Jesus Is The Friend In Time Of Need. .

ENTHRONEMENT ASSEMBLY DAILY DEVOTIONALS.

Thursday September 25th, 2025.

Topic : Jesus Is The Friend In Time Of Need. .

Memory Verse :Luke 11:10. For all those who ask will receive, and those who seek will find, and the door will be opened to anyone who knocks.

Bible Reading : Luke 11:11-13 GNB. Key Verse : v13.

Would any of you who are fathers give your son a snake when he asks for fish? Or would you give him a scorpion when he asks for an egg? Bad as you are, you know how to give good things to your children. How much more, then, will the Father in heaven give the Holy Spirit to those who ask him!”

Jesus was with his disciples in the place of prayer. After he was done, one of them approached him to teach them how to pray effectively just like himself. They had seen that the secret behind his powerful ministry was rooted in prayer. Anytime he came down from the place of prayer, his spiritual reflexes gets sharpened and great results and testimonies always followed. “And Jesus went about all Galilee, teaching in their synagogues, and preaching the gospel of the kingdom, and healing all manner of sickness and all manner of disease among the people. And his fame went throughout all Syria: and they brought unto him all sick people that were taken with divers diseases and torments, and those which were possessed with devils, and those which were lunatick, and those that had the palsy; and he healed them.” Matthew 4:23-24 KJV.

After Jesus taught them the way to pray and always have results, he began to let them know of the need to pray in faith and to be consistent in order to have desired results all the time. “Jesus said to them, “When you pray, say this: ‘Father: May your holy name be honoured; may your Kingdom come. Give us day by day the food we need. Forgive us our sins, for we forgive everyone who does us wrong. And do not bring us to hard testing.’” Luke 11:2-4.

Finally Jesus began to teach them a deeper prayer principle of three strategic levels of prayer which includes asking, seeking and knocking. He used the story of a desperate friend who had a midnight visitor and had nothing for his visitor friend who journeyed from a very distant location to arrive late at his friend’s who had nothing. His host in desperation had to reach out to another who could help out. Though it was inconveniencing, his friend had to wake though late to lend a hand of support to his friend in need. This means that we can always see Jesus as our friend who always care about every details of our lives and unconditionally too. We can always run to him and be welcome when no one else can. He will not look for excuses to send us away empty, but reasons to answer us rather. He will always be there to supply those good things that are lacking in our lives when need arises and when always know how to run to him for help. However we must learn to relate with him in faith which is the reason we don’t give up weather it involves, asking till we receive, seeking till we find or knocking till uncommon doors of favour and answers are opened to us by heaven. John 14:13-14. On a final note we have to understand as spiritual men to be desirous of things that will help our spiritual walk with God.

Prayer :Thank you Father God because you care about every details of my life. Thank you Lord Jesus because anytime I ask in your name, I am bound to receive answers. Thank you for being a friend when am in need and for making every good thing possible in my life in Jesus mighty name…. Amen 🙏🏿.

Season Of Uncommon Divine Intervention.

ENTHRONEMENT ASSEMBLY DAILY DEVOTIONALS.

Wednesday September 24th, 2025.

Topic : Season Of Uncommon Divine Intervention.

Memory Verse :Isaiah 35:2. The desert will sing and shout for joy; it will be as beautiful as the Lebanon Mountains and as fertile as the fields of Carmel and Sharon. Everyone will see the Lord’s splendour, see his greatness and power.

Bible Reading : Isaiah 35:4-6 GNB. Key Verse : v4.

Tell everyone who is discouraged, “Be strong and don’t be afraid! God is coming to your rescue, coming to punish your enemies.” The blind will be able to see, and the deaf will hear. The lame will leap and dance, and those who cannot speak will shout for joy. Streams of water will flow through the desert;

The word of God is complete and answers to every situation a man can find himself in this life. There is a historic dimension to some parts of the scripture and there is another dimension that is prophetic. This prophetic dimension is always the side of the word that Jesus emphasised carries the Spirit and Life of God because of the creativity it carries. This dimension is always made accessible when we decide to walk in the paths of faith, being armed with the knowledge of the will of God over every given situation. “It is the spirit that quickeneth; the flesh profiteth nothing: the words that I speak unto you, they are spirit, and they are life.” John 6:63 KJV.

