Some Benefits Of Having Jesus.

Topic :Some Benefits Of Having Jesus.

Memory Verse: John 4:51. When he was still a distance from Capernaum, his servants met him on the road and told him the good news, “Your son is healed! He’s alive!”

Bible Reading John 4:53-54 TPT. Key Verse : v53.

“Yesterday,” they said, “at one in the afternoon. All at once his fever broke—and now he’s well!” Then the father realized that it was at that very same hour that Jesus spoke the words to him, “Your son will live and not die.” So from that day forward, the man and all his family and servants believed. This was Jesus’ second extraordinary miracle in Galilee after coming from Judea.

Jesus had just returned to the region of Judea and was around Caana of Galilee where he made water to become wine in a marriage feast that he was invited with his disciples. This time a government official who had a sick and dying son in Capernauun heard he was available and ran to him asking that he should come over to Capernauun and heal his son. “So Jesus said to him, “You never believe unless you see signs and wonders.” But the man continued to plead, “You have to come with me to Capernaum before my little boy dies!” Then Jesus looked him in the eyes and said, “Go back home now. I promise you, your son will live and not die.” The man believed in his heart the words of Jesus and set off for home.” John 4:48-50.

The man was on his way back home after his meeting with Jesus when his servants coming after him with the good news of his son’s recovery met him and broke the cheerful news to him.”When he was still a distance from Capernaum, his servants met him on the road and told him the good news, “Your son is healed! He’s alive!” Overjoyed, the father asked his servants, “When did my son begin to recover?” “Yesterday,” they said, “at one in the afternoon. All at once his fever broke—and now he’s well!”” John 4:51-52.

One of the reasons we follow Jesus and serve him is that he is most dependable. His words does not fall to the ground. Whatever he says concerning our lives and situations must come to pass, circumstances notwithstanding. We can therefore trust his written words in the Bible and words spoken to us directly by his Spirit at work in our lives. Another reason we serve him is because nothing good dies in his mighty hands. His hands therefore are the best place to insure our lives and whatever he has given us in this life because our safety is most gurranteed in him. Another reason we serve him is that his blessings or benefits are useful here on earth in this life and in eternity or life after here. ““Listen to my words,” Jesus said. “Anyone who leaves his home behind and chooses me over children, parents, family, and possessions, all for the sake of the gospel, it will come back to him a hundred times as much in this lifetime—homes, family, mothers, brothers, sisters, children, possessions—along with persecutions. And in the age to come, he will inherit eternal life.” Mark 10:29-30.

Prayer :Thank you Lord Jesus because of all the benefits you carry as God. Help me to follow and serve you without reservations unto everlasting victory. I worship you because of the uncountable benefits available in you in Jesus wonderful name…. Amen 🙏🏿.

Retaining Divine Blessings.

ENTHRONEMENT ASSEMBLY DAILY DEVOTIONALS.

Monday February 10th, 2025.

Topic : Retaining Divine Blessings.

Memory Verse: Deuteronomy 8:9. There you will never go hungry or ever be in need. Its rocks have iron in them, and from its hills you can mine copper.

Bible Reading : Deuteronomy 8:6-8 GNB. Key Verse : v6.

So then, do as the Lord has commanded you: live according to his laws and obey him. The Lord your God is bringing you into a fertile land — a land that has rivers and springs, and underground streams gushing out into the valleys and hills; a land that produces wheat and barley, grapes, figs, pomegranates, olives, and honey.

In the book of Deuteronomy, Moses gave his final exhortations to the children of Israel before he went to be with the Lord. In this chapter, he was trying to let them know what it takes to retain the blessings of the Lord which they received or were about to receive. This is very important to look at because even in our days some are not able to retain what they received from the Lord. Others are there who limit God in their lives because of their attitude or the way the handle what they received already. Their attitude in handling what they received, hinder them from enjoying further promotions or divine upgrade. Sometimes such people think they are doing well being short sighted in their behaviours, not knowing what they are missing.

From this very chapter, there are timeless lessons I want us to learn about walking with God. One of them includes that for anyone to arrive at a place of abundance fulfillment, he must have passed through a time and process of preparation which will include a wilderness experience. This time of preparation is allowed by God in order to instil character in us, so that the blessings coming upon our lives doesn’t have control over us, because we love the Lord above that which he blesses us with. “He made you go hungry, and then he gave you manna to eat, food that you and your ancestors had never eaten before. He did this to teach you that human beings must not depend on bread alone to sustain them, but on everything that the Lord says. During these forty years your clothes have not worn out, nor have your feet swollen up.” Deuteronomy 8:3-4. See Romans 5:1-5.

