledge of them, that they had been with Jesus.” Acts 4:12-13 KJV.

““The right time has come,” he said, “and the Kingdom of God is near! Turn away from your sins and believe the Good News!” As Jesus walked along the shore of Lake Galilee, he saw two fishermen, Simon and his brother Andrew, catching fish with a net. Jesus said to them, “Come with me, and I will teach you to catch people.” At once they left their nets and went with him.” Mark 1:15-18. The message of Jesus is a simple one. It is an announcement of the mercy and grace of God that is activated through the channel of repentance from sin and our old ways that doesn’t agree with God’s will and plan for our lives, so that we can live to serve his purpose here on earth. We have to come after him therefore with a teachable spirit because there many secrets of life, success and victorious living he wants to teach us when we are obedient. Like Peter and John, Jesus wants to empower our lives, so that we can do things we never knew we could do in our lives by the enablement of his Spirit at work in us. Romans 8:10-11.

Prayer :Thank you you Lord Jesus for your love for my soul. Thank you for counting me worthy to be part of your kingdom. Help me follow you all my days with a heart of obedience in surrender to your will. Thank you redirecting and empowering my life in Jesus wonderful name….. Amen 🙏🏿.

The Beauty Of Redemption.

ENTHRONEMENT ASSEMBLY DAILY DEVOTIONALS.

Wednesday October 22nd, 2025.

Topic The Beauty Of Redemption.

Memory Verse :Colossians 2:6. Since you have accepted Christ Jesus as Lord, live in union with him.

Bible Reading :Colossians 2:2-4 GNB. Key Verse : v3.

I do this in order that they may be filled with courage and may be drawn together in love, and so have the full wealth of assurance which true understanding brings. In this way they will know God’s secret, which is Christ himself. He is the key that opens all the hidden treasures of God’s wisdom and knowledge. I tell you, then, do not let anyone deceive you with false arguments, no matter how good they seem to be.

One of the things that helped the ministry of Apostle Paul so much in his days was his willingness to pay much price in labour, time, intercession and other sacrifices that was necessary to birth Christ in his converts. Paul taught them even from the four walls of the prison with his letters, to address some issues they had on ground including answering of their questions where they had such. He took time to address false teachings as well as nurse these believers to maturity, where they could know the right decisions to take as men that were properly informed and educated in the things of the kingdom. “Since you have accepted Christ Jesus as Lord, live in union with him. Keep your roots deep in him, build your lives on him, and become stronger in your faith, as you were taught. And be filled with thanksgiving.” Colossians 2:6-7.

Any teaching that doesn’t recognise Jesus the son of God as being in the center of God’s good plan for man is erroneous. He came to the earth as a man though he was fully God so that he could implement God’s agenda of salvation that made it possible for men to be restored to a life of fellowship with the father through his shed blood and the workings of the Holy Spirit. In building a relationship with God therefore, we don’t need to add anything to Jesus who was crucified. The price of sin which he paid with his blood is what gives him the legal right to redeem man unto himself. “But God commendeth his love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us. Much more then, being now justified by his blood, we shall be saved from wrath through him.” Romans 5:8-9 KJV.

Justification is that prerogative of God that absolves a man of the guilt of sin when we believe or by simple faith. All we need from this point is to develop hunger and thirst for the knowledge of Christ, so that we can be able to access our rights and privileges in him that builds our confidence and trust in him as God and saviour. Through our Lord Jesus, we are able to access the wisdom and deep blessings of God which are spiritual in nature. Our faith in him unlocks the doors of supernatural possibilities that places us ahead of the enemy and his negative activities in the lives of men. One of the best things redemption made possible is that it brought us into a life of union with Jesus Christ and the father by the help of his Spirit, which gives us direct access to heavenly resources that beautifies the life of a man as we share in his glory. John 17:20-24.

Prayer :Thank you Father God for giving me Jesus, your son. Thank you Lord Jesus for bringing me into a life of union with the Godhead. Help me by your Spirit to access the wisdom, knowledge and blessings you have for men in the heavenlies, so that my life can manifest your beauty in Jesus precious name…. Amen 🙏🏿.