The Spirit of God is the ultimate carrier of the power and life of God in any given environment and situation. So we must always recognise his personality and create the right atmosphere where he can intervene in our situation unhindered. There are people who are contemplating giving up in the battle they are facing. They seem to be overwhelmed by the situation of things around them. It seems as if their efforts are not yielding any fruits or results. They seem to find themselves in deserted and dry places of life. Some are heartbroken because of abandonment. To such people, there is always a place to run to, there’s someone who cares when nobody does. “And when I saw him, I fell at his feet as dead. And he laid his right hand upon me, saying unto me, Fear not; I am the first and the last: I am he that liveth, and was dead; and, behold, I am alive for evermore, Amen; and have the keys of hell and of death.” Revelation 1:17-18 KJV.

“Then David and the people that were with him lifted up their voice and wept, until they had no more power to weep. And David’s two wives were taken captives, Ahinoam the Jezreelitess, and Abigail the wife of Nabal the Carmelite. And David was greatly distressed; for the people spake of stoning him, because the soul of all the people was grieved, every man for his sons and for his daughters: but David encouraged himself in the LORD his God.” 1 Samuel 30:4-6 KJV. Today, the Lord is out to turn around the desert and dry places men found themselves in before now. All you have to do is encourage yourself in the Lord, just like king David. You have to stand on the promises of God that can’t fail, knowing that it is not his will for you to go down, because that will not glorify him. What God is about to do is such that will cause you to erupt with singing and rejoicing as you see your good dreams come through and you become the envy of many. God is about to do that which will be seen by the blind, the lame will leap for joy and the dumb will broadcast it on the highways. Am here to usher you into a season of uncommon divine intervention.

Prayer :Thank you Father God because with you, all things are possible. I believe your word. I thank you because you have come to lift me out of every discouragement and defeat unto the paths of uncommon victory and testimonies. Thank you because of your faithfulness in Jesus wonderful name….. Amen 🙏🏿.

Avoid Traditions Of Men.

ENTHRONEMENT ASSEMBLY DAILY DEVOTIONALS.

Tuesday September 23rd, 2025.

Topic : Avoid Traditions Of Men.

Memory Verse :Acts 15:26. who have risked their lives in the service of our Lord Jesus Christ.

Bible Reading : Acts 15:27-29 GNB. Key Verse : v29.

We send you, then, Judas and Silas, who will tell you in person the same things we are writing. The Holy Spirit and we have agreed not to put any other burden on you besides these necessary rules: eat no food that has been offered to idols; eat no blood; eat no animal that has been strangled; and keep yourselves from sexual immorality. You will do well if you take care not to do these things. With our best wishes.”

This time the Church of Jesus was at the formation stage. People in Antioch had received the gospel and was doing well. Some men tried to put the burden of Judaism on them as Gentiles. They wanted them to inculcate the law of Moses into their new faith by making a Jewish practice like circumcision mandatory as a requirement for salvation. “Some men came from Judea to Antioch and started teaching the believers, “You cannot be saved unless you are circumcised as the Law of Moses requires.” Paul and Barnabas got into a fierce argument with them about this, so it was decided that Paul and Barnabas and some of the others in Antioch should go to Jerusalem and see the apostles and elders about this matter.” Acts 15:1-2.

When it became a subject of serious debate, the believers in Antioch had to send a delegation to the Church headquarters and leaders in Jerusalem. These great servants of the Lord discussed the matter and concluded that no burdens of laws of Moses should be laid on these new believers trying to find their feet in him. “And God, who knows the thoughts of everyone, showed his approval of the Gentiles by giving the Holy Spirit to them, just as he had to us. He made no difference between us and them; he forgave their sins because they believed. So then, why do you now want to put God to the test by laying a load on the backs of the believers which neither our ancestors nor we ourselves were able to carry? No! We believe and are saved by the grace of the Lord Jesus, just as they are.”” Acts 15:8-11.