Another lesson we should pick from the words of Moses here in this chapter is that a walk with God in the paths of obedience to his commands is key to walking in lasting blessings from his presence. There people who are careful and obedient when they have little or nothing, by the time they begin to swim in answers to their prayers, they become careless and disobedient to divine command because they want to do it their own way. We must learn that the Lord is always with us as long we seek, obey and honour him as our father and creator. That’s when we get the best of him. But if anyone should turn round to behave otherwise, the person will be digging his/her own grave. “Remember that it is the Lord your God who gives you the power to become rich. He does this because he is still faithful today to the covenant that he made with your ancestors. Never forget the Lord your God or turn to other gods to worship and serve them. If you do, then I warn you today that you will certainly be destroyed.” Deuteronomy 8:18-19.

Prayer :Thank you Father God because it is your will that I retain every good thing and blessing I receive from you. Today, I ask that you grant me a humble, grateful, obedient and respectful spirit in my walk with you. Keep me in the paths of faithfulness, so that I retain every blessing I received from you in Jesus wonderful name….. Amen!🙏🏿.

Overcoming Fear Of The Unknown.

ENTHRONEMENT ASSEMBLY DAILY DEVOTIONALS.

Sunday February 9th, 2025.

Topic :Overcoming Fear Of The Unknown.

Bible Reading :‭1 Kings 17:13. Elijah said to her, “Don’t be afraid. Go home and do as you have said. But first make a small loaf of bread for me from what you have and bring it to me, and then make something for yourself and your son.

Bible Reading :‭1 Kings 17:14-16 NIV‬. Key Verse : v14.

For this is what the Lord, the God of Israel, says: ‘The jar of flour will not be used up and the jug of oil will not run dry until the day the Lord sends rain on the land.’ ” She went away and did as Elijah had told her. So there was food every day for Elijah and for the woman and her family. For the jar of flour was not used up and the jug of oil did not run dry, in keeping with the word of the Lord spoken by Elijah.

God has a character that men who desire to walk with or do business with him in their lifetime must understand. When you understand the ways of God, you will be able to relate appropriately with, as to get the best of him. “Now listen, Israel, listen carefully to the rules and regulations that I am teaching you to follow so that you may live and enter and take possession of the land that God, the God-of-Your-Fathers, is giving to you. Don’t add a word to what I command you, and don’t remove a word from it. Keep the commands of God, your God, that I am commanding you. You saw with your own eyes what God did at Baal Peor, how God destroyed from among you every man who joined in the Baal Peor orgies. But you, the ones who held tight to God, your God, are alive and well, every one of you, today. Deuteronomy 4:1-4 MSG.

In 1 kings 17, we see Elijah the Prophet shutting the heavens by the power of God. After that, God led him to the brook of Cherith where he was sustained for a season. The Lord caused a raven to bring him meat daily, while he drank water from the brook. Because God wanted to use the presence of his servant to sustain this particular widow of Zarephat, he caused the flow of divine supply to cease in the brook, so that he could send Elijah to this very widow. On arrival, just at the city gate he met the widow fetching some wood and demanded for water to drink. As the widow tried to get that, he called her back and demanded for a morsel of bread or food. “As she was going to get it, he called, “And bring me, please, a piece of bread.” “As surely as the Lord your God lives,” she replied, “I don’t have any bread—only a handful of flour in a jar and a little olive oil in a jug. I am gathering a few sticks to take home and make a meal for myself and my son, that we may eat it—and die.”” 1 Kings 17:11-12.

At this point, this widow was ignorant of what God had in mind by sending his servant to her. Because of her ignorance, she was afraid. The demand placed on her to ignore the situation on ground and feed the man of God first, who was a stranger or visitor at the expense of her son and self was a big test. She would have failed that test because of fear of the unknown. But thank God she believed and obeyed God’s servant, trusting in his assurance of divine sustainance, and that was key to the miracles she enjoyed with her son throughout the season of famine in the land. Today, the Lord wants us to come out of our cocoons of fear that has placed limitations on many. There are some of us that the Lord wants to take steps to the next level of their experience of him who has refused to exercise their faith to make it happen. Such people are tied down by fear of the unknown because they have chosen to walk by their sentiments and focused their attention on natural realities around them. A man like Abraham stepped into the unknown at the instruction of the Lord, that was the foundation on which his kingdom greatness was built.