Allow The Word To Transform You.

ENTHRONEMENT ASSEMBLY DAILY DEVOTIONALS.

Tuesday October 21st, 2025.

Topic :Allow The Word To Transform You.

Memory Verse :James 1:21. Do not deceive yourselves by just listening to his word; instead, put it into practice.

Bible Reading :James 1:22-24 GNB. Key Verse : v24.

Whoever listens to the word but does not put it into practice is like a man who looks in a mirror and sees himself as he is. He takes a good look at himself and then goes away and at once forgets what he looks like. But those who look closely into the perfect law that sets people free, who keep on paying attention to it and do not simply listen and then forget it, but put it into practice — they will be blessed by God in what they do.

James here is trying to let us know that how to make the word of God effective and impactful in our lives. In doing this, we have to always approach God’s presence with the mindset of a people who desire to learn at his feet. We need to know that the church or gathering of God’s people is intended to impart us with the wisdom of God. We should always come to God with a hunger in our spirit to learn more of him in order to become better people. At first we need to understand that every man was born blind to the ways of righteousness because of the fall and nature of man. “Now the Lord is that Spirit: and where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is liberty. But we all, with open face beholding as in a glass the glory of the Lord, are changed into the same image from glory to glory, even as by the Spirit of the Lord.” 2 Corinthians 3:17-18 KJV.

Today we need to understand that we have a responsibility as Bible students to make the word we read, hear or study impact our lives. The word can’t change any one who doesn’t have a mindset of learning in order to implement what we have learnt, so as to produce desired results to enable us become better people. In doing this, we have to understand that there’s no life the word of God can’t transform, when we are willing for transformational the changes. That is the right way to tap into the depths of the unsearchable riches of God embedded in his word.

“And in them is fulfilled the prophecy of Esaias, which saith, By hearing ye shall hear, and shall not understand; and seeing ye shall see, and shall not perceive: For this people’s heart is waxed gross, and their ears are dull of hearing, and their eyes they have closed; lest at any time they should see with their eyes, and hear with their ears, and should understand with their heart, and should be converted, and I should heal them. But blessed are your eyes, for they see: and your ears, for they hear.” Matthew 13:14-16 KJV. Today we have to learn that one of the reasons the heart of men is not able to process God’s word as to produce results with same is because of the fact that their minds are made up. They are not pursuing God as they come after him, but the blessings of God and stuffs like that. Once they have those things, they feel a sense of false satisfaction because of the shallow level of their understanding.

Prayer :Thank you Father God for teaching me your wisdom through your word. Help me to always come to you with a desire to be changed to become a better person in life. Help me to put everything I learn in your presence to practice, so that I can birth a glorious future in you in Jesus wonderful name….. Amen 🙏🏿.

Evidence Of His Presence.

ENTHRONEMENT ASSEMBLY DAILY DEVOTIONALS.

Monday October 20th, 2025.

Topic :Evidence Of His Presence.

Memory Verse :1 Samuel 1:19. So it was that she became pregnant and gave birth to a son. She named him Samuel, and explained, “I asked the Lord for him.”

Bible Reading :1 Samuel 1:16-18 GNB. Key Verse : v18.

“Go in peace,” Eli said, “and may the God of Israel give you what you have asked him for.” “May you always think kindly of me,” she replied. Then she went away, ate some food, and was no longer sad. The next morning Elkanah and his family got up early, and after worshipping the Lord, they went back home to Ramah. Elkanah had intercourse with his wife Hannah, and the Lord answered her prayer.

Elkanah had two wives. The first was Hanah who had no child at the moment in discussion fot her husband while the second wife was known as Peninah, who bore her husband children. “There was a man named Elkanah, from the tribe of Ephraim, who lived in the town of Ramah in the hill country of Ephraim. He was the son of Jeroham and grandson of Elihu, and belonged to the family of Tohu, a part of the clan of Zuph. Elkanah had two wives, Hannah and Peninnah. Peninnah had children, but Hannah had none. Every year Elkanah went from Ramah to worship and offer sacrifices to the Lord Almighty at Shiloh, where Hophni and Phinehas, the two sons of Eli, were priests of the Lord. Each time Elkanah offered his sacrifice, he would give one share of the meat to Peninnah and one share to each of her children..”” 1 Samuel 1:1-4.