Today we have to learn in the first place that there’s a prize one must pay to qualify to speak for Jesus as seen in Acts 25:26. Another lesson here is that we have to always dispense the gospel truth in the simplicity in which we received it, even today. The beauty of the good news we share is tied to the simple faith rule that governs it. We must always resist every efforts targeted at bringing traditions of men into the worship of the living God. What Jesus demands from his followers is simply to live clean and pure, so that we can be fit to carry his Spirit whose nature is Holy. That is because what he desires from us is not a set of religious rules to obey, but a heartfelt relationship that is built on love and intimacy. “And so the Lord says, “You must leave them and separate yourselves from them. Have nothing to do with what is unclean, and I will accept you. I will be your father, and you shall be my sons and daughters, says the Lord Almighty.” 2 Corinthians 6:17-18.

Prayer : Thank you Father God for making salvation simple and free to all who believes. Help me to love and serve you from the depths of my hearts. Make me a man you can depend on to reach out to others by reason of my commitment and close walk with your Spirit in Jesus wonderful name….. Amen 🙏🏿.

Live Prayerful And Watchful.

ENTHRONEMENT ASSEMBLY DAILY DEVOTIONALS

Monday September 22nd, 2025.

Topic : Live Prayerful And Watchful.

Memory Verse :Luke 21:34. “Be on your guard! Don’t let yourselves become occupied with too much feasting and drinking and with the worries of this life, or that Day may suddenly catch you

Bible Reading : Luke 21:35-37 GNB. Key Verse : v36.

like a trap. For it will come upon all people everywhere on earth. Be on the alert and pray always that you will have the strength to go safely through all those things that will happen and to stand before the Son of Man.” Jesus spent those days teaching in the Temple, and when evening came, he would go out and spend the night on the Mount of Olives.

This time Jesus was at the temple in Jerusalem and fellowshiped with other Jews where he observed that the widow who gave her one and only mite was the best giver among many. After that the disciples began to admire the beauty of architectural design of the temple in Jerusalem, when Jesus began to tell them about the end and how all stones of building will be destroyed. At this point they became curious and wanted to know when prophecies about the end would be fulfilled. ““All this you see — the time will come when not a single stone here will be left in its place; every one will be thrown down.” “Teacher,” they asked, “when will this be? And what will happen in order to show that the time has come for it to take place?”” Luke 21:6-7.

Jesus then began to teach them some of the things that when they see them happening, they should know that the end of all things are at hand. He taught about deceivers who will be everywhere with lying wonders to deceive the gullible. He talked about revolutions, wars and rumours of war. “He went on to say, “Countries will fight each other; kingdoms will attack one another. There will be terrible earthquakes, famines, and plagues everywhere; there will be strange and terrifying things coming from the sky. Before all these things take place, however, you will be arrested and persecuted; you will be handed over to be tried in synagogues and be put in prison; you will be brought before kings and rulers for my sake. This will be your chance to tell the Good News.” Luke 21:10-13.

Jesus made them know that when they see the signs he listed that will usher in the end and his second coming they should be getting ready and live expectant, to avoid being taken unawares. There’s something he mentioned in his discussion with them in this very chapter that I want to emphasise today that will help every end time believer ; that is the instruction to watch and pray or be on the alert and pray . The place of prayer is the place of spiritual preparations. If you are not prayerful as a believer, there are some traps you cannot escape and there are some battles you can never win. Watchful men are men who take extra time to wait on the Lord in the place of prayer so that they can always be updated with daily divine intelligence that will help their daily walk with God and put direction to their entire life. Such men become mature to become responsible sons because their steps can be said to be ordered by the Lord. That is the secret behind being at the right place at the right time and walking in the centre of the plan of God for a man’s life. “For as many as are led by the Spirit of God, they are the sons of God.” Romans 8:14.