Prayer :Thank you Father God for your desire to take me deeper into you. Help me to overcome every natural feeling or circumstances that want to place a limitation over me. As I take steps of obedience, let me begin to enjoy a new level of intimacy and manifestation of your glory in everything I do in Jesus wonderful name…. Amen 🙏🏿.

Let Your Testimonies Count.

ENTHRONEMENT ASSEMBLY DAILY DEVOTIONALS.

Saturday February 8th, 2025.

Topic :Let Your Testimonies Count.

Memory Verse: John 4:39. So there were many from the Samaritan village who became believers in Jesus because of the woman’s testimony: “He told me everything I ever did!”

Bible Reading : John 4:40-42 TPT. Key Verse : v42.

Then they begged Jesus to stay with them, so he stayed there for two days, resulting in many more coming to faith in him because of his teachings. Then the Samaritans said to the woman, “We no longer believe just because of what you told us, but now we’ve heard him ourselves and are convinced that he really is the true Savior of the world!”

Jesus was hungry and waiting by Jacob’s well while on transit from Judea to Samaria, while his disciples went to town to get some food. As he waited, a Samaritan woman whom he was positioned to bless came to fetch from the well. Jesus in order to open a door of conversation with her asked her to help him with some water to drink. The woman was apprehensive because she wasn’t expecting such from a Jewish man. “A Samaritan woman came to draw some water, and Jesus said to her, “Give me a drink of water.” (His disciples had gone into town to buy food.) The woman answered, “You are a Jew, and I am a Samaritan — so how can you ask me for a drink?” (Jews will not use the same cups and bowls that Samaritans use.) Jesus answered, “If only you knew what God gives and who it is that is asking you for a drink, you would ask him, and he would give you life-giving water.”” John 4:7-10 GNB.

The woman was surprised at the response of Jesus Christ knowing he had no physical bucket or container he could use and fetch for himself to drink, not to talk about giving to another. But Jesus was discussing deep spiritual truth about the Spirit of God who lives in men and flows through them to bless others. By the time Jesus took her through the story of her life, her eyes opened to the fact that he must be the Messiah and one greater than their father Jacob who dug the well. “The woman said, “This is all so confusing, but I do know that the Anointed One is coming—the true Messiah. And when he comes, he will tell us everything we need to know.” Jesus said to her, “You don’t have to wait any longer, the Anointed One is here speaking with you—I am the One you’re looking for.”” John 4:25-26.

Finally, because the woman was convinced about the personality of Jesus Christ, she left her water pot and all she had to do, and went back to town to testify that he had seen the Messiah.” As the crowds emerged from the village, Jesus said to his disciples, “Why would you say, ‘The harvest is another four months away’? Look at all the people coming—now is harvest time! For their hearts are like vast fields of ripened grain—ready for a spiritual harvest. And everyone who reaps these souls for eternal life will receive a reward. And those who plant spiritual seeds and those who reap the harvest will celebrate together with great joy!” John 4:35-36. Today Jesus is reminding us of the need to use the testimonies of what he had done for us or in our lives to lead others to him. Testimonies are very important tools in the field of evangelism and soul winning. Don’t think that you cannot preach. Just share your testimonies of Jesus and the great things he did will go a long way to draw men to him, if you can willingly share them with others around you or that comes your way. When ww obey, the Spirit is able to breath upon such testimonies as we share them and use such to do great things as well as activate a hunger for more of him in the lives of others, beyond our imaginations.

Prayer : Thank you Lord Jesus for for every good and marvellous things you have done in my life. As I share my testimonies of you with others, use them to draw others to know and serve you in Jesus Mighty Name…. Amen 🙏🏿.

Dealing With Self.

ENTHRONEMENT ASSEMBLY DAILY DEVOTIONALS.

Friday February 7th, 2025.

Topic : Dealing With Self.

Memory Verse :Romans 8:28. We know that in all things God works for good with those who love him, those whom he has called according to his purpose.

Bible Reading :Romans 8:25-27 GNB. Key Verse : v26.

But if we hope for what we do not see, we wait for it with patience. In the same way the Spirit also comes to help us, weak as we are. For we do not know how we ought to pray; the Spirit himself pleads with God for us in groans that words cannot express. And God, who sees into our hearts, knows what the thought of the Spirit is; because the Spirit pleads with God on behalf of his people and in accordance with his will.

