Submit To The Word.

ENTHRONEMENT ASSEMBLY DAILY DEVOTIONALS.

Saturday 16th December, 2023.

Topic: Submit To The Word.

Memory Verse: 2 Timothy 3:17. Through the Word we are put together and shaped up for the tasks God has for us.

Bible Reading: 2 Timothy 3:14-16 MSG. Key Verse: v16.

But don’t let it faze you. Stick with what you learned and believed, sure of the integrity of your teachers— why, you took in the sacred Scriptures with your mother’s milk! There’s nothing like the written Word of God for showing you the way to salvation through faith in Christ Jesus. Every part of Scripture is God-breathed and useful one way or another—showing us truth, exposing our rebellion, correcting our mistakes, training us to live God’s way.

The true gospel has been undet attack from the beginning. Apostle Paul knowing the challenges involved in preserving the truth is talking to us to keep the truth we received same unconditionally. Many get off the paths of truth because they don’t want to suffer trouble or persecution which is normal to anyone who is ready to walk with the Lord. “And the same persecutions and difficulties I have endured, you have also endured. Yes, you know all about what I had to suffer while in Antioch, Iconium, and Lystra. You’re aware of all the persecution I endured there; yet the Lord delivered me from every single one of them! For all who choose to live passionately and faithfully as worshipers of Jesus, the Anointed One, will also experience persecution.” 2 Timothy 3:11-12 TPT.

Many people in out days have chosen the paths of compromise to avoid trouble. One of the reasons people get offended and backside because they are not well grounded in the word. I feel concerned when I see the rate at which people in our days are going far away from God because of materialism and the pressure to avoid rejection or any form of suffering for the sake of the truth. People are not filling our churches and ministries because they are hungry for God’s presence, they don’t have time to be taught the word that carries the solution to everything they are going through. People are not ready to go through process with God anymore. Many are looking for instant relief, no matter where it id coming from.

Today, the Lord is asking us to return to the place of the word and to him. We have to submit ourselves to him afresh so that he can do a thorough job in us. God needs to fix us first, so that he can use ourselves to fix our nations, society and generation, wherever we find ourselves. This is so important to him because he has a task or an assignment for each and everyone of us in his kingdom. We can only be effective in carrying out such God ordained tasks, when we allow ourselves to be transformed by embracing the ministry of the word that is able to reshape our lives and bring out the best of us. “Every Scripture has been written by the Holy Spirit, the breath of God. It will empower you by its instruction and correction, giving you the strength to take the right direction and lead you deeper into the path of godliness. Then you will be God’s servant, fully mature and perfectly prepared to fulfill any assignment God gives you.” 2 Timothy 3:16-17 TPT.

Prayer : Thank you Father God for using men to preserve the truth, so that it can get to me. Help me from today to be sumissive to the ministry of the word. Let your word build me up and transform me so that I can always be effective in your hands anywhere I find myself in Jesus wonderful name…. Amen 🙏🏿.

Need For Genuine Labourers.

ENTHRONEMENT ASSEMBLY DAILY DEVOTIONALS.

Friday 15th December, 2023.

Topic: Need For Genuine Labourers.

Memory Verse: Jeremiah 1:7. But the LORD said unto me, Say not, I am a child: for thou shalt go to all that I shall send thee, and whatsoever I command thee thou shalt speak.

Bible Reading: Jeremiah 1:8-10 KJV. Key Verse: v10.

Be not afraid of their faces: for I am with thee to deliver thee, saith the LORD. Then the LORD put forth his hand, and touched my mouth. And the LORD said unto me, Behold, I have put my words in thy mouth. See, I have this day set thee over the nations and over the kingdoms, to root out, and to pull down, and to destroy, and to throw down, to build, and to plant.