Prayer :Thank you Father God because as big as you are, you always come down to my level to walk with me, out of your love. Teach me by your Spirit to always live watchful and prayerful, so that you can always direct my paths in Jesus wonderful name….. Amen 🙏🏿.

Standing On Sure Promises.

ENTHRONEMENT ASSEMBLY DAILY DEVOTIONALS.

Sunday September 21st, 2025.

Topic: Standing On Sure Promises.

Memory Verse: Deuteronomy 8:9. A land wherein thou shalt eat bread without scarceness, thou shalt not lack any thing in it; a land whose stones are iron, and out of whose hills thou mayest dig brass.

Bible Reading: Deuteronomy 8:6-8 KJV. Key Verse: v6.

Therefore thou shalt keep the commandments of the Lord thy God, to walk in his ways, and to fear him. For the Lord thy God bringeth thee into a good land, a land of brooks of water, of fountains and depths that spring out of valleys and hills; A land of wheat, and barley, and vines, and fig trees, and pomegranates; a land of oil olive, and honey;

The children of Israel was delivered from Egypt, the land of slavery and captivity and ushered into a life of liberty, so that they could have time to serve Jehovah who appeared to Moses and sent him to them for this purpose. God made sure that they didn’t leave Egypt in shame, shambles or in tatters. He made them find favour in the first place with the people of Egypt (their hosts) who blessed them and provided all they needed to use and serve the Lord their God in the wilderness. “And I will give this people favour in the sight of the Egyptians: and it shall come to pass, that, when ye go, ye shall not go empty: But every woman shall borrow of her neighbour, and of her that sojourneth in her house, jewels of silver, and jewels of gold, and raiment: and ye shall put them upon your sons, and upon your daughters; and ye shall spoil the Egyptians. Exodus 3:21-22.

This time in the main text, we see Moses preparing them for a life after his departure. Moses wanted them to know the way to retain the blessings of God which was already upon their lives. In the first place, he wanted them and ourselves to know that the keys to retaining the blessings of God is in keeping his commandments. These includes everything that the Lord instructs us to do in life. We are to respond by way of obedience. On a second note, we have to reference and give him the respect due to him as our father and provider with the understanding that we don’t have a guarantee to be successful in whatever we do outside him. On a third note, we need to study, understand as to follow his own way of doing things. He takes glory in what we do, only when our approach depicts his ways. “For my thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways my ways, saith the Lord. For as the heavens are higher than the earth, so are my ways higher than your ways, and my thoughts than your thoughts.” Isaiah 55:8-9.

Today, the promises of God are sure and dependable. We need to realise that God always takes pleasure in giving his children the best of things as a good father and God. This understanding will boost our conference in our walk with him, so that we can always put in our best in our service to him. When we face challenges on our way, we must not loose sight of his plan of blessing. When we are sure of where the Lord is leading us, we will have the courage to face and conquer every enemy that may want to stand on our way to the land of promise which is a place of fulfillment of dreams. “For as the heavens are higher than the earth, so are my ways higher than your ways, and my thoughts than your thoughts. Then shall ye call upon me, and ye shall go and pray unto me, and I will hearken unto you. Jeremiah 29:11-12.

Prayer: Thank you father God because of the good plans you have for me. From this day, help me to always obey your voice and keep your commandments. Help to live to retain your blessings, so that I can manifest your sure promises in Jesus wonderful name…. Amen 🙏.

Never Try To Control God.

ENTHRONEMENT ASSEMBLY DAILY DEVOTIONALS.

Saturday September 20th, 2025.

Topic : Never Try To Control God.

Memory Verse :Isaiah 45:25. I, the Lord, will rescue all the descendants of Jacob, and they will give me praise.

Bible Reading : Isaiah 45:22-24. GNB. Key Verse : v23.