Salvation is a rare commodity found only on the shelves of the Almighty. You can never have access to the shelves of the almighty outside his chosen way who is Jesus Christ himself. Our salvation becomes complete when we meet him on the last day. Before then we navigate the terrain of life and faith sustained by hope. This hope is anchored on our convictions of whom God is and what he intends to achieve in us and with us. We have to note that what he is able achieve deep inside us which depends on our yielded-ness is a determinant factor to what he will be able to achieve through our lives. This hope survives the test of time when it is built on the solid ground of patience.

Now, the worst enemy of man in his dealings with God is self. Self is the greatest obstacle that stands between us and God’s purpose for our lives. God’s interest in all his dealings with man from the beginning is tied to his purpose. Sadly anyone living for self will not have time to find out God’s purpose for his life, as to align or function in it. Even when they know, they can’t pursue such plan effectively. Self is that dimension of us that wants to be seen and recognised, not minding how God feels or what he expects from us as individuals and as a people. A good example of a show of self is found in project tower of Babel in Genesis 11:1-4, where men was in agreement to undertake a very loudable project, but their intentions was wrong. Their motive was centered on making a name for themselves instead of fulfilling the purpose of God. That was the reason God had to stop them by confusing their language.

This day and season, we need to rediscover purpose anywhere we feel confused about it. There’s need to jettison all forms of self that stands against the move of the Spirit in our lives and situations. We should allow the Spirit to lead us as true sons and daughters. Many are attempting to lead the way, because they are not allowing the Spirit to take control of their affairs. That has caused them much struggle as their plans and moves are contrary to God’s plan and purpose for their lives. They are like men walking against the tide of the Spirit instead of mounting on His wings by surrendering. As for the Almighty, he will always be true to himself. His Spirit is always there to help us as much as we give him room. The day we learn to operate from the center of God’s will for our lives, most of our struggles will disappear, because he is always there to help, when we choose the path of obedience. “You jealously want what others have so you begin to see yourself as better than others. You scheme with envy and harm others to selfishly obtain what you crave—that’s why you quarrel and fight. And all the time you don’t obtain what you want because you won’t ask God for it! And if you ask, you won’t receive it for you’re asking with corrupt motives, seeking only to fulfill your own selfish desires.” James 4:2-3 TPT.

Prayer :Thank you Father God because your plan and purpose for my life is good. Help me to do away with every form of self and pursuits that stands on the way of your glorious plan and purpose for my life. Holy Spirit, take over my life and lead me in the paths you desire in Jesus wonderful name…. Amen 🙏🏿.

Your Generation Is Waiting For You

ENTHRONEMENT ASSEMBLY DAILY DEVOTIONALS.

Thursday February 6th, 2025.

Topic :Your Generation Is Waiting For You.

Memory Verse: Romans 8:16. God’s Spirit joins himself to our spirits to declare that we are God’s children.

Bible Reading : Romans 8:13-15 GNB. Key Verse :v15.

For if you live according to your human nature, you are going to die; but if by the Spirit you put to death your sinful actions, you will live. Those who are led by God’s Spirit are God’s children. For the Spirit that God has given you does not make you slaves and cause you to be afraid; instead, the Spirit makes you God’s children, and by the Spirit’s power we cry out to God, “Father! my Father!”

One of the greatest mysteries of redemption is adoption. When Satan thought he had his way by making man disobey God and suffer separation from the source of life which is spiritual death, God came through his son Jesus in a game changing mission. His death and resurrection activated grace and mercy before the throne in our favour. The work of redemption as accomplished by Jesus made it possible for us to bear God’s nature through his Spirit, so that we can reason and behave like himself as his children. By his Spirit, we are able to overcome the flesh and it’s unhealthy desires. “But if Christ lives in you, the Spirit is life for you because you have been put right with God, even though your bodies are going to die because of sin. If the Spirit of God, who raised Jesus from death, lives in you, then he who raised Christ from death will also give life to your mortal bodies by the presence of his Spirit in you.” Romans 8:10-11.

Now we have to consciously yield ourselves to the Spirit of life as given to us by the father to honour the son. This is because the Spirit works in or through us as individuals to the level of our yielded – ness to his leading and instructions. That’s the hearing Jesus talked about in the book of John 10:27-28 (TPT) which says that… “My own sheep will hear my voice and I know each one, and they will follow me. I give to them the gift of eternal life and they will never be lost and no one has the power to snatch them out of my hands.” TPT. This hearing comes in the form instructions and commands that helps us walk in safety and in the paths of divine agenda.