Jeremiah was a young man who grew up in a priestly family, a Benjamite who saw himself living in the city of Anathoth when the Lord began to give him a special assignment. At a very young age God began to speak to him, to help him discover divine purpose in order to pursue it. But Jeremiah could not see himself having what it takes to be a voice of God in his generation. He felt that he was too young for such important assignment of telling men the mind of God. The more he tried to tender excuses before the Lord, the more the Lord gave him assurances of his backing on the job. “God’s Message began to come to him during the thirteenth year that Josiah son of Amos reigned over Judah. It continued to come to him during the time Jehoiakim son of Josiah reigned over Judah. And it continued to come to him clear down to the fifth month of the eleventh year of the reign of Zedekiah son of Josiah over Judah, the year that Jerusalem was taken into exile.”Jeremiah 1:2-3 MSG.

“Therefore said he unto them, The harvest truly is great, but the labourers are few: pray ye therefore the Lord of the harvest, that he would send forth labourers into his harvest. Go your ways: behold, I send you forth as lambs among wolves. Carry neither purse, nor scrip, nor shoes: and salute no man by the way. And into whatsoever house ye enter, first say, Peace be to this house.” Luke 10:2-5. As we are in the last days, there’s much work that needs to be done. God is still calling men into different kinds of assignments. Many shall be called to operate within existing ministries to strengthen them. There are some that God will call to start a new work. We must therefore be properly guided to avoid missing out of God’s plan and running on our own, as many are doing because of selfish greed.

On a final note, if God is giving you any assignment, he will also give you what it takes to carry it out, as you patiently follow his instructions. Don’t give God excuses, but trust him to keep his part of the covenant. “Take a good look, friends, at who you were when you got called into this life. I don’t see many of “the brightest and the best” among you, not many influential, not many from high-society families. Isn’t it obvious that God deliberately chose men and women that the culture overlooks and exploits and abuses, chose these “nobodies” to expose the hollow pretensions of the “somebodies”? That makes it quite clear that none of you can get by with blowing your own horn before God.” 1 Corinthians 1:26-29 MSG

Prayer :Thank you Father God for counting me worthy to be called your own because of Jesus Christ. From today open my eyes to understand what you want me to do for you in my lifetime. Help me walk in your plan for my life, so that I don’t miss my reward on the last day in Jesus blessed name…. Amen 🙏🏿.

Moving Your Mountains.

ENTHRONEMENT ASSEMBLY DAILY DEVOTIONALS.

Thursday 14th December, 2023.

Topic: Moving Your Mountains.

Memory Verse: Mark 11:24. This is the reason I urge you to boldly believe for whatever you ask for in prayer—believe that you have received it and it will be yours.

Bible Reading: Mark 11:21-23 TPT. Key Verse: v23.

Peter remembered and said to him, “Teacher, look! That’s the fig tree you cursed. It’s now all shriveled up and dead.” Jesus replied, “Let the faith of God be in you! Listen to the truth I speak to you: If someone says to this mountain with great faith and having no doubt, ‘Mountain, be lifted up and thrown into the midst of the sea,’ and believes that what he says will happen, it will be done.

The previous day , as Jesus Christ was leaving Bethany and was hungry. He then saw a fig tree that appeared very healthy and he went close intending to get some fruits to eat, but flound none. He cutsed the fig tree in disappointment. The next day as they passed same tree, the disciples noticed that the fig tree the master cursed the previous day had withered. “Jesus spoke to the fig tree, saying, “No one will ever eat fruit from you again!” And the disciples overheard him. In the morning, they passed by the fig tree that Jesus spoke to and it was completely withered from the roots up. Peter remembered and said to him, “Teacher, look! That’s the fig tree you cursed. It’s now all shriveled up and dead.” Mark 11:14,20-21.

When Peter drew his attention to the withered tree, he began to teach them how to create things and recreate their world, using the power God embedded in our tounge as men created to function like our heavenly father. “A man’s belly shall be satisfied with the fruit of his mouth; and with the increase of his lips shall he be filled. Death and life are in the power of the tongue: and they that love it shall eat the fruit thereof.” Proverbs 18:20-21 KJV.