“Turn to me now and be saved, people all over the world! I am the only God there is. My promise is true, and it will not be changed. I solemnly promise by all that I am: Everyone will come and kneel before me and vow to be loyal to me. “They will say that only through me are victory and strength to be found; but all who hate me will suffer disgrace.

Cyrus was a heathen king of Persia who was in God’s plan for the people of Israel. God raised him and made great because he had something he wanted to use him to achieve in the life of his people; that is to rebuild walls of Jerusalem. “The Lord has chosen Cyrus to be king! He has appointed him to conquer nations;  he sends him to strip kings of their power; the Lord will open the gates of cities for him. To Cyrus the Lord says, “I myself will prepare your way, levelling mountains and hills. I will break down bronze gates and smash their iron bars. I will give you treasures from dark, secret places; then you will know that I am the Lord,  and that the God of Israel has called you by name. I appoint you to help my servant Israel, the people that I have chosen. I have given you great honour, although you do not know me.” Isaiah 45:1-4.

We need to know today in the first place that God can always decide to use anyone he pleases to fulfill his purpose in our lives or the lives of his people. Because he created all things and all things he created serves his purpose. He knows how to make each and every one of them comply with his purpose, even in their ignorance. He was telling Cyrus here that it is true that you don’t know me, I am going to empower and make you great because I know that your greatness will be used to serve my purpose. That is the reason God is sovereign and therefore unquestionable in his ways. “I am the one who made the earth and created the human race to live there. By my power I stretched out the heavens; I control the sun, the moon, and the stars. I myself have stirred Cyrus to action to fulfil my purpose and put things right. I will straighten every road that he travels. He will rebuild my city, Jerusalem, and set my captive people free. No one has hired him or bribed him to do this.” The Lord Almighty has spoken.” Isaiah 45:12-13.

On a very important and last note for today, understand that God can decide to use any man to bless ir reach out to you. Victory in battles of life comes only from the Lord and he can always decide to deliver same through any man as a channel. Therefore we have no right to tell God whom he must use for us. When we are dealing with God, we therefore have to allow him take the lead, just like in the case of Peter and Cornelius. Peter was looking at tradition of men and pattern, but God was out for a new move of the Holy Spirit over the Gentiles who was seen before that time as outsiders in God’s plan. The result they got by obeying the voice of the Spirit shocked everyone that attended that heavenly ordained meeting in the house of Cornelius with Peter. “While Peter was still speaking, the Holy Spirit came down on all those who were listening to his message. The Jewish believers who had come from Joppa with Peter were amazed that God had poured out his gift of the Holy Spirit on the Gentiles also. For they heard them speaking in strange tongues and praising God’s greatness. Peter spoke up:” Acts 10:44-46.

Prayer : Thank you Father God because you are sovereign. Thank you because you can empower and use anyone to achieve your purpose in my life and situation as it pleases you. Help me also to recognise and accept men you are sending into my life to bless me in Jesus wonderful name….. Amen 🙏🏿.

The Love Of Father.

ENTHRONEMENT ASSEMBLY DAILY DEVOTIONALS.

Friday September 19th, 2025.

Topic : The Love Of Father.

Memory Verse :‭Jeremiah 30:17. But I will restore you to health and heal your wounds,’ declares the Lord, ‘because you are called an outcast, Zion for whom no one cares.’

Bible Reading : ‭Jeremiah 30:18-20 NIV‬. Key Verse : v17.

“This is what the Lord says: “ ‘I will restore the fortunes of Jacob’s tents and have compassion on his dwellings; the city will be rebuilt on her ruins, and the palace will stand in its proper place. From them will come songs of thanksgiving and the sound of rejoicing. I will add to their numbers, and they will not be decreased; I will bring them honor, and they will not be disdained. Their children will be as in days of old, and their community will be established before me; I will punish all who oppress them.

