Restoring Men To The Paths Of Truth.

ENTHRONEMENT ASSEMBLY DAILY DEVOTIONALS.

Wednesday October 15th, 2025.

Topic :Restoring Men To The Paths Of Truth.

Memory Verse :2 Timothy 3:14. But as for you, continue in the truths that you were taught and firmly believe. You know who your teachers were,

Bible Reading : 2 Timothy 3:15-17 GNB. Key Verse : v16.

and you remember that ever since you were a child, you have known the Holy Scriptures, which are able to give you the wisdom that leads to salvation through faith in Christ Jesus. All Scripture is inspired by God and is useful for teaching the truth, rebuking error, correcting faults, and giving instruction for right living, so that the person who serves God may be fully qualified and equipped to do every kind of good deed.

Because we live in the last days, many abnormal things will keep happening. Men will be religious for the sake of it without having a desire to build a relationship with God so that they can know him personally for themselves. We need to know that God desires always to reveal himself to men in every generation for the purpose of having a close walk or relationship with him, so that we become the right channel to execute his plans on earth. But when men come to God with a mindset of obtaining from him and going their ways without committing themselves to him, they open a door for error and mistakes. “Remember that there will be difficult times in the last days. People will be selfish, greedy, boastful, and conceited; they will be insulting, disobedient to their parents, ungrateful, and irreligious; they will be unkind, merciless, slanderers, violent, and fierce; they will hate the good;” 2 Timothy 3:1-3.

“they will be treacherous, reckless, and swollen with pride; they will love pleasure rather than God; they will hold to the outward form of our religion, but reject its real power. Keep away from such people. Some of them go into people’s houses and gain control over weak women who are burdened by the guilt of their sins and driven by all kinds of desires,” 2 Timothy 3:4-6. All these will be happening because of the existence false teachers and deceivers like James and Jambres whose assignment is to work against the truth and try to subvert the mind of the people from from following or enduring sound teaching the produces repentance and Godly character. Such men has been there, even from the time of Moses.

Now, to counter and stop the activities of such men working for Satan, there’s need for men who stand for the truth to double our efforts to reach out to our generation. Men like Timothy who has been cultured with the truth need to stand up to dispense the same truth they have known, handled and interacted with. Our generation have need of men who are skilled in the word to check, reverse as well as uproot seeds of wrong teachings planted by men who are hirelings looking for recognition at all costs and attracting a lot of people who mistake the way of truth for being too narrow for their liking. Such men forget that the commands of God are meant to preserve us from destruction, when we obey them. We must therefore continue to teach and receive the truth, correct and accept correction, follow Godly instructions, etc. That is the right way to restore many to the paths of truth, life and righteousness. We have to be up and doing to equip men for all kinds of good works.

Prayer :Thank you Father God because you desire that all men should come to the knowledge of the truth and repentance. Help me to uphold the truth that I know. Use me to reach out to others who had gone astray and bring them to the point where they can know and serve you in Truth and in Spirit in Jesus precious name….. Amen 🙏🏿.

Pay Attention To Your Spiritual Life.

ENTHRONEMENT ASSEMBLY DAILY DEVOTIONALS.

Tuesday October 14th, 2025.

Topic :Pay Attention To Your Spiritual Life.

Memory Verse :2 Corinthians 5:5. God is the one who has prepared us for this change, and he gave us his Spirit as the guarantee of all that he has in store for us.

Bible Reading : 2 Corinthians 5:6-8 GNB. Key Verse : v8.

So we are always full of courage. We know that as long as we are at home in the body we are away from the Lord’s home. For our life is a matter of faith, not of sight. We are full of courage and would much prefer to leave our home in the body and be at home with the Lord.

