Take Advantage Of Jesus

ENTHRONEMENT ASSEMBLY DAILY DEVOTIONALS.

Wednesday 27th December, 2023.

Topic : Take Advantage Of Jesus.

Memory Verse:John 1:29. The next day John seeth Jesus coming unto him, and saith, Behold the Lamb of God, which taketh away the sin of the world.

Bible Reading :John 1:32-34 KJV. Key Verse: v34.

And John bare record, saying, I saw the Spirit descending from heaven like a dove, and it abode upon him. And I knew him not: but he that sent me to baptize with water, the same said unto me, Upon whom thou shalt see the Spirit descending, and remaining on him, the same is he which baptizeth with the Holy Ghost. And I saw, and bare record that this is the Son of God.

As we eat, drink and exchange gifts this season because of Jesus Christ, we must do everything possible not to miss out the spiritual blessings attached to his birth and glorious earthly life. It is very important to understand that he is the light of the world. When we walk with him, there will be clarity in purpose and direction, every confusion disappears into thin air. Men grope through life and fall into the ditches of religion and false beliefs when they reject the son of God. “Then spake Jesus again unto them, saying, I am the light of the world: he that followeth me shall not walk in darkness, but shall have the light of life. The Pharisees therefore said unto him, Thou bearest record of thyself; thy record is not true. Jesus answered and said unto them, Though I bear record of myself, yet my record is true: for I know whence I came, and whither I go; but ye cannot tell whence I come, and whither I go.” John 8:12-14.

“Then Joseph her husband, being a just man, and not willing to make her a publick example, was minded to put her away privily. But while he thought on these things, behold, the angel of the Lord appeared unto him in a dream, saying, Joseph, thou son of David, fear not to take unto thee Mary thy wife: for that which is conceived in her is of the Holy Ghost. And she shall bring forth a son, and thou shalt call his name JESUS: for he shall save his people from their sins.” Matthew 1:19-21. Joseph was contemplating breaking his engagement to Mary who suddenly became pregnant without him doing anything with her. He wanted to disengage her secretly to avoid exposing her to open ridicule and attendant danger of punishment as it was with their Jewish custom. The angel of God had to explain to him in the dream that Mary’s conception was by the power of the Holy Spirit, so that the seed of God in her could bear the sinless nature of God, in order to have what it takes to deliver or save mankind from the yoke of sin.

On a final note, after we are saved from sin, Jesus desires to baptise us with the Holy Ghost and his Power. This divine deposit of God’s Spirit in us is all we need to live like him and do things that only him can do here on earth. ” But as many as received him, to them gave he power to become the sons of God, even to them that believe on his name: Which were born, not of blood, nor of the will of the flesh, nor of the will of man, but of God . And the Word was made flesh, and dwelt among us, (and we beheld his glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father,) full of grace and truth.” John 1:12-14.

Prayer :Thank you Father God for giving us Jesus Christ to save us from our sins fill us with your Spirit. Help me to key into this great plan of salvation to the fullest. Help me to take best advantage of his appearing to live my life to glorify forever in Jesus wonderful name… Amen 🙏🏿.

Let His Birth Count In Your Life

ENTHRONEMENT ASSEMBLY DAILY DEVOTIONALS.

Tuesday 26th December, 2023.

Topic: Let His Birth Count In Your Life.

Memory Verse: Luke 19:10. For the Son of man is come to seek and to save that which was lost.

Bible Reading :Luke 19:7-9 KJV. Key Verse: v7.

And when they saw it, they all murmured, saying, That he was gone to be guest with a man that is a sinner. And Zacchaeus stood, and said unto the Lord; Behold, Lord, the half of my goods I give to the poor; and if I have taken any thing from any man by false accusation, I restore him fourfold. And Jesus said unto him, This day is salvation come to this house, forsomuch as he also is a son of Abraham.

Zachaeus was a rich tax collector (republican) in his days. The Jews always saw such people as agents of oppression of their own people in the hands of the Roman empire of those days who had political control over them. Not only that, the words of Zachaeus himself confirmed he was corrupt and oppressive in his practices…
“Zachaeus joyously welcomed Jesus and was amazed over his gracious visit to his home. Zacchaeus stood in front of the Lord and said, “Half of all that I own I will give to the poor. And Lord, if I have cheated anyone, I promise to pay back four times as much as I stole.” Luke 19:8 TPT.