Here we see Jeremiah giving the people of Judah and Israel a message of hope. Because they were rebellious and refused to listen to the voice of correction through divine messengers in the first place, so they were given up to suffer in the hands of enemy nations who plundered them and took them into captivity. ‭”And though the Lord has sent all his servants the prophets to you again and again, you have not listened or paid any attention. [5] They said, “Turn now, each of you, from your evil ways and your evil practices, and you can stay in the land the Lord gave to you and your ancestors for ever and ever. Do not follow other gods to serve and worship them; do not arouse my anger with what your hands have made. Then I will not harm you.” “But you did not listen to me,” declares the Lord, “and you have aroused my anger with what your hands have made, and you have brought harm to yourselves.”” Jeremiah 25:4-7.

Because God is love, his anger doesn’t last forever, especially when his people are able to realise their mistakes and take correction or repent from their evil ways. It has never been the pleasure of God to punish any of his creatures, but he is forced to discipline men when they stray from the right paths to do what is wrong and evil before the Lord. His punishment therefore is never meant to destroy, but to correct men in love so that we don’t get destroyed at the end. “Have you forgotten the encouraging words which God speaks to you as his sons and daughters? “My child, pay attention when the Lord corrects you, and do not be discouraged when he rebukes you. Because the Lord corrects everyone he loves, and punishes everyone he accepts as his child.” Endure what you suffer as being a father’s punishment; your suffering shows that God is treating you as his children. Was there ever a child who was not punished by his father?” Hebrews 12:5-7 GNB.

Anytime men return to the Lord in repentance with all their hearts, he picks them up from where they are fallen, clean them up in love and restores all their losses. We have to learn to take advantage of the windows grace and mercy makes available today in Christ Jesus as a consumation of the love of God for mankind. When we do that we set ourselves on the paths of recovery. God is out to restore and rebuild men who suffered losses in the past because of the doors they opened to Satan and his agents whose threefold ministry is to steal, kill and destroy. Heaven is out today to put a new song in the mouth of as many as are willing to follow his ways. He will do great and mighty things in their lives that will cause men to rejoice again. When we return to the Lord, we give him the legal ground to contend with our adversaries, so that he can judge the enemy and restore that which the enemy had stolen from us.

Prayer :Thank you Father God for loving me as a father. Help me to always take instructions and corrections from you that is meant to preserve me from destruction. As I return to you, take over my battles and give me victory. Help me to to recover all I lost in the past in Jesus wonderful name… Amen 🙏🏿.

Live To Love Other Men.

ENTHRONEMENT ASSEMBLY DAILY DEVOTIONALS.

Thursday September 18th, 2025

Topic: Live To Love Other Men.

Memory Verse : Mark 12:31. The second most important commandment is this: ‘Love your neighbour as you love yourself.’ There is no other commandment more important than these two.”

Bible Reading : Luke 10:33-36.GNB. Key Verse : v36.

But a Samaritan who was travelling that way came upon the man, and when he saw him, his heart was filled with pity. He went over to him, poured oil and wine on his wounds and bandaged them; then he put the man on his own animal and took him to an inn, where he took care of him. The next day he took out two silver coins and gave them to the innkeeper. ‘Take care of him,’ he told the innkeeper, ‘and when I come back this way, I will pay you whatever else you spend on him.’ ”

Jesus Christ was having a private chat with his disciples when a teacher of the law or a religious scholar came to ask him questions about what he could do in order to inherit eternal life. Then Jesus replied by asking him what the law of Moses commanded. So the man had to provide the answer by himself. “The man answered, “ ‘Love the Lord your God with all your heart, with all your soul, with all your strength, and with all your mind’; and ‘Love your neighbour as you love yourself.’ ” “You are right,” Jesus replied; “do this and you will live.” But the teacher of the Law wanted to justify himself, so he asked Jesus, “Who is my neighbour?”” Luke 10:27-29.