Here, we can see in this chapter that there’s two kinds of life. The first one is life in the body which every man on earth can always access. But there’s another type of life which is spiritual and heavenly, which we can only access by personal choice and through the channel of faith in what Jesus Christ himself has done for us through his death and resurrection. As believers, we need to understand that the physical body we are living in at the moment is a temporary housing for our real self who lives in the inside. “For we know that when this tent we live in — our body here on earth — is torn down, God will have a house in heaven for us to live in, a home he himself has made, which will last for ever. And now we sigh, so great is our desire that our home which comes from heaven should be put on over us; by being clothed with it we shall not be without a body.” 2 Corinthians 5:1-3.

To be at home in the body is to live in the flesh. Many people today are conscious of their physical body and can go to any length to nourish their physical body while they care less about their spiritual life, because they feel that does not matter. When men live for their body, their flesh becomes empowered to control their soul and spirit, which is dangerous to a man’s spiritual life. The word of God said that those who live in the flesh cannot please God. “For they that are after the flesh do mind the things of the flesh; but they that are after the Spirit the things of the Spirit. For to be carnally minded is death; but to be spiritually minded is life and peace. Because the carnal mind is enmity against God: for it is not subject to the law of God, neither indeed can be. So then they that are in the flesh cannot please God.” Romans 8:5-8 KJV.

There’s another set of people who understand the importance of spirituality in life. Such people therefore learn to sow time and other resources to nourish and grow their spirit man so that he can bear rule over their flesh and body so that they may live to please God. “For bodily exercise profiteth little: but godliness is profitable unto all things, having promise of the life that now is, and of that which is to come. This is a faithful saying and worthy of all acceptation. For therefore we both labour and suffer reproach, because we trust in the living God, who is the Saviour of all men, specially of those that believe.” 1 Timothy 4:8-10 KJV. Today, we have to make the right choice of making sacrifices in our daily life to work on our spirit man as to grow our spiritual life. Already Jesus Christ has given us his Spirit as a seal and helper, when we show willingness. Some exercises that can help our spiritual growth includes fasting and prayer, study of the word, fellowship with fellow believers, etc.

Prayer :Thank you Lord Jesus for saving my soul. Thank you for giving me your Spirit to help my growth and stability in you. Help me to pay more attention to nourish and grow my spirit man to rule my life, so that I can live to be a blessing to my generation in Jesus mighty name….. Amen 🙏🏿.

He Will Always Come Through For Us.

ENTHRONEMENT ASSEMBLY DAILY DEVOTIONALS.

Monday October 13th, 2025.

Topic :He Will Always Come Through For Us.

Memory Verse :
Exodus 14:16. Lift up your stick and hold it out over the sea. The water will divide, and the Israelites will be able to walk through the sea on dry ground.

Bible Reading : Exodus 14:13-15 GNB. Key Verse : v13.

Moses answered, “Don’t be afraid! Stand your ground, and you will see what the Lord will do to save you today; you will never see these Egyptians again. The Lord will fight for you, and there is no need for you to do anything.” The Lord said to Moses, “Why are you crying out for help? Tell the people to move forward.

This time the children of Israel had just left Egypt by the mighty hand of God. Egypt was a place of bondage and rigorous servitude. In the midst of the excruciating suffering they went through, they cried unto God of their father Abraham who in response raised and sent Moses to deliver them out of Egypt and the house of bondage, so that they can have the time to serve their God. “and so I have come down to rescue them from the Egyptians and to bring them out of Egypt to a spacious land, one which is rich and fertile and in which the Canaanites, the Hittites, the Amorites, the Perizzites, the Hivites, and the Jebusites now live. I have indeed heard the cry of my people, and I see how the Egyptians are oppressing them. Now I am sending you to the king of Egypt so that you can lead my people out of his country.”” Exodus 3:8-10.