Despite his shortcomings as a man, Zachaeus had a hunger to meet Jesus Christ, having heard much about the most popular and impactful man that ever lived. His snall stature couldn’t allow him because of the crowd that followed Jesus. He had to devise a means to at least cast his eyes on Jesus and have a good view of him and if possible speak with him. That burning desire made him climb a sycomore tree by the wayside of the road Jesus was taking. When Jesus saw him there on the tree, he took note of his hunger and sacrifice in order to see Christ. I believe that Jesus also noticed that deep in his heart, he longed for a life changing encounter, he didn’t just want to see him for seeing sake, just like any other person. It was that inner hunger Christ saw that made him visit his home to finish the work. “Blessed are they which do hunger and thirst after righteousness: for they shall be filled.” Matthew 5:6.

As we celebrate Jesus Christ this season by remembering his birth, he is still going round looking for men who desire an encounter with him just like brother Zachaeus. He still wants to remind us that he came primarily to seek and to save those who were lost in sin. He remains the best friend any man including sinners can make, because only him has capacity to deliver men from our sinful nature when we surrender to him, how terrible our lives might have been notwithstanding. “He came unto his own, and his own received him not. But as many as received him, to them gave he power to become the sons of God, even to them that believe on his name: Which were born, not of blood, nor of the will of the flesh, nor of the will of man, but of God.” John 1:11-13.

Prayer :Thank you Lord Jesus for coming to seek and to save a helpless sinner like me. I have a hunger in my spirit to know you more. Take me deeper into your realm, reveal yourself to me afresh. Let your birth and sacrifice count in my life forever in Jesus wonderful name…. Amen 🙏🏿.

Jesus Is The Saviour

ENTHRONEMENT ASSEMBLY DAILY DEVOTIONALS.

Monday 25th December, 2023.

Topic: Jesus Is The Saviour.

Memory Verse: Isaiah 9:8,18. The Lord sent a word into Jacob, and it hath lighted upon Israel.

Bible Reading :Isaiah 9:6-7 KJV. Key Verse: v6.

For unto us a child is born, unto us a son is given: and the government shall be upon his shoulder: and his name shall be called Wonderful, Counsellor, The mighty God, The everlasting Father, The Prince of Peace. Of the increase of his government and peace there shall be no end, upon the throne of David, and upon his kingdom, to order it, and to establish it with judgment and with justice from henceforth even for ever. The zeal of the LORD of hosts will perform this.

Isaiah here prophesied about the birth of Jesus Christ who is the light of the world. Before he came on the scene, the whole world was in darkness of sin, confussion, religious intolerance, selfish greed and wickedness of men, etc. all because of the depravity of the fallen man, who desperately needed help from a higher power. “The people who walked in darkness have seen a great light. They lived in a land of shadows, but now light is shining on them. You have given them great joy, Lord; you have made them happy. They rejoice in what you have done, as people rejoice when they harvest their corn or when they divide captured wealth. For you have broken the yoke that burdened them     and the rod that beat their shoulders. You have defeated the nation     that oppressed and exploited your people,     just as you defeated the army of Midian long ago.”
Isaiah 9:2-4 GNB.

The child whom we remember or celebrate his birth today is not an ordinary child, but the son of God. God taking the form of a man in order save as many as will believe in him from the fallen nature and the attendant depravity of the mind. “And, behold, they cried out, saying, What have we to do with thee, Jesus, thou Son of God? art thou come hither to torment us before the time?” Matthew 8:29. On earth, even demons recognised him as son of God who had capacity to torment, or do anything he wants to them. It is good to note that Isaiah said that this son is not just an ordinary son of God, but one who will rule the nations on behalf of the father. That is the reason every knee including that of demons, seen and unseen forces must bow to him. “And being found in fashion as a man, he humbled himself, and became obedient unto death, even the death of the cross. Wherefore God also hath highly exalted him, and given him a name which is above every name: That at the name of Jesus every knee should bow (as ruler), of things in heaven, and things in earth, and things under the earth; And that every tongue should confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father (who placed him on the throne).” Philippians 2:8-11 KJV.