Peninnah made the life of Hanah unbearable and miserable with her mockery and continuous trouble. This persisted till Hanah was fed up and made up her mind to desperately demand for God’s intervention in her situation for a change of story when they went to worship in Shiloh. “Peninnah, her rival, would torment and humiliate her, because the Lord had kept her childless. This went on year after year; whenever they went to the house of the Lord, Peninnah would upset Hannah so much that she would cry and refuse to eat anything. Her husband Elkanah would ask her, “Hannah, why are you crying? Why won’t you eat? Why are you always so sad? Don’t I mean more to you than ten sons?”” 1 Samuel 1:6-8.

God visited Hanah and granted her requests for a son when she finally took her case to the judge of the universe who is God Almighty. Some people reading this are going through situations where they are are being taunted and mocked. They’ve served the Lord with a genuine heart, but lack evidence of his presence in their lives. Such men has been looking upto God to answer to the questions of their enemies and to vindicate their souls. To such people there’s a word of assurance and comfort. From today, the Lord will take glory in your situation. He will grant you undeniable evidence of his presence that will shut the mouth of your adversaries and mockers because of his son Jesus Christ our saviour.

Prayer : Thank you Father God for you are a prayer answering God. Thank you because you are risen with answers to the questions of my enemies. Thank you because you have come down with evidence of your presence in everything I do. I bless your name for transformational changes in Jesus wonderful name…. Amen 🙏🏿.

Tarry To Affect A Change.

ENTHRONEMENT ASSEMBLY DAILY DEVOTIONALS.

Sunday October 19th, 2025.

Topic : Tarry To Affect A Change.

Memory Verse :Genesis 32:26. The man said, “Your name will no longer be Jacob. You have struggled with God and with men, and you have won; so your name will be Israel.”

Bible Reading :Genesis 32:23 GNB. Key Verse : v24.

When the man saw that he was not winning the struggle, he struck Jacob on the hip, and it was thrown out of joint. The man said, “Let me go; daylight is coming.”“I won’t, unless you bless me,” Jacob answered. “What is your name?” the man asked.“Jacob,” he answered.

Jacob had obtained the blessing of his elder brother Esau and ran to live with his uncle Laban at the counsel of his mother Rebecca. Jacob served Laban and got married to his two daughters. God blessed and made him succeed while with Laban. At the right time, God asked Jacob to return to his father’s house with all he had, because the house of Laban had become uncomfortable for him. “Jacob heard that Laban’s sons were saying, “Jacob has taken everything that belonged to our father. All his wealth has come from what our father owned.” He also saw that Laban was no longer as friendly as he had been earlier. Then the Lord said to him, “Go back to the land of your fathers and to your relatives. I will be with you.”” Genesis 31:1-3.

On his way back home, he was afraid of what would happen because of what he did to his brother. Before he fled for his life, Esau was getting ready to terminate his life in rage. Behind him was the unfriendly family of Laban that he was escaping their envious wrath and before him laid the reality of meeting an angry brother. He was desperate therefore for divine intervention. He therefore sent away every one from him, so that he could really spend time alone with God to secure his future in the Spirit. There he engaged God all night in the place of prayer. There he encountered an angel of God’s presence whom he wrestled with all night. That singular encounter changed everything about him as he was ushered into a new realm of favour, fulfillment and covenant walk with God.

The most important lesson of this encounter was his desperation for a change and refusal to take no for answer or have a rescheduled meeting before his matter could be settled. There, the Lord validated his victory before God and with men. This meant that he contacted a new measure of favour of the Lord that caused even supposed enemies to love and and assist him. His meeting with Esau humbled him. God had touched the heart of his brother and restored brotherly love. “But Esau ran to meet him, threw his arms round him, and kissed him. They were both crying. When Esau looked round and saw the women and the children, he asked, “Who are these people with you?”“These, sir, are the children whom God has been good enough to give me,” Jacob answered. Then the concubines came up with their children and bowed down; then Leah and her children came, and last of all Joseph and Rachel came and bowed down. Esau asked, “What about that other group I met? What did that mean?”Jacob answered, “It was to gain your favour.” But Esau said, “I have enough, my brother; keep what you have.”” Genesis 33:4.