It was not child’s play when Moses landed in Egypt with this mandate under his belt. Pharaoh and the Egyptians had no intention to let the children of Israel go. But the Lord was with Moses where did great and mighty things through him to back up the efforts of Moses before adamant Pharaoh. The more Pharaoh withdrew from his commitment to let the people of God be free, the more the Lord manifested his power to punish Pharaoh and the Egyptians, who was hardened against God in arrogant pride. Finally, God had no choice, but to kill all the first born first born in Egypt (men and animals). “At midnight the Lord killed all the firstborn sons in Egypt, from the king’s son, who was heir to the throne, to the son of the prisoner in the dungeon; all the firstborn of the animals were also killed. That night, the king, his officials, and all the other Egyptians were awakened. There was loud crying throughout Egypt, because there was not one home in which there was not a dead son. That same night the king sent for Moses and Aaron and said, “Get out, you and your Israelites! Leave my country; go and worship the Lord, as you asked.” Exodus 12:28-30.

At the death of every first born, Pharaoh was forced to release God’s people in a haste and unconditionally. But after the children of Israel left Pharaoh changed his mind and decided to go after the seemingly helpless children of Israel. Finally he went after them with his army. When Moses called on God, all God did was to give him an instruction that became the game changer. God told him to stretch his rod over the sea. As he did so, the sea parted on it’s own accord for the people of God to pass through like dry land. I want us to pick some lessons from the deliverance of the people of God here. The first thing to learn here is that God’s presence in any place or assignment doesn’t eliminate challenges, but gurrantees our victory. Secondly, anytime you are facing things you can’t handle with your human senses, learn to fall back on God for fresh instructions that will open the doors of his intervention. Thirdly, we must understand that before the Lord, there’s no hopeless situation. Only make sure that you are following God’s plan. Once you are following him, your battles becomes his battles. Lastly for today, we must learn that God always hear the cry of his people and will always come through for them, no matter the situation.

Prayer : Thank you Father God because you can never fail or disappoint. Thank you because you always hear the cry of your people. Thank you because whatever good works you began in my life and family, you are able to perfect. Thank you because no power can stop what you began in my life in Jesus wonderful name…. Amen 🙏🏿.

Don’t Neglect Your Calling.

ENTHRONEMENT ASSEMBLY DAILY DEVOTIONALS

Sunday October 12th, 2025.

Topic : Don’t Neglect Your Calling.

Memory Verse : 1 Timothy 4:15. Meditate upon these things; give thyself wholly to them; that thy profiting may appear to all.

Bible Reading :1 Timothy 4:12-14 KJV. Key Verse : v14.

Let no man despise thy youth; but be thou an example of the believers, in word, in conversation, in charity, in spirit, in faith, in purity. Till I come, give attendance to reading, to exhortation, to doctrine.

Neglect not the gift that is in thee, which was given thee by prophecy, with the laying on of the hands of the presbytery.

Apostle Paul’s letters to Timothy are like the vital instructions of a father to a son or that of a coach to a mentee. By the Spirit of God, Paul knew that lawless men will sneak into the church and introduce teachings and practices that are directly from the pit of hell in this last days. The resultant effect of such subtle demonic operations is that some people will fall away from the true faith to engage in demonic practices in the name of worship and service to the Lord. The purpose of this level of confusion is to lead the unguarded astray into destruction. “The Spirit says clearly that some people will abandon the faith in later times; they will obey lying spirits and follow the teachings of demons. Such teachings are spread by deceitful liars, whose consciences are dead, as if burnt with a hot iron.” 1 Timothy 4:1-2 GNB.

The only way the truth could be preserved and properly dispensed to the people is for men like Timothy who were properly groomed and grounded in truth and pure faith to step up their operations, not minding what some people will think and say. This is because anytime deceivers and liars thrive anywhere they also gain followership who most time enjoy attacking the truth anytime they have opportunity. Men that have the pure word of life therefore can’t afford to be silent or pipe low in any generation, but make sure their voices are heard in the right places to correct misconceptions as being dispensed by men working for Satan. “If you give these instructions to the believers, you will be a good servant of Christ Jesus, as you feed yourself spiritually on the words of faith and of the true teaching which you have followed. But keep away from those godless legends, which are not worth telling. Keep yourself in training for a godly life. Until I come, give your time and effort to the public reading of the Scriptures and to preaching and teaching.” 1 Timothy 4:6-7,13 GNB.