Now Jesus had to use the parable of the Good Samaritan to paint the picture of who a true neighbour was, in answer to the question of who a true neighbour should be. By the way Jesus followed this religious teacher, you will see that he knew the answer to his own questions, but was there to test Jesus. Jesus in his wisdom made him answer his own questions at the end of the day. “Jesus answered, “There was once a man who was going down from Jerusalem to Jericho when robbers attacked him, stripped him, and beat him up, leaving him half dead. It so happened that a priest was going down that road; but when he saw the man, he walked on by, on the other side. In the same way a Levite also came along, went over and looked at the man, and then walked on by, on the other side.” Luke 10:30-32.

At the end, it was a Samaritan who came to the rescue of the man who was attacked by robbers on his way from Jericho to Jerusalem, probably to worship. The priest and levite who should have known the law better and who saw themselves as men who had a place in God’s plan in their days avoided the man. It was a Samaritan who was seen as an outsider to the covenant of God with the children of Israel that had compassion on the wounded traveller as to take him up, clean him, minister first aid to him before taking him to an inn where he spent a whole night taking care of him. By the time he was leaving the next day, he deposited some money for his upkeep and medical promising to return to offset every extra bill incurred by care givers to enable this very man he only met on the way and in distress bounce back to full fitness. At the end the teacher of the law concluded that the Samaritan was the one who behaved like a true neighbour to the man in distress. “We love because God first loved us. If we say we love God, but hate our brothers and sisters, we are liars. For people cannot love God, whom they have not seen, if they do not love their brothers and sisters, whom they have seen.” 1 John 4:19-29.

Prayer : Thank you Father God for loving me and giving me Jesus to save my soul. Help me to be like you, let your love rule my heart. Help me to demonstrate your love to everyone that comes my way on earth. Make me a source of blessing and encouragement to others in Jesus precious name….. Amen 🙏🏿.

Lessons Jesus Encounter With Nicodemus

ENTHRONEMENT ASSEMBLY DAILY DEVOTIONALS.

Wednesday September 17th, 2025.

Topic : Lessons Jesus Encounter With Nicodemus.

Memory Verse :John 3:18. Those who believe in the Son are not judged; but those who do not believe have already been judged, because they have not believed in God’s only Son.

Bible Reading : John 3:19-21 GNB. Key Verse : v21.

This is how the judgement works: the light has come into the world, but people love the darkness rather than the light, because their deeds are evil. All those who do evil things hate the light and will not come to the light, because they do not want their evil deeds to be shown up. But those who do what is true come to the light in order that the light may show that what they did was in obedience to God.

The secret meeting a man called Nicodemus had with Jesus revealed some important truth about God and his kingdom which regulates every man on earth, weather they believe in the Bible which is written word of God or not. Nicodemus was a prominent Jew in his lifetime who took time to follow the life and ministry of Jesus Christ while he was on earth. He knew that the quality of results posted by Jesus in the ministry demonstrated the power of God undiluted. “There was a Jewish leader named Nicodemus, who belonged to the party of the Pharisees. One night he went to Jesus and said to him, “Rabbi, we know that you are a teacher sent by God. No one could perform the miracles you are doing unless God were with him.”” John 3:1-2.

Nicodemus saw something stronger than religion in the life and ministry of Jesus and wanted to be part of the move of the Spirit in his lifetime. This made Jesus to open up to help him, so that he could understand the power of decisions that change the trajectory of the lives of men. He made him understand that if a man doesn’t have a relationship with the Spirit of God by taking the right decision, he will live in the flesh the rest of his days. Same John warned that the flesh doesn’t add any value to a man’s life, but that it is the Spirit that gives us real life in John 6:63. Jesus wanted Nicodemus and ourselves to understand the beauty of life in the Spirit of God which is always a bye product of deciding to live for Jesus, who in turn empowers us with his Spirit that launches us into new realms of realities and oppression in life John 1:12. “That which is born of the flesh is flesh; and that which is born of the Spirit is spirit. Marvel not that I said unto thee, Ye must be born again. ” . John 3:6-7 KJV.