Prayer :Thank you Father God because you are a prayer answering God. Today I demand a change in….. (mention where you need the change). I worship you because you are opening new chapters of answers and blessings in my life from this time onwards in Jesus wonderful name….. Amen 🙏🏿.

Rest Through The Channel Of Loyalty.

ENTHRONEMENT ASSEMBLY DAILY DEVOTIONALS.

Saturday October 18th, 2025.

Topic : Rest Through The Channel Of Loyalty.

Memory Verse : Hebrews 3:12. My fellow-believers, be careful that no one among you has a heart so evil and unbelieving as to turn away from the living God.

Bible Reading : Hebrews 3:9-11 GNB. Key Verse : v10.

There they put me to the test and tried me, says God, although they had seen what I did for forty years. And so I was angry with those people and said, ‘They are always disloyal and refuse to obey my commands.’ I was angry and made a solemn promise: ‘They will never enter the land where I would have given them rest!’ ”

In relating with God, we need to understand his mode of operation or the way he behaves as a Spirit or an entity. The easiest way to learn the ways of God is by studying his dealings and relationship with men of old whose account of their walk with God was captured in his word. The first understanding we need to have in our dealings with God is purpose. The primary reason God created man was because he was looking for a house he can live in and operate from. That was the primary reason behind creating man in God’s image and likeness. Every other things God created was made to provide man with a conducive atmosphere for him to function in God’s plan for his life on earth.

Another thing we have to learn is that our relationship with God is always tied to his terms and conditions. We are in it to bring glory and honour to him glorious name in everything. The children of Israel who is described here as our ancestors could not understand this dimension of God. Therefore when circumstances arose in their journey with the Lord through the wilderness, that was meant to demonstrate the ability of their God and our God to provide and preserve, they were only seeing the negative part of their experience, which beclouded their sense of sound reasoning to appreciate the depth of what God was doing in their lives and situation. This made them walk in disobedience to attract the wrath of God that robbed many of them the joy of entering their appointed place of rest in due season.

Today, we have to learn to be loyal or obey the Lord unconditionally, trusting in his love. When we have a revelation of the love of God for us as his own people, we will be able to trust in his dealings and instructions, even when they are not really what we expected them to be. “I alone know the plans I have for you, plans to bring you prosperity and not disaster, plans to bring about the future you hope for. Then you will call to me. You will come and pray to me, and I will answer you. You will seek me, and you will find me because you will seek me with all your heart.” Jeremiah 29:11-23. We need to surrender to God’s plan for our lives and avoid doing things in our own way. We have to believe him no matter the situation because he is dependable. The truth is that whatever process the Lord passes us through, the result will always produce glory and rest when we remain faithful in our walk and services before him.

Prayer :Thank you Father God for your love that made you give up your son to save my soul. Help me to catch a revelation of the love you have for me. Help me to trust and obey your voice unconditionally. Thank you for bringing me into a place of rest in Jesus wonderful name…. Amen 🙏🏿.

Take Advantage Of The Help Of God.

ENTHRONEMENT ASSEMBLY DAILY DEVOTIONALS.

Friday October 17th, 2025.

Topic :Take Advantage Of The Help Of God.

Memory Verse :Zechariah 4:14. He said, “Zerubbabel has laid the foundation of the Temple, and he will finish the building. When this happens, my people will know that it is I who sent you to them.

Bible Reading :Zechariah 4:11-13 GNB.Key Verse: v11.

The angel told me to give Zerubbabel this message from the Lord: “You will succeed, not by military might or by your own strength, but by my spirit. Obstacles as great as mountains will disappear before you. You will rebuild the Temple, and as you put the last stone in place, the people will shout, ‘Beautiful, beautiful!’ ” Another message came to me from the Lord.