The lessons here includes that : 1. God has given us victory over every situations or enemy we encounter in life. However, this victory is subject to our enforcement, using our tongue, Romans 8:37. 2. The key to enforcement of our God given victory is tied to faith in his word, Hebrews 11:6, Luke 4:4. 3. You have to begin to see and relate with God as a warrior and his word as weapons of warfare, Hebrews 4:12′ Matthew 21:44. 4. On a final note, daily live conscious of the fact that your tongue and mouth is anointed by God to pull down, root out, destroy all that is contrary to God’s plan for your life, as well as to build the future and every good thing you desire. “Then the LORD put forth his hand, and touched my mouth. And the LORD said unto me, Behold, I have put my words in thy mouth. See, I have this day set thee over the nations and over the kingdoms, to root out, and to pull down, and to destroy, and to throw down, to build, and to plant.”

Jeremiah 1:9-10 KJV.

Prayer :Thank you Father God for making me your own. From today help me by your Spirit to walk by faith always as to keep recreating my world, by using my tongue wisely and by faith in your word in Jesus wonderful name…. Amen 🙏🏿.

Let God Fight For You.

ENTHRONEMENT ASSEMBLY DAILY DEVOTIONALS.

Wednesday 13th December, 2023.

Topic: Let God Fight For You.

Memory Verse :1 Samuel 25:9. David’s young men went and delivered his message word for word to Nabal. Nabal tore into them,

Bible Reading: 1 Samuel 25:10-12 MSG. Key Verse: v11.

“Who is this David? Who is this son of Jesse? The country is full of runaway servants these days. Do you think I’m going to take good bread and wine and meat freshly butchered for my sheepshearers and give it to men I’ve never laid eyes on? Who knows where they’ve come from?” David’s men got out of there and went back and told David what he had said.

Nabal was a Maonite who resided and did his business in Carmel, from the sons of Caleb and he was very wealthy. During his time, David was living in the wilderness, running for his life because king Saul was after him. He spent time with servants of Nabal in the bush. That period, he and his men provided the servants of Nabal with free security services against rustlers and others who dared to attack them. They were very safe and protected because of the presence of David and his men. Now, he was sharing his sheep and David sent his boys to him with greetings of peace and friendship, to strengthen their relationship. David requested that he should give them whatever pleased him from the depths of his heart for his men, as he and his men was always there for his workers (shepherds) in the wilderness. “Ask your young men—they’ll tell you. What I’m asking is that you be generous with my men—share the feast! Give whatever your heart tells you to your servants and to me, David your son.’ ” 1 Samuel 25:8.

Nabal responded by blowing hot on the messengers of David. He sent them off with angry and humiliating words. David upon receipt of the report on the treatment of himself and his men, was getting ready to go and pay Nabal back in his own coin when the beautiful and wise wife of Nabal heard about what happened and intervened. She came pleading and did what was right to calm David and his men down, knowing what would have happened. “Don’t dwell on what that brute Nabal did. He acts out the meaning of his name: Nabal, Fool. Foolishness oozes from him.”I wasn’t there when the young men my master sent arrived. I didn’t see them. And now, my master, as God lives and as you live, God has kept you from this avenging murder—and may your enemies, all who seek my master’s harm, end up like Nabal! Now take this gift that I, your servant girl, have brought to my master, and give it to the young men who follow in the steps of my master.” 1 Samuel 25:25-27.

Now David honoured the intervention of Abigail the good wife of Nabal and refrained from confronting Nabal and dealing with him and his men. At the end God was angry with Nabal and fought for David. “Then David accepted the gift she brought him and said, “Return home in peace. I’ve heard what you’ve said and I’ll do what you’ve asked.” When Abigail got home she found Nabal presiding over a huge banquet. He was in high spirits—and very, very drunk. So she didn’t tell him anything of what she’d done until morning. But in the morning, after Nabal had sobered up, she told him the whole story. Right then and there he had a heart attack and fell into a coma. About ten days later God finished him off and he died.” 1 Samuel 25:35-38. Today, you must learn how and when to refrain and allow God to answer some questions enemies are asking, allow him to fight for you by himself.