Now if you watch his earthly life closely from the scriptures, you will see that all that Isaiah prophesied about him came to pass in fulness. He came to the earth to establish God’s kingdom or rule on earth in the hearts of them that believe their colour or race notwithstanding. He has become our earthly guide, teacher, king and counsellor through his Spirit as given to us at pentecost. “Nevertheless I tell you the truth; It is expedient for you that I go away: for if I go not away, the Comforter will not come unto you; but if I depart, I will send him unto you. And when he is come, he will reprove the world of sin, and of righteousness, and of judgment: Of sin, because they believe not on me; Of righteousness, because I go to my Father, and ye see me no more; Of judgment, because the prince of this world is judged.” John 16:7-11. As the prince of peace, he reconciled us back to God the Father or made peace with his shed blood. Through him all men can be saved. Colossians 1:20, Acts 4:12.

Prayer: Thank you Father God for giving us your son Jesus to save us from our sins. Lord Jesus, I worship you today because of who you are and what you have done for me. I surrender my life to you. I will serve you till the end of my life in Jesus wonderful name…. Amen 🙏🏿.

Don’t Miss God In Your Blessing

ENTHRONEMENT ASSEMBLY DAILY DEVOTIONALS.

Sunday 24th December, 2023.

Topic :Don’t Miss God In Your Blessing.

Memory Verse: Luke 12:20. But God said unto him, Thou fool, this night thy soul shall be required of thee: then whose shall those things be, which thou hast provided?

Bible Reading :Luke 12:17-19. Key Verse : v19.

And he thought within himself, saying, What shall I do, because I have no room where to bestow my fruits? And he said, This will I do: I will pull down my barns, and build greater; and there will I bestow all my fruits and my goods.

And I will say to my soul, Soul, thou hast much goods laid up for many years; take thine ease, eat, drink, and be merry.

Two brothers were having issues in the sharing of family properties. One of them was not willing to share the family property with his brother. The one being denied reported the matter to Jesus, desiring his intervention. Jesus then used the parable of the rich fool to teach us the dangers of living a life that is dependent solely on materialism. There is nothing wrong in having material things or the things that makes life good and comfortable. At the time, there’s need for each and every one of us to understand the place of God in our success and achievements in life to enable us give him his glory due to him, as well as use his blessings upon our lives to serve his purpose or honour him in all we do.

Now God blessed the works of the this particular farmer beyond his measure probably so that he can be a blessing to some indigent and hungry folks around him, but didn’t have understanding. In the first place he thought it was by his wisdom and expertise he was able to achieve that much. He therefore had no place for God by giving him the glory. Again, because he lacked understanding, he didn’t he had no plans to touch the lives of others around him as God wanted him to. All his plans was centered around himself and himself alone. God saw him as missing the purpose for which he was positioned at that point in time to meet some pressing need and be a blessing and decided in his sovereignty to call him home.

Today we need to learn live a balanced life. God wants to bless or make us successful in our endeavours. At the same time, he wants us to love him as father and provider above the riches and blessings, so that such won’t have control over us, as take us away from his presence or make us proud to a point that we become selfish and miss God’s purpose. “Surely men of low degree are vanity, and men of high degree are a lie: to be laid in the balance, they are altogether lighter than vanity. Trust not in oppression, and become not vain in robbery: if riches increase, set not your heart upon them. God hath spoken once; twice have I heard this; that power belongeth unto God .” Psalms 62:9-11.

Prayer :Thank you Father God for without you I can achieve nothing. From today as you bless and grant my heart desires, help me not to be carried away as to miss your purpose. Let nothing take away from your presence in Jesus precious name… Amen 🙏🏿.

Create An Atmosphere Of Praise And Thanksgiving

ENTHRONEMENT ASSEMBLY DAILY DEVOTIONALS.

Saturday 23rd December, 2023.

Topic : Create An Atmosphere Of Praise And Thanksgiving.

Memory Verse: 1 Chronicles 16:12. Remember his marvellous works that he hath done, his wonders, and the judgments of his mouth;

Bible Reading :1 Chronicles 16:8-11. Key Verse : v9.

Give thanks unto the LORD, call upon his name, make known his deeds among the people. Sing unto him, sing psalms unto him, talk ye of all his wondrous works. Glory ye in his holy name: let the heart of them rejoice that seek the LORD. Seek the LORD and his strength, seek his face continually.