To be constantly fit for this assignment, we must take time to work on ourselves as individuals and workers in the kingdom. We have to intentionally engage in spiritual exercises that will sharpen our skills and bring out the best in us. In doing this, we must live with the awareness that men who get the best of God are men who are totally sold out to him and his purpose. Such men keep working on themselves to be a blessing till they begin to make gains that becomes visible even to men who choose the paths of doubts. In doing this, we must note that we are all called and gifted for one purpose or another. “Physical exercise has some value, but spiritual exercise is valuable in every way, because it promises life both for the present and for the future. This is a true saying, to be completely accepted and believed. We struggle and work hard, because we have placed our hope in the living God, who is the Saviour of all and especially of those who believe. Watch yourself and watch your teaching. Keep on doing these things, because if you do, you will save both yourself and those who hear you.” 1 Timothy 4:8-10,16 GNB.

Prayer :Thank you Lord Jesus for counting me worthy to represent your kingdom this end time. Help me therefore to live upto your expectations in fulfilling my calling and ministry. Build me up, so you can use me to rescue and build men up for yourself in Jesus wonderful name…. Amen 🙏🏿.

Be Humble And Teachable.

ENTHRONEMENT ASSEMBLY DAILY DEVOTIONALS.

Friday October 11th, 2025.

Topic :Be Humble And Teachable.

Memory Verse :Esther 2:17. The king liked her more than any of the other women, and more than any of the others she won his favour and affection. He placed the royal crown on her head and made her queen in place of Vashti.

Bible Reading : Esther 2:9-11 GNB. Key Verse : v9.

Hegai liked Esther, and she won his favour. He lost no time in beginning her beauty treatment of massage and special diet. He gave her the best place in the harem and assigned seven young women specially chosen from the royal palace to serve her. Now, on the advice of Mordecai, Esther had kept it secret that she was Jewish. Every day Mordecai would walk to and fro in front of the courtyard of the harem, in order to find out how she was getting on and what was going to happen to her.

The story of Esther in the Bible is that of grass to grace. She came from from an unbelievably humble background to become queen in a foreign land. Initially every statistics was working against her. In the first place she had lost her parents. We were not told the circumstances under which she lost her parents here, possibly as casualties of war, when her people was conquered and carried away into exile. Her uncle Mordecai had to raise her in the stead of her late parents. It is true that Esther was a pretty woman, but what made her great was more because of the way she behaved or carried herself. That made everyone that came in contact with her to like her way of doing things and therefore helped her to become queen in the stead of Vashti. We shall be looking at the two qualities in her that is worth emulating. These good qualities in her will open the doors of favour and divine help to anyone who imbibes them in his/her lifetime.

The first quality Esther had was that she was teachable. When she was going for this selection exercise, Mordecai warned her not to reveal her identity as a Jewish woman prematurely because that could work against her being considered which she adhered to strictly. Mordecai always came around while she stayed in the harem to know of her condition, as to encourage and instruct her because of her teachable spirit. It was not just all about her appearanve, but the humble and submissive spirit she exhibited through the process stood her out among her equals. It wasn’t difficult to single her out for special favour and help which made the difference for her at every stage, even before the King himself.

The second quality worth emulating here is humility. It takes someone with a humble heart to be teachable. This made her respect men like Hegai who gave her the platform of acceptance before the King, because he knew exactly what the king desired. Again because of the circumstances that led to the dethronement of Vashti who rebelled against the king to make him look ordinary before his close friends and the public, the emphasis this time was adjusted to accommodate a young woman who had a humble spirit. A woman who will be there for king Ahasuerus anytime he needed her for anything. These qualities was seen in Esther. That is the reason she was considered complete at every stage and prepared to get the best of her date with the king. Even the king on seeing her for the first time knew that he had seen the right lady he was searching for. Humility is key to activation of grace before the Lord and with men. “Likewise, ye younger, submit yourselves unto the elder. Yea, all of you be subject one to another, and be clothed with humility: for God resisteth the proud, and giveth grace to the humble. Humble yourselves therefore under the mighty hand of God, that he may exalt you in due time:” KJV.