When we are truly yielded to his Spirit and unconditionally too, we won’t find it strange or difficult to identify even with everything he carries including his suffering which is key to manifesting the full measure of sonship in our lifetime. Many are not able to make the right decisions and sacrifices that are designed to bring out the glorious dimension of their lives as sons and daughters in the divine family, as made possible by adoption. “Since we are his children, we will possess the blessings he keeps for his people, and we will also possess with Christ what God has kept for him; for if we share Christ’s suffering, we will also share his glory. I consider that what we suffer at this present time cannot be compared at all with the glory that is going to be revealed to us. All of creation waits with eager longing for God to reveal his children. For creation was condemned to lose its purpose, not of its own will, but because God willed it to be so. Yet there was the hope” Romans 8:17-20. Kindly note today that your generation is expectant, so you can’t afford to fail.

Prayer :Thank you Father God for redeeming my soul. Thank you for giving me your Spirit to help me live like you. Thank you because your investment of grace upon my life will never be in vain. Help me to make every possible sacrifices thar will enable me deliver in full measure in Jesus wonderful name…. Amen 🙏🏿.

Taking Advantage Of Divine Resources

ENTHRONEMENT ASSEMBLY DAILY DEVOTIONALS.

Wednesday February 5th, 2025.

Topic :Taking Advantage Of Divine Resources.

Memory Verse :Colossians 2:3. He is the key that opens all the hidden treasures of God’s wisdom and knowledge.

Bible Reading :Colossians 2:5-7 GNB. Key Verse : v7.

For even though I am absent in body, yet I am with you in spirit, and I am glad as I see the resolute firmness with which you stand together in your faith in Christ. Since you have accepted Christ Jesus as Lord, live in union with him. Keep your roots deep in him, build your lives on him, and become stronger in your faith, as you were taught. And be filled with thanksgiving.

Jesus Christ is the central character of the gospel. To that extent he is the beginning and ending of faith. He created all things as the spoken word of God. When man his prime creature fell from his position of rulership and dominion as ordained by God from the beginning, he had to come in the flesh as a man, so that he could redeem us from the bondage of sin, condemnation and attendant destruction. In Christ Jesus God revealed his wisdom that gifted us salvation through faith and by the finished work of the cross. “But for those who have been chosen to follow him, both Jews and Greeks, he is God’s mighty power, God’s true wisdom, and our Messiah. For the “foolish” things of God have proven to be wiser than human wisdom. And the “feeble” things of God have proven to be far more powerful than any human ability.” 1 Corinthians 1:24-25 TPT.

Our stand with the Lord and walk with him is always strengthened by the depth of our knowledge of him. This is the reason we must develop a working relationship with the master by the help of his Spirit. Our relationship with him helps us to learn his character or mode of operation. “May grace and peace be yours in full measure through your knowledge of God and of Jesus our Lord. God’s divine power has given us everything we need to live a truly religious life through our knowledge of the one who called us to share in his own glory and goodness. In this way he has given us the very great and precious gifts he promised, so that by means of these gifts you may escape from the destructive lust that is in the world, and may come to share the divine nature. For this very reason do ×your best to add goodness to your faith; to your goodness add knowledge;” 2 Peter 1:2-5.

Deep knowledge of the saviour and our divine inheritance in him doesn’t only make us stand well and firm, but also it helps us to be more fruitful in him. By knowledge we are able to understand, pursue and possess our divine inheritance as made available in him. Such divine resources are meant to enrich our faith and walk with the Lord in a manner that we become more impact-full. Our union with him gurrantees our safety in life thrhis preservative presence and grace. On the other hand, this union helps us access the inheritance of sons and heirs of salvation which makes our faith rich and desirable. “I pray that the light of God will illuminate the eyes of your imagination, flooding you with light, until you experience the full revelation of the hope of his calling—that is, the wealth of God’s glorious inheritances that he finds in us, his holy ones! I pray that you will continually experience the immeasurable greatness of God’s power made available to you through faith. Then your lives will be an advertisement of this immense power as it works through you! This is the mighty power”” Ephesians 1:18-19.