One of the easiest ways to get to the heart of God is by praise and thanksgiving. One of the secrets of king David in his days was that he served God with a heart of gratitude. He knew how to see God is his victories and achievements in life. He did not allow himself or anything else take the place of God at any point in time in his life, as to make him not to give God the glory that is due to him alone for his wonderous works. At no point in time did he forget where God picked him from and began to make him, just by the power of his sovereignty. “And David said unto Michal, It was before the LORD, which chose me before thy father, and before all his house, to appoint me ruler over the people of the LORD, over Israel: therefore will I play before the LORD. And I will yet be more vile than thus, and will be base in mine own sight: and of the maidservants which thou hast spoken of, of them shall I be had in honour.” 2 Samuel 6:21-22.

This season, we are to open our mouths anywhere we find ourselves to declare the mighty works of God in our lives. We must not forget, but remember his loving kindness and tender mercies. His provision and protective arms around us. If you check very well, you will see his divine judgement in the camp of your enemies and troublers. He has been fighting battles that you can’t even fight for yourself. It is time to make melody or joyful noise unto the Lord. It doesn’t matter how the year might have gone for you, but remember that if God wasn’t there for you and me, it would have be worse. We have to be grateful for his preservative grace speaking over our lives.
“Give unto the LORD the glory due unto his name: bring an offering, and come before him: worship the LORD in the beauty of holiness. Fear before him, all the earth: the world also shall be stable, that it be not moved. Let the heavens be glad, and let the earth rejoice: and let men say among the nations, The LORD reigneth.” 1 Chronicles 16:29-31.

God has been faithful in every generation, our shortcomings notwithstanding.” And hath confirmed the same to Jacob for a law, and to Israel for an everlasting covenant, Saying, Unto thee will I give the land of Canaan, the lot of your inheritance; When ye were but few, even a few, and strangers in it. And when they went from nation to nation, and from one kingdom to another people; He suffered no man to do them wrong: yea, he reproved kings for their sakes, Saying, Touch not mine anointed, and do my prophets no harm.

Sing unto the LORD, all the earth; shew forth from day to day his salvation.” 1 Chronicles 16:17-23. Never forget that an atmosphere of praise and thanksgiving, will always be an atmosphere of divine intervention. You are entering a season of harvesr of miracles.

Prayer : Thank you Father God for all you have done in my life, family and nation. If you were not there, I would have been consumed. As I praise, thank and declare your mighty works this season, do great and mighty things in my life, family and nation in Jesus wonderful name…. Amen 🙏🏿.

Keys To Finishing Strong

ENTHRONEMENT ASSEMBLY DAILY DEVOTIONALS.

Friday 22nd December, 2023.

Topic : Keys To Finishing Strong.

Memory Verse:1 Timothy 6:9. But they that will be rich (hastily) fall into temptation and a snare, and into many foolish and hurtful lusts, which drown men in destruction and perdition.

Bible Reading :1 Timothy 6:5-8. Key Verse: v7.

Perverse disputings of men of corrupt minds, and destitute of the truth, supposing that gain is godliness: from such withdraw thyself. But godliness with contentment is great gain. For we brought nothing into this world, and it is certain we can carry nothing out. And having food and raiment let us be therewith content.

Riches, wealth and all the good things of this life are good to have, but they are not the most important thing anyone who understands the purpose of living should pursue at all cost. Many people measure success in the kingdom by the volume of material things one controls in our days. But that is not the way God himself sees it. Others in their drive to belong to a certain class in the society and command respect and attention of men in the kingdom are soiling their hands. Sometimes we seem to forget that the words of wisdom that Elder John gave us… “Love not the world, neither the things that are in the world. If any man love the world, the love of the Father is not in him. For all that is in the world, the lust of the flesh, and the lust of the eyes, and the pride of life, is not of the Father, but is of the world. And the world passeth away, and the lust thereof: but he that doeth the will of God abideth for ever.” 1 John 2:15-17.

Truth is that when we serve God faithfully, the blessings are bound to come and at God’s own timing too. But when we prioritise material things above our walk with God, we are bound to make mistakes. “(For after all these things do the Gentiles seek:) for your heavenly Father knoweth that ye have need of all these things. But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you.” Matthew 6:32-33. Riches, wealth and other material things are things we receive from God as birthright in the place of service, as his offsprings. Hagai 2:8.