Prayer :Thank you Father God for teaching me wisdom through the lives of men of old. From today help me to always humble myself before you and fellow men, so that my lifting can come in due season. Help me to have a teachable spirit all my days, so that I won’t learn the hard way in Jesus precious name…. Amen 🙏🏿.

Take Your Place In God’s Plan.

ENTHRONEMENT ASSEMBLY DAILY DEVOTIONALS.

Friday October 10th, 2025.

Topic :Take Your Place In God’s Plan.

Memory Verse :Joshua 1:8. Be sure that the book of the Law is always read in your worship. Study it day and night, and make sure that you obey everything written in it. Then you will be prosperous and successful.

Bible Reading : Joshua 1:5-7 GNB. Key Verse : v7.

Joshua, no one will be able to defeat you as long as you live. I will be with you as I was with Moses. I will always be with you; I will never abandon you. Be determined and confident, for you will be the leader of these people as they occupy this land which I promised their ancestors. Just be determined, be confident; and make sure that you obey the whole Law that my servant Moses gave you. Do not neglect any part of it and you will succeed wherever you go.

At this point in time, Moses has gone to be with the Lord. God had to raise Joshua who served Moses to take over the mantle of leadership of the people of Israel, as they were about to possess Canaan, the land of promise. Now, we see God preparing Joshua for the assignment of leading the people to possess the land of promise. “After the death of the Lord’s servant Moses, the Lord spoke to Moses’ helper, Joshua son of Nun. He said, “My servant Moses is dead. Get ready now, you and all the people of Israel, and cross the River Jordan into the land that I am giving them. As I told Moses, I have given you and all my people the entire land that you will be marching over.” Joshua 1:1-3.

One important factor going for Joshua in his encounter with God in this Joshua chapter 1 is the promise of God’s presence in all God wanted to use him and achieve. God gave him promises that are very dependable. One of the assurances God gave Joshua is that any place he sets his feet, the Lord was giving unto him. Again, the Lord assured Joshua that no man would be able to contend with him and prevail all his days. However, he must follow the instructions of Moses God’s servant. The book of the law which presently can be said to mean the word of God in our dispensation must be his compass in navigating the paths of life daily. This word must be deeply rooted in him through the channel of constant study and meditation. “Be sure that the book of the Law is always read in your worship. Study it day and night, and make sure that you obey everything written in it. Then you will be prosperous and successful. Remember that I have commanded you to be determined and confident! Don’t be afraid or discouraged, for I, the Lord your God, am with you wherever you go.”” Joshua 1:8-9.

Today the Lord is speaking to us with the same words he gave Joshua. It is time for us to take our rightful place in God’s agenda in our generation. Like Joshua, there’s a gap that each and everyone of us was saved to fill in God’s kingdom operations in our lifetime. We have to discover what God wants from us therefore as individuals and do same. As long as we walk in God’s plan, his presence will be a shield over our lives as to protect us from the activities of the evil one and his agents who doesn’t have what it takes to withstand us when we walk in obedience. We need to understand that we are to take the right steps to posses any territory we find ourselves in because God had sent us there to subdue and take over, even in foreign lands. We have to be courageous enough to take the chances of advancement, as we recognise doors of opportunities the Lord brings our way. We have to live with the consciousness of the fact that we can’t be stopped by Satan and his agents, knowing what the presence of God we carry can do in any given situation.

Prayer : Thank you Lord Jesus for saving me so that I can fit into your plan for the end time move of your Spirit. From today, open the eyes of my understanding to know the gap you want me to fill in the kingdom. Thank you for helping me live upto your kingdom expectations in Jesus wonderful name…. Amen 🙏🏿.

Make Sure You Prepare For Jesus.

ENTHRONEMENT ASSEMBLY DAILY DEVOTIONALS.