Prayer Thank you for Father God for revealing your love and wisdom that brought salvation through Jesus Christ your son to me. Open the eyes of my understanding to every wisdom, resources and inheritance made available in him to my advantage. Keep me from every influence of men whose teachings causes inability or derailment in Jesus wonderful name…. Amen 🙏🏿.

The Word As Instrument Of Signs And Wonders

ENTHRONEMENT ASSEMBLY DAILY DEVOTIONALS.

Tuesday February 4th, 2025.

Topic :The Word As Instrument Of Signs And Wonders.

Memory Verse:‭John 6:63. The Spirit gives life; the flesh counts for nothing. The words I have spoken to you—they are full of the Spirit and life.

Bible Reading :‭Exodus 4:1-3 NIV‬. Key Verse: v2

Moses answered, “What if they do not believe me or listen to me and say, ‘The Lord did not appear to you’?” Then the Lord said to him, “What is that in your hand?” “A staff,” he replied. The Lord said, “Throw it on the ground.” Moses threw it on the ground and it became a snake, and he ran from it.

At this point, God was commissioning Moses his servant to return to Egypt where he fled for his life in the past, as to deliver his people from the bondage of slavery and servitude. Moses felt inadequate and reasoned that the people he was being sent to will not believe him. God then began to open his eyes to understand some changes that has taken place in his life which ordinary eyes could not see. God made him to realise that the encounters hr had with the Almighty just transformed him and everything around him to become instruments of signs and wonders. When he sought for a way to convince the children of Israel to believe in him and the assignment he was being commissioned to carry out, God made him to realise that there was something in his hand that could be a game changer, which was his staff or shepherd’s rod. In like manner, God in this last days has put the staff or rod of his word in our hands as believers to use as instrument of signs and wonders to accomplish great tasks in his kingdom.

The word of God doesn’t grow old. The word has capacity to produce anywhere and anytime you put it to use and for the right purposes. When Jesus was being tempted by the devil he answered him that man won’t live by bread alone, but by every word that comes from the mouth of the Almighty. The word is not only food that nourishes our spirit man, the word is a most effective instrument to work miracles or signs and wonders, just like the staff or rod in the hands of Moses. The new testament church must therefore discover the power hidden in God’s word that creates and recreates in any given situation. Many people who are believing God for one miracle or another are not getting it because they are carried away by activities, religious rituals and ceremonies in many places while they don’t have time to sit on the word till the Spirit breathes on it for it to deliver in the area they are needed to do so.

“In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. He was with God in the beginning. Through him all things were made; without him nothing was made that has been made. In him was life, and that life was the light of all mankind. The light shines in the darkness, and the darkness has not overcome it.” John 1:1-5. By his spoken word, God created everything we can or cannot see. When God was handing the baton of leadership of the people of Israel over to Joshua after Moses went to be with the Lord, he emphasised that one thing Joshua must take seriously till it becomes part of him is his word. “Keep this Book of the Law always on your lips; meditate on it day and night, so that you may be careful to do everything written in it. Then you will be prosperous and successful.” Joshua 1:8. The book of the law here in our discussion represents the written word of God.

Prayer :Thank you Father God for the power in your word. From today, help me to sit on your word till it becomes Spirit and releases life and the power of change and transformation into my life and situation in Jesus wonderful name…. Amen 🙏🏿.

Enjoying The Ministry Of Angels

ENTHRONEMENT ASSEMBLY DAILY DEVOTIONALS.

Monday February 3rd, 2025.

Topic :Enjoying The Ministry Of Angels.

Memory Verse :‭Hebrews 1:14. Are not all angels ministering spirits sent to serve those who will inherit salvation?

Bible Reading :‭Exodus 23:20-22 NIV‬. Key Verse : v22.

.“See, I am sending an angel ahead of you to guard you along the way and to bring you to the place I have prepared. Pay attention to him and listen to what he says. Do not rebel against him; he will not forgive your rebellion, since my Name is in him. If you listen carefully to what he says and do all that I say, I will be an enemy to your enemies and will oppose those who oppose you.

At this point in time in the journey of the people of Israel through the wilderness, God began to introduce Moses his servant and their leader to the ministry of angels. He had get him prepared for what laid ahead of them so that they avoid making costly mistakes. At that point in time, the Lord was making available to them the service of the angel of his presence because of the nature of battles they were going to encounter. Such angels operate with the express glory, power and authority of his presence. They don’t recognise obstacles, because their appearance or intervention comes with full measure of divine presence which no power or circumstances can withstand. However, ut takes serious discipline to work with such angels that excel in power.