Prayer :Thank you Father God because you will never abandon me in this life. Today I hand over every enemy blowing hot at me and despising me because of what am going through over to you. Answer the questions they are asking me and fight for me where I can’t fight for myself. Thank you for giving me total victory at last in Jesus wonderful name….. Amen 🙏🏿.

Obedience And Service.

ENTHRONEMENT ASSEMBLY DAILY DEVOTIONALS.

Monday 11th December, 2023.

Topic: Obedience And Service.

Memory Verse: Exodus 23:20. Behold, I send an Angel before thee, to keep thee in the way, and to bring thee into the place which I have prepared.

Bible Reading: Exodus 23:21-23. Key Verse: v22.

Beware of him, and obey his voice, provoke him not; for he will not pardon your transgressions: for my name is in him. But if thou shalt indeed obey his voice, and do all that I speak; then I will be an enemy unto thine enemies, and an adversary unto thine adversaries. For mine Angel shall go before thee, and bring thee in unto the Amorites, and the Hittites, and the Perizzites, and the Canaanites, the Hivites, and the Jebusites: and I will cut them off.

One of the things we enjoy as covenant people of God is angelic ministration. Angels are divine messengers assigned by God to minister to his people in the course the journey of life. They are always there to render help or any needed assistance that makes our journey easy and worthwhile. “But to which of the angels said he at any time, Sit on my right hand, until I make thine enemies thy footstool? Are they not all ministering spirits, sent forth to minister for them who shall be heirs of salvation?”

When the people of God was in their journey from Egypt to Canaan, God assigned the angel of his presence to go with them as to guide, guard as well as instruct them, in order to keep them from the traps of the enemy. The key to their continuous safety and success in the journey therefore was in obeying or following the voice of the angel of God in-charge of their journey and remaining in his service. When the angel speaks, God has spoken, because he receives from God to deliver to the people. Here God told Moses in black and white they must not follow the people of other nations to serve idols as to provoke his jealousy. Rather he promised that as long as they obeyed the voice of the angel sent to guide them, they will be insurmountable because they will retain his presence permanently. Because of divine presence, anyone who comes against them will have God almighty to contend with.

When we walk in the paths of obedience and service, God promised to bless our bread and water, as well as take sickness away from among us. This means that they were to live in divine health by covenant. As if that was not enough, the Lord went further to promise that as long as we walk in obedience to his voice and are steadfast in service, he will run our lives as a divine project. This part of the covenant is meant to eradicate all forms of miscarriage including untimely death. Not only that, the Lord will cause our fear to be in the camp of our enemies by reason of his mighty acts in our midst. “And ye shall serve the LORD your God, and he shall bless thy bread, and thy water; and I will take sickness away from the midst of thee. There shall nothing cast their young, nor be barren, in thy land: the number of thy days I will fulfil. I will send my fear before thee, and will destroy all the people to whom thou shalt come, and I will make all thine enemies turn their backs unto thee.” Exodus 23:25-27.

Prayer :Thank you Father God because what you told men that served you of old, you are telling us today, as our unchanging God. Because you are a covenant keeper, help me to always play my part in obedience and unreserved service to you as to enjoy the fulness of your blessing in Jesus wonderful name…. Amen 🙏🏿.

Dignity In Genuine Labour

ENTHRONEMENT ASSEMBLY DAILY DEVOTIONALS.

Sunday 10th December, 2023.

Topic: Dignity In Genuine Labour.

Memory Verse:2 Kings 4:7. She went and told the story to the man of God. He said, “Go sell the oil and make good on your debts. Live, both you and your sons, on what’s left.”

Bible Reading: 2 Kings 4:4-6 MSG. Key Verse: v7.