“But thou, O man of God, flee these things; and follow after righteousness, godliness, faith, love, patience, meekness. Fight the good fight of faith, lay hold on eternal life, whereunto thou art also called, and hast professed a good profession before many witnesses. I give thee charge in the sight of God, who quickeneth all things, and before Christ Jesus, who before Pontius Pilate witnessed a good confession;” 1 Timothy 6:11-13. Today, what Paul told his son Timothy he is telling us. We must learn to be patient in humility when things seems to delay. We must be men that follow after what is right before God. There is need for us to walk in love for God and the brethren. Most importantly, we must keep our faith or trust in God standing firm under any circumstances. When we have done these, we will be in right condition to give our heavenly race the best we can as to finish strong.

Prayer :Thank you Father God because you will always uphold me with your mighty hand. Today, help me to love you more than what the eyes can see. Keep me from every trap that destroy men’s destiny in you. Help me to finish strong in Jesus precious name…. Amen 🙏🏿.

The Knowledge Of God That Elevates

ENTHRONEMENT ASSEMBLY DAILY DEVOTIONALS.

Thursday 21st December, 2023.

Topic : The Knowledge Of God That Elevates.

Memory Verse : Philippians 3:13. Of course, my brothers and sisters, I really do not think that I have already won it; the one thing I do, however, is to forget what is behind me and do my best to reach what is ahead.

Bible Reading : Philippians 3:10-13. Key Verse: v13.

All I want is to know Christ and to experience the power of his resurrection, to share in his sufferings and become like him in his death, in the hope that I myself will be raised from death to life. I do not claim that I have already succeeded or have already become perfect. I keep striving to win the prize for which Christ Jesus has already won me to himself.

The strength of every believer is dependent on the depth of his/her knowledge of God. Even in the regular world, knowledge is a very powerful tool in the hands of anyone that has such in any given field. The more you acquire knowledge in life in any given field of endeavour, the more value your are able to bring to the table when the chips are down. The greater the value you can deliver, the more reward you will be able to attract in life. Even in the kingdom of God, the more we know God by revelation and by relationship, the more our trust or confidence (faith) in him grows. At this point, you won’t be relating with God just on the basis of what someone told you about him or you read anywhere, but by personal tangible proofs of whom he is and what you are sure he does or can do, based on your personal testimony of him.

Apostle Paul was hungry zealous for God in a wrong direction. But his encounter with the master on his way to Damascus repositioned him. At this point he didn’t need any human persuasion. The things that happened between the time he encountered the true light of the world and became blind, so that he could follow divine instructions and be at a place where he could be cared for and ministered to, for a new him to emerge, were convincing enough to ignite an uncommon hunger for more of God’s glory in his life. He lived the rest of his life pursuing Jesus Christ who was more real than anything else he had known. The hunger he had for Jesus and all that goes with him was so strong that nothing else mattered more to him. That was key to the price he paid and uncommon revelations of God he is able to share with us today. “Blessed are they which do hunger and thirst after righteousness: for they shall be filled.” Matthew 5:6 KJV.

Today many lives are without direction simply because they are dependent on human intelligence and wisdom that can fail or disappoint when least expected. Many are building their lives based on human philosophy and earthly values that leads nowhere instead of their maker. The resultant effect is misplaced priority and a life without a clear direction. If we must have the type of results Apostle Paul had in his days, we have to embrace his type of mindset and life of total surrender, which was the secret that brought him as far as he was able to get. “I am crucified with Christ: nevertheless I live; yet not I, but Christ liveth in me: and the life which I now live in the flesh I live by the faith of the Son of God, who loved me, and gave himself for me.” Galatians 2:20.

Prayer :Thank you Father God for giving me Jesus. From today open me up to know Jesus by personal experience daily. Lord Jesus, help me by your Spirit to be like you. I desire to be a blessing in Jesus wonderful name…. Amen 🙏🏿.

Memory Verse: 1 Samuel 15:13. And Samuel came to Saul: and Saul said unto him, Blessed be thou of the LORD: I have performed the commandment of the LORD.

Bible Reading :1 Samuel 15:10-12. Key Verse : v11.

Then came the word of the LORD unto Samuel, saying, It repenteth me that I have set up Saul to be king: for he is turned back from following me, and hath not performed my commandments. And it grieved Samuel; and he cried unto the LORD all night. And when Samuel rose early to meet Saul in the morning, it was told Samuel, saying, Saul came to Carmel, and, behold, he set him up a place, and is gone about, and passed on, and gone down to Gilgal.