‭”My angel will go ahead of you and bring you into the land of the Amorites, Hittites, Perizzites, Canaanites, Hivites and Jebusites, and I will wipe them out. Do not bow down before their gods or worship them or follow their practices. You must demolish them and break their sacred stones to pieces. Worship the Lord your God, and his blessing will be on your food and water. I will take away sickness from among you, and none will miscarry or be barren in your land. I will give you a full life span.” Exodus 23:23-26.

This new month and season, the Lord is introducing us to the ministry of the mighty angels of his presence. They are angels of miracles and mighty works that excel in strength. We must therefore be sensitive to their voice or leading at any point in time. Obedience to directives and instructions coming from his presence will be key to the victories we are going to enjoy this new season. When we please the Lord by obeying his commands and instructions, he will send his angels ahead of us to make way for us, even in very difficult and unbelievable circumstances or situations. When the Lord appear on our battle fields, things that were difficult becomes easy and his presence causes every opposition to give way. ‭”“I will send my terror ahead of you and throw into confusion every nation you encounter. I will make all your enemies turn their backs and run. I will send the hornet ahead of you to drive the Hivites, Canaanites and Hittites out of your way. ” Exodus 23:27-28.

Prayer :Thank you Father God for giving me angels of your mighty presence to make my journey in life worthwhile. Help me to discern your leading through them and to follow in obedience. Thank you for all the miracles and interventions am about to enjoy from your presence in Jesus wonderful name…. Amen 🙏🏿.

Topic :Times To move God’s Hand In Our Favour.

Memory Verse :1 Thessalonians 5:17. Pray without ceasing.KJV.

Bible Reading : Acts 12:3-5 GNB. Key Verse : v5.

When he saw that this pleased the Jews, he went on to arrest Peter. (This happened during the time of the Festival of Unleavened Bread.) After his arrest Peter was put in jail, where he was handed over to be guarded by four groups of four soldiers each. Herod planned to put him on trial in public after Passover. So Peter was kept in jail, but the people of the church were praying earnestly to God for him.

At this point in time in the history of the early church, king Herod rose up to persecute the Church of Jesus Christ. He laid hands on James the brother of John and put him to death. When he saw that the people under him was pleased with that, he wanted to impress the people the more by distressing the early believers the more. This time he laid hands on the main man and leader of the early church who was Peter. Peter was kept in prison awaiting trial and conviction so that he could distabilise the move of God at that point in time. The remaining disciples knew there was serious problem and that none was safe any longer. They knew that if Peter was be killed like James, the early church will suffer serious setback and be weakened. They therefore decided to take their own destiny into their own hands in the place of prayer which is also the place of authority

Because they didn’t relent but was consistent, they were able to push back the hordes of hell manifesting through the government of the day. In that situation, the Lord knew that Herod was bent on getting Apostle Peter killed, he therefore had to mobilise his angel for his liberation. They were getting ready to deliver him to the people the next day when the angel of liberation came by night to set him free from their custody. “Suddenly an angel of the Lord stood there, and a light shone in the cell. The angel shook Peter by the shoulder, woke him up, and said, “Hurry! Get up!” At once the chains fell off Peter’s hands. Then the angel said, “Fasten your belt and put on your sandals.” Peter did so, and the angel said, “Put your cloak round you and come with me.” Peter followed him out of the prison, not knowing, however, if what the angel was doing was real; he thought he was seeing a vision.” Acts 12:7-9.

At the appearance and touch of the angel of God, every bonds of wickedness broke loose. He led Peter through every fortified gates while the guards were under heavy divine control and couldn’t know what was going on. Peter himself thought he was seeing a vision, but realised that it was real when the angel led him into the road and asked him to go home. “Then Peter realized what had happened to him, and said, “Now I know that it is really true! The Lord sent his angel to rescue me from Herod’s power and from everything the Jewish people expected to happen.” Aware of his situation, he went to the home of Mary, the mother of John Mark, where many people had gathered and were praying.” Acts 12:11-12.. This season the Spirit of God is asking his church to return people to the the place of prayer and intercession. As we obey the voice of the Spirit, he is going to turn many lingering battles around in our favour in his mighty mercies.

Prayer :Thank you Father God because you are the God that answers the prayer of your people. As we stand in the place of prayer this season, render useless every counsel of the enemy against your people in entirety. Thank you for harvest of testimonies in Jesus wonderful name….. Amen 🙏🏿.