Finally Jesus made us understand here that the reason many will suffer eternal judgment and condemnation is not just because they sinned in their lifetime, but simply because they rejected the love of God as revealed in the sacrifice of his only begotten son. Men will be condemned because they hated the light of God sent to liberate mankind from sin and every after effect of the sinful nature we were born with through Adam. All men became sinners through Adam and it pleased God that through Jesus, all sinners should be reconciled to God who created us. Many reject salvation made available to us in Christ Jesus because they take pleasure in evil works and have no plans to decide for a change. “For as in Adam all die, even so in Christ shall all be made alive.” 1 Corinthians 15:22 KJV.

Prayer : Thank you Father God for giving me your son Jesus Christ to redeem me from sin and condemnation. Let your Spirit take over my life and help me to live to please you all my days in Jesus wonderful name…. Amen 🙏🏿.

You Are Designed For Glory.

ENTHRONEMENT ASSEMBLY DAILY DEVOTIONALS.

Tuesday September 16th, 2025.

Topic : You Are Designed For Glory.

Memory Verse :John 17:22 For the very glory you have given to me I have given them so that they will be joined together as one and experience the same unity that we enjoy.

Bible Reading : 2 Thessalonians 2::13-15.TPT. Key Verse : v14.

We always have to thank God for you, brothers and sisters, for you are dearly loved by the Lord. He proved it by choosing you from the beginning for salvation through the Spirit, who set you apart for holiness, and through your belief in the truth. To this end he handpicked you for salvation through the gospel so that you would have the glory of our Lord Jesus Christ. So then, dear family, stand firm with a masterful grip of the teachings we gave you, either by word of mouth or by our letter.

In the main text, we see Apostle Paul writing the Thessalonian believers including ourselves to educate us on what to expect in the last days before the second coming of our Lord Jesus. He is trying to help us know on one hand of the coming of the anti Christ. One whose appearance will be to carry out the evil and deceitful plan of the evil one who is Satan. We need to be educated about him, his nature and manifestations so that we can identify him through his subtle activities, as to avoid failing into his trap and that of men working for him. It will be good to point out here that the main reason many will fall into the deceitful trap of Satan and his agents of deceit and error these last days is because they rejected the truth, which opens the door for them to embrace any alternative the enemy dangles at them in order to destroy their souls at the end. 2 Thessalonians 2:1-12, Romans 1:19-25.

The key point of today’s message is that there is a glory that is reserved for the end time believer which we need to contend for and appropriate to ourselves. We are not going to waste our energy on the activities of Satan and his anointed agents, rather we are to channel our energy and strength to focus on discovering resources and provisions that heaven made available for the end time believers and make sure that we take advantage of such resources to make our lives worthwhile and inpactful. We have to note that we are men chosen by God and set apart, so that we can execute his great and mighty plans on earth in our lifetime. This understanding will keep us from chasing shadows or derailing. 2 Thessalonians 2: 13-15..

Today we are taking home the fact that there’s a life of glory designed for the end time believer to savour and here on earth. We have to realise or wake up to the fact that grace that brought salvation launched us to a new realm of life of heaven on earth. This means that we have a rare privilege of living like angels or heavenly entities here on earth. Even in the old testament which carries a lesser glory, the children of Israel who walked with God under the leadership of Moses ate the food of angels and therefore lived like them to be extent that their clothes and shoes grew on their bodies and couldn’t wear out for about 40 years. It is God’s will that we carry and manifest his glory anywhere we go. That’s the only proof of the fact that we are living a life of union with the three in one God that created and upholds all things by the word of his power. “I gave them the same glory you gave me, so that they may be one, just as you and I are one: I in them and you in me, so that they may be completely one, in order that the world may know that you sent me and that you love them as you love me.” John 17:22-23 GNB.

Prayer :Thank you Father God for giving me Jesus to save my soul from destruction. Thank you for giving me your Spirit to live in me and to help me live just like yourself. From today I live to manifest the fulness of your glory anywhere I go. Thank you for a life of heaven on earth made possible by grace in Jesus wonderful name….. Amen 🙏🏿.