The people of Israel wanted to have a king like other sorounding nations thst could lead them to war against their enemies and God granted their request. Now Saul was anointed king to rule the people of God by Samuel the prophet. Saul did very well at the beginning of his reign. The Lord was with him as he followed divine instructions from the mouth of Samuel whom God placed over him as a Prophet. King Saul never lost any battle before now and his initial success began to enter his head to a point that he began to toy with the instructions of the man of God. He never that the secret of his initial achievements was not all about his physical strength as a man or his military prowess. Because of pride, he thought he knew it better than Samuel.

“Samuel also said unto Saul, The LORD sent me to anoint thee to be king over his people, over Israel: now therefore hearken thou unto the voice of the words of the LORD. Thus saith the LORD of hosts, I remember that which Amalek did to Israel, how he laid wait for him in the way, when he came up from Egypt. Now go and smite Amalek, and utterly destroy all that they have, and spare them not; but slay both man and woman, infant and suckling, ox and sheep, camel and ass.” 1 Samuel 15:1-3. The instructions of the Lord from the mouth of Samuel was definite and clear. Out of greed, pride and overconfidence, king Saul began to walk by his own imaginations. He went to Amalek and took spoil of the king and every other things that appealed to him. He took that which the Lord had rejected for his people.

“And he took Agag the king of the Amalekites alive, and utterly destroyed all the people with the edge of the sword. But Saul and the people spared Agag, and the best of the sheep, and of the oxen, and of the fatlings, and the lambs, and all that was good, and would not utterly destroy them: but every thing that was vile and refuse, that they destroyed utterly.” 1 Samuel 15:8-9. This particular incident marked the beginning of the fall of Saul as king over Israel. Today, we have to learn to guard against greed, pride and overconfidence when we are dealing with God. We need to understand that the key to continuous success and relevance in life and the kingdom is in humbling ourselves before the Lord to obey his voice strictly all the time.

Prayer :Thank you Father God for choosing me to serve you out of many in my generation. Today I ask for a humble and submissive heart before you all the days of my life. Help me always to obey your instructions so that I can have a lasting success in life in Jesus wonderful name…. Amen 🙏🏿.

Take Advantage Of The Birth And Sacrifice Of Jesus

ENTHRONEMENT ASSEMBLY DAILY DEVOTIONALS.

Tuesday 19th December, 2023.

Topic : Take Advantage Of The Birth And Sacrifice Of Jesus.

Memory Verse: Isaiah 55:4. I set him up as a witness to the nations, made him a prince and leader of the nations,

Bible Reading : Isaiah 55:1-3 MSG. Key Verse : v3.

“Hey there! All who are thirsty, come to the water! Are you penniless?Come anyway—buy and eat!Come, buy your drinks, buy wine and milk.Buy without money—everything’s free! Why do you spend your money on junk food, your hard-earned cash on cotton candy?Listen to me, listen well: Eat only the best, fill yourself with only the finest. Pay attention, come close now, listen carefully to my life-giving, life-nourishing words.I’m making a lasting covenant commitment with you,the same that I made with David: sure, solid, enduring love.

All over the world the Christmas mood has been activated; when the whole world remembers the birth of the saviour of the universe. Many people keep occupying themselves with arguments on the right date when Christ was born, which is not very clear, but we are sure that he wasn’t born on 25th of December. All the same the most popular man that walked the surface of the earth, whose about 33 years of earthly life and about 3 years earthly ministry, shook the foundations of the earth and altered many things in the spiritual and physical world, is worth remembering and celebrating. Till the world ends, the entire world will keep talking about Jesus Christ in all kinds of meetings and from all kinds of pulpits all over the world (both enemies and friends). Isaiah here was trying to bring us into the purpose of his birth, death and resurrection. He came in fulfillment of the covenant God made with David. “I set him up as a witness to the nations, made him a prince and leader of the nations, And now I’m doing it to you:You’ll summon nations you’ve never heard of,and nations who’ve never heard of youwill come running to you. Because of me, your God,because The Holy of Israel has honored you.” Isaiah 55:4-5.

Jesus Christ came to the world to open the door of salvation to all the nations of the earth. Today, it is not just about being a Jew by birth before we serve the living God, but it’s all about responding to what Jesus Christ has done for us. He appeared to satisfy the hunger and quench the thirst of as many as are looking for the truth. He became the revealed truth and the life of God at the level we can handle with our fragile human nature. We must not therefore miss the purpose of his coming as many are doing. “Seek God while he’s here to be found, pray to him while he’s close at hand. Let the wicked abandon their way of lifeand the evil their way of thinking.Let them come back to God, who is merciful, come back to our God, who is lavish with forgiveness.” Isaiah 55:6-7.