Thursday October 9th, 2025.

Topic : Make Sure You Prepare For Jesus.

Memory Verse : Acts 1:11. and said, “Galileans, why are you standing there looking up at the sky? This Jesus, who was taken from you into heaven, will come back in the same way that you saw him go to heaven.”

Bible Reading : Revelation 22:12-14 GNB. Key Verse : v12.

“Listen!” says Jesus. “I am coming soon! I will bring my rewards with me, to give to each one according to what he has done. I am the first and the last, the beginning and the end.” Happy are those who wash their robes clean and so have the right to eat the fruit from the tree of life and to go through the gates into the city.

After Jesus resurrected from the dead, he ascended to the heavens. On his way to depart the earth, he took his close disciples to the mountains as he usually did. After giving them some parting instructions, he was taken away from their midst by the power of God into the heavens. They stood there watching him disappear into the heavens, not knowing what to do next when two angels stood by them and assured them that the same Jesus they watched taken into the heavens in like manner that he was taken away, will come back to the earth at the right time to receive his own. “But when the Holy Spirit comes upon you, you will be filled with power, and you will be witnesses for me in Jerusalem, in all Judea and Samaria, and to the ends of the earth. ”After saying this, he was taken up to heaven as they watched him, and a cloud hid him from their sight. They still had their eyes fixed on the sky as he went away, when two men dressed in white suddenly stood beside them and said, “Galileans, why are you standing there looking up at the sky? This Jesus, who was taken from you into heaven, will come back in the same way that you saw him go to heaven.” Acts 1:9-11.

John was caught up in the spirit on the Lord’s day where he received the book of Revelations which contains deep truths about the end of all things. At the end of it all Jesus himself assured us that he is coming soon back to harvest the earth unto himself. He is coming back as God who began or created all things and therefore has the singular capacity to end it. This time he is coming for those who are expecting his return and therefore are prepared to receive him. Such men are qualified to meet him in victory because they took advantage of his shed blood to wash their robes clean from sin and all forms of defilement.

Today, we have to examine ourselves once again to know how prepared we are for this second coming of Jesus to take his saints home. Already we are members of his family and are seated with him spiritually in the heavens. This time we are going to be with him in totality and forever. “Behold, what manner of love the Father hath bestowed upon us, that we should be called the sons of God: therefore the world knoweth us not, because it knew him not. Beloved, now are we the sons of God, and it doth not yet appear what we shall be: but we know that, when he shall appear, we shall be like him; for we shall see him as he is. And every man that hath this hope in him purifieth himself, even as he is pure.” 1 John 3:1-3 KJV.

Prayer :Thank you Father God for giving me your son Jesus. Thank you Lord Jesus for shedding your blood to wash away my sins, so that I can live for you. Help me by your Spirit to be ready, so that anytime you appear on earth to take your own home, I will be found worthy in Jesus precious name…. Amen 🙏🏿.

Live To Make Grace Count.

ENTHRONEMENT ASSEMBLY DAILY DEVOTIONALS.

Wednesday October 8th, 2025.

Topic : Live To Make Grace Count.

Memory Verse :2 Timothy 1:6. For this reason I remind you to keep alive the gift that God gave you when I laid my hands on you.

Bible Reading : 2 Timothy 1:7-9 GNB. Key Verse : v9.

For the Spirit that God has given us does not make timid; instead, his Spirit fills us with power, love, and self-control. Do not be ashamed, then, of witnessing for our Lord; nor be ashamed of me, a prisoner for Christ’s sake. Instead, take your part in suffering for the Good News, as God gives you the strength to do it. He saved us and called us to be his own people, not because of what we have done, but because of his own purpose and grace. He gave us this grace by means of Christ Jesus before the beginning of time,

Timothy we can see from the writings of Apostle came from a family that had a culture of serving the Lord. Starting from his grand mother, the baton was passed to his mother, who also succeeded to pass the baton to himself at a tender age. We must understand that the Lord has entrusted the future of his kingdom into our hands. We have to first of all preserve that which we received in him and make sure that we put in every necessary efforts to pass same gospel over to our children. “I remember your tears, and I want to see you very much, so that I may be filled with joy. I remember the sincere faith you have, the kind of faith that your grandmother Lois and your mother Eunice also had. I am sure that you have it also. For this reason I remind you to keep alive the gift that God gave you when I laid my hands on you.” 2 Timothy 1:4-6.