The people of Judah fell into the hands of the enemy because they deviated from the ways of the Lord and was judged by enemy nations. These nations defeated them and destroyed the temple built by Solomon and left it in ruins and city of Jerusalem in it’s shadows. This time the Lord opened the door for their return from exile and rebuilding of the temple. At that point in time, Zerubbabel was having challenges from within and without in the course of the rebuilding process. God had to raise a voice of assurances and encouragement through his servant Zechariah by visions and messages that was meant to help Zerubbabel succeed in the rebuilding process.

God was trying to change the mindset of Zerubbabel, so that he could have a right approach to the assignment that he had at hand. Zerubbabel was looking at his capabilities, military prowess and preparations in the physical realm as a man. But God was trying to take him to a dimension of the Spirit which men who knows the edge it gives anyone who understands how to access it in battles of life tap into. “The LORD killeth, and maketh alive: he bringeth down to the grave, and bringeth up. The LORD maketh poor, and maketh rich: he bringeth low, and lifteth up. He raiseth up the poor out of the dust, and lifteth up the beggar from the dunghill, to set them among princes, and to make them inherit the throne of glory: for the pillars of the earth are the LORD’S, and he hath set the world upon them. He will keep the feet of his saints, and the wicked shall be silent in darkness; for by strength shall no man prevail.” 1 Samuel 2:6-9 KJV.

Moving God’s Hand In Your Favour.

ENTHRONEMENT ASSEMBLY DAILY DEVOTIONALS.

Thursday October 16th, 2025.

Topic : Moving God’s Hand In Your Favour.

Memory Verse :Matthew 8:3. And Jesus put forth his hand, and touched him, saying, I will; be thou clean. And immediately his leprosy was cleansed.

Bible Reading :Matthew 8:1-2,4 KJV. Key Verse : v2.

When he was come down from the mountain, great multitudes followed him. And, behold, there came a leper and worshipped him, saying, Lord, if thou wilt, thou canst make me clean. And Jesus saith unto him, See thou tell no man; but go thy way, shew thyself to the priest, and offer the gift that Moses commanded, for a testimony unto them.

Jesus Christ lived a prayerful life while he walked on the surface of earth as a man. Most time he separated himself to the mountains to pray after his daily activities and to prepare himself for the next day. That was the secret behind the miracles and awesome testimonies that his earthly ministry was known for. Some of the times he took some of his disciples along with him to the place of prayer so that they could learn from his personal life. When they saw the effect of prayer on his ministry, they had to approach him to teach them the way to pray and carry power or command results, just like himself. He left us an example to follow therefore as believers in living lifestyles of prayer. “Then Jesus told his disciples a parable to teach them that they should always pray and never become discouraged.” Luke 18:1 GNB.

This time, as he came down from the mountain or the place of prayer, people were waiting for him already. Many of them came as spectators, not having any serious business they intend to transact with him. I want to believe that some had problems he could solve but was not serious about getting his attention to meet their needs. Such men came as spectators to make up the crowd as to tell the stories of what happened after they were gone. In the main text, this particular leper made up his mind that it was the day for him to receive a touch of healing from Jesus, even before he came for that particular meeting. He made sure he stayed where he could get the attention of the Master himself. When he met Jesus he went ahead to open his encounter with worship to get his unreserved attention in the first place. After he worshipped the Lord, he humbly acknowledged the fact that Jesus had what it takes to heal him, should he desire to do so.

Some of the lessons in this encounter includes that anytime we are coming to God’s presence, we should always come with a business mindset. Many people don’t have understanding of what God can do when we are in his presence. Such men therefore come to God’s presence casually and go back with the problems God can solve in his presence, simply because they don’t know how to move the hand of God in their favour. The second lesson here is the fact that the leper first worshipped the master to get his attention and open up a conversation. We must learn that God can’t resist a true worshipper. Anytime we worship God from the depths of our hearts, we move him to the point of moving to meet our needs, even before we are able to ask.

Prayer :Thank you Lord Jesus because of your love that brought me into a life of fellowship with you. Help me to live with the consciousness that you can always do all things. As I worship you today, do great and mighty things in my life in Jesus wonderful name….. Amen 🙏🏿.