This is the right season to take stock of our lives and reflect on the free salvation made available to us as men. Have we really taken full advantage of what Jesus did by forsaking our evil and wicked ways to follow him in the real sense of it, or are we just playing along with others? Have we outrightly rejected Jesus Christ and his free offer of salvation for any reason best known to us? Is it all about travelling, family and friends reunion, eating good food, going for shopping with loved ones? Is Christmas all about attending parties and launching new automobiles, etc? We need to ask ourselves whom JESUS is to each and every one of us. If he is not your saviour in the real sense of it, it means that you have misplaced priorities this season. “God’s readiness to give and forgive is now public. Salvation’s available for everyone! We’re being shown how to turn our backs on a godless, indulgent life, and how to take on a God-filled, God-honoring life. This new life is starting right now,” Titus 2:11-12.

Prayer :Thank you Father God for giving us Jesus your son. Thank you Lord Jesus for coming just to save me without charging any money. Open the eyes of my understanding to fulness of what you have done for me, so that I can make best use of your grace. Thank you because my life will never remain the same in Jesus precious name…. Amen 🙏🏿.

Enforcing God’s Word Over Your Life.

ENTHRONEMENT ASSEMBLY DAILY DEVOTIONALS.

Monday 18th December, 2023.

Topic: Enforcing God’s Word Over Your Life.

Memory Verse: Isaiah 55::11 MSG. So will the words that come out of my mouth not come back empty-handed? They’ll do the work I sent them to do, they’ll complete the assignment I gave them.

Bible Reading :1 Timothy 1:18-19 TPT. Key Verse: v18.

Paul Encourages Timothy to Remain Faithful So Timothy, my son, I am entrusting you with this responsibility, in keeping with the very first prophecies that were spoken over your life, and are now in the process of fulfillment in this great work of ministry, in keeping with the prophecies spoken over you. With this encouragement use your prophecies as weapons as you wage spiritual warfare by faith and with a clean conscience. For there are many who reject these virtues and are now destitute of the true faith,

As a father and mentor in the faith, Apostle Paul was always there to teach and encourage Timothy his son in the course of his life and ministry. There were things the Spirit of God had said about Timothy that does not favour satan and kingdom of darkness or men fighting from the looser point wiith the devil, yet they hardly give up. Now Paul wanted Timothy his son to fight in the place of prayer to make sure what the Lord had spoken concerning his life and ministry becomes real by enforcing them. “For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places. Wherefore take unto you the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand. Stand therefore, having your loins girt about with truth, and having on the breastplate of righteousness;”
Ephesians 6:12-14 KJV.

Coming back to our personal lives as believers, there are words of prophecies that has gone forth from the mouth of the Lord concerning us as individuals and as a people. These spoken word of prophecy forms part of God’s will for our lives. Today we need to understand today that we don’t relax after he know God’s will for our lives. Rather, we are to engage in spiritual warfare in the place of prayer to make sure any power fighting to hinder our glorious manifestation is dealt with. “I give you the name Peter, a stone. And this truth of who I am will be the bedrock foundation on which I will build my church—my legislative assembly, and the power of death will not be able to overpower it! I will give you the keys of heaven’s kingdom realm to forbid on earth that which is forbidden in heaven, and to release on earth that which is released in heaven.” Matthew 16:18-19 TPT.

From today every good word of God that has gone forth over your life in any area, will begin to find fulfillment by the mercies of God. “For as the rain cometh down, and the snow from heaven, and returneth not thither, but watereth the earth, and maketh it bring forth and bud, that it may give seed to the sower, and bread to the eater: So shall my word be that goeth forth out of my mouth: it shall not return unto me void, but it shall accomplish that which I please, and it shall prosper in the thing whereto I sent it. For ye shall go out with joy, and be led forth with peace: the mountains and the hills shall break forth before you into singing, and all the trees of the field shall clap their hands.” Isaiah 55:10-12 KJV.

Prayer : Thank you Father God for every word of prophecy that you have spoken into my life. From today……. (mention the words of prophecy), begin to find fulfillment in my spiritual, financial, marital, etc life. Let every power contending against their fulfillment be destroyed by the wrath of God in Jesus wonderful name…. Amen 🙏🏿.