Now we have to understand that salvation is all about the promise of God that involves a different kind of life that men come into when they receive Jesus into their lives. It’s all about a shift from the normal life that everyone live daily to a different type of life that is found only in his presence and that is maintained through constant relationship and spiritual exercises. Through this relationship, we are able to contact and carry some measure of divine deposits, enablement or gifting that helps us manifest his nature to men who come in contact with us in the course of our earthly life. This gifting is what helps us to become a channel through which God can pass through to bless men.

Another reason God gifts the believer his divine abilities is to enable us bear witness of him to as many as we can reach in order to grow his kingdom on earth. In doing this we have to be conscious of his power readily made available by the help of the Holy Spirit. The power of God is carried in love when we are dealing with other people because it is meant to build men up in him and to destroy the works of the devil on the other side, anywhere they are found. Another thing that the Holy Spirit ventilates us with is the wisdom of God, sound mind or self control. That is what helps us navigate difficult situations and come out with extra ordinary results because of divine insight or intelligence made available by his Spirit through same relationship. “His soul shall dwell at ease; and his seed shall inherit the earth. The secret of the LORD is with them that fear him; and he will shew them his covenant.” Psalms 25:13-14 KJV.

Prayer : Thank you Father God for every grace made available to me through your son Jesus. Help me to live in your presence all my days. Let your Spirit help me to preserve your truth to the next generation. Make me a blessing and a living witness of your power and glory. Let grace count in my life all my days in Jesus wonderful name….. Amen 🙏🏿.

Humility, Key To Enjoying His Mercies.

ENTHRONEMENT ASSEMBLY DAILY DEVOTIONALS.

Tuesday October 7th, 2025.

Topic : Humility, Key To Enjoying His Mercies.

Memory Verse :James 4:6. But the grace that God gives is even stronger. As the scripture says, “God resists the proud, but gives grace to the humble.”

Bible Reading : Romans 9:15-17 GNB. Key Verse : v15.

So then, everything depends, not on what human beings want or do, but only on God’s mercy. For the scripture says to the king of Egypt, “I made you king in order to use you to show my power and to spread my fame over the whole world.” So then, God has mercy on anyone he wishes, and he makes stubborn anyone he wishes.

Sometimes people may try to misunderstand this portion of the scripture. One may think that God is responsible for how we behave or respond to situations. But that is not true. He made us freewill agents which means that we choose what we do and how we respond to situations per time. The truth is that the God we serve knows all things. He knows the end from the beginning. He knows what a man will do even when he had not contemplated doing same. Infact, God has no evil instinct in his nature, he therefore cannot influence men to do wrong things, because he is a good God. “I sought the LORD, and he heard me, and delivered me from all my fears. They looked unto him, and were lightened: and their faces were not ashamed. This poor man cried, and the LORD heard him, and saved him out of all his troubles. The angel of the LORD encampeth round about them that fear him, and delivereth them. O taste and see that the LORD is good: blessed is the man that trusteth in him.” Psalms 34:4-8 KJV.

A king like Pharaoh was caught up in the web of his pride and arrogance which hardened him before the Lord. Some times when God blesses and lifts certain men, they become short sighted and narrow minded to the extent that they won’t be able to see God’s hand of intervention in their placement and achievements. Anytime men begin to feel this way, they will not see any reason to give God glory or submit to his authority willingly, but becomes stubborn and begins to do things that incures the wrath of God. Thiat is how men make themselves objects of divine resistance which withdraws the grace and compassionate mercies of God from the life of an individual or any people. Anytime God wutgdraws his preservative mercies, the enemy shows up in his usual manner to steal, kill and destroy, John 10:10.

Today we have to learn that we don’t have what it takes to stand on our feet and do much without the revelation of the mercies of God in our lives. Every man on earth needs to receive from the Lord who is the source of everything that is good. We must note that no man can receive from the Lord, except from the point of mercy. The more we humble ourselves before the Lord, the more we are able to attract or enjoy more of his mercies. If a man can stay under his mighty hand in humility, there’s no limit to what God can do in his life. “Likewise, ye younger, submit yourselves unto the elder. Yea, all of you be subject one to another, and be clothed with humility: for God resisteth the proud, and giveth grace to the humble. Humble yourselves therefore under the mighty hand of God, that he may exalt you in due time:” 1 Peter 5:5-6 KJV.

Prayer :Thank you Father God because every of your plan for me is good. Thank you because you can’t withhold anything good from me. Help me to humble myself under your mighty hand, so that I can always drink from the cup of your goodness and compassionate mercy all my days in Jesus precious name…… Amen 🙏🏿.

Negotiating The Paths Of Light.

ENTHRONEMENT ASSEMBLY DAILY DEVOTIONALS.

Monday October 6th, 2025.

Topic :Negotiating The Paths Of Light.

Memory Verse :Colossians 3:10. and have put on the new self. This is the new being which God, its Creator, is constantly renewing in his own image, in order to bring you to a full knowledge of himself.

Bible Reading : Colossians 3:7-10 GNB. Key Verse : v9.

At one time you yourselves used to live according to such desires, when your life was dominated by them. But now you must get rid of all these things: anger, passion, and hateful feelings. No insults or obscene talk must ever come from your lips. Do not lie to one another, for you have taken off the old self with its habits

When we come to Jesus and begin to follow his ways, there are visible changes that should be seen in our lives. At this point our priorities in life changes because of the love we have for Jesus and his newfound kingdom. We have to pursue things that will help our development in him. Our growth and maturity will be determined by how we are able to set out to pursue his knowledge that will help us understand his plan for our lives and what he demands from us as individuals. “You have been raised to life with Christ, so set your hearts on the things that are in heaven, where Christ sits on his throne at the right-hand side of God. Keep your minds fixed on things there, not on things here on earth. For you have died, and your life is hidden with Christ in God.” Colossians 3:1-4.

We have to consciously reject the old nature that is contrary to the plan of God when they try to rear up their ugly heads around us, because we no more live to please ourselves, but God. We are to work to protect what we received from the Lord from slipping off. We are responsible for getting rid of all kinds of ungodly lifestyles that can impede our progress in our walk with the Lord. We have to avoid any acts of disobedience to the commands of the Lord because such lifestyles causes men to labour under the wrath of God. “You must put to death, then, the earthly desires at work in you, such as sexual immorality, indecency, lust, evil passions, and greed (for greed is a form of idolatry). Because of such things God’s anger will come upon those who do not obey him.” Colossians 3:5-6.

Lastly, we have to develop serious affection for the brethren. The love that our Lord Christ had shown us, we will have to manifest in our dealings with others in practical terms. “You are the people of God; he loved you and chose you for his own. So then, you must clothe yourselves with compassion, kindness, humility, gentleness, and patience. Be tolerant with one another and forgive one another whenever any of you has a complaint against someone else. You must forgive one another just as the Lord has forgiven you. And to all these qualities add love, which binds all things together in perfect unity. The peace that Christ gives is to guide you in the decisions you make; for it is to this peace that God has called you together in the one body. And be thankful.” Colossians 3:12-15.

Prayer :Thank you Lord Jesus for saving my soul so that I may live to serve your purpose. Thank you for revealing your love to me, so that I can manifest same in my dealings with others, especially the brethren. Help me to live the rest of my days to please you and to walk in your paths and plan all my days in Jesus wonderful name…. Amen 🙏🏿.

Yearly Bible Reading : Acts 1:12-26.