Then come home and lock the door behind you, you and your sons. Pour oil into each container; when each is full, set it aside.” She did what he said. She locked the door behind her and her sons; as they brought the containers to her, she filled them. When all the jugs and bowls were full, she said to one of her sons, “Another jug, please.”He said, “That’s it. There are no more jugs.”Then the oil stopped.

Here we see a widow to a man of God who was in a crisis situation. Her late husband was a man of God, who died leaving his family in heavy debts. The woman was still nursing the pains of losing her husband when his merciless creditors began to mount pressure on the woman to pay up their family debts or they take the two sons he left behind as slaves for who knows how long. The Bible reported that the late Prophet was a good man. It is possible he was sick before he died and they borrowed much to save his life and yet he died. “One day the wife of a man from the guild of prophets called out to Elisha, “Your servant my husband is dead. You well know what a good man he was, devoted to God. And now the man to whom he was in debt is on his way to collect by taking my two children as slaves.” 2 Kings 4:1.

Now Elisha asked the the widow what she had that could be of help. She looked around her and saw only some little oil she had at home that wasn’t there in commercial quantity. That became key to God’s intervention in her life and situation. The man of God gave her what looks to the ordinary man a foolish counsel, which she obeyed in faith and stumbled into a miracle. “Here’s what you do,” said Elisha. “Go up and down the street and borrow jugs and bowls from all your neighbors. And not just a few—all you can get. There are no more jugs.”Then the oil stopped.” 2 Kings 4:3-6.

When she ran back to Elisha the servant of God and shared her testimony, the man of God sent her back again to finish the work she began in faith in what God could do. Now, I want us to take note that what the Elisha did here was to send her to work strategically. From the first time she sought help, the servant of God didn’t give her any money, but guided her to work herself out of her predicament. From borrowing vessels to locking up herself and the children to pour and multiply the oil from little to commercial quantity, to making sales involved genuine labour. “Only by pride cometh contention: but with the well advised is wisdom. Wealth gotten by vanity shall be diminished: but he that gathereth by labour shall increase.” Proverbs 13:10-11 KJV. Another lesson here is that the key to our miracle is always around us, all we need is to ask God to open our eyes to identify it.

Prayer : Thank you Father God because you are ever faithful. Today open my eyes to every key to my miracle that is around me unidentified. As I look upto you and go to work this season under your guidance, fill me with uncommon testimonies in Jesus wonderful name… Amen 🙏🏿.

Running To Win.

ENTHRONEMENT ASSEMBLY DAILY DEVOTIONALS.

Saturday 9th December, 2023.

Topic: Running To Win.

Memory Verse: 1 Corinthians 9:26. For that reason, I don’t run just for exercise or box like one throwing aimless punches,

Bible Reading: 1 Corinthians 9:23-25 TPT. Key Verse: v24.

I’ve done all this so that I would become God’s partner for the sake of the gospel.Isn’t it obvious that all runners on the racetrack keep on running to win, but only one receives the victor’s prize? Yet each one of you must run the race to be victorious. A true athlete will be disciplined in every respect, practicing constant self-control in order to win a laurel wreath that quickly withers. But we run our race to win a victor’s crown that will last forever.

Apostle Paul had a life transforming experience of God on his way to Damascus. From that day onwards, he lived to testify of God’s goodness and mercy that brought salvation to all men. He was highly motivated by his experience of God that he lived the rest his life taking the message of what Jesus did to all men, as God opened the doors. “As I was on the road approaching Damascus, about noon, a brilliant heavenly light suddenly appeared, flashing all around me. As I fell to the ground I heard a voice say, ‘Saul, Saul . . . why are you persecuting me?’ “I answered, ‘Who are you, my Lord?’ “He said to me, ‘I am Jesus, the Victorious. I am the one you are persecuting.’ Acts 22:6-8.

Despite the depth of grace and revelation of Christ he enjoyed, Apostle Paul refused to be carried away by impact and result in the ministry assignment. He had a right perspective of life and eternity which helped him to keep himself under the check of the Spirit of God. He saw himself as an athlete competing not just for earthly honour that fades with time, but everlasting honour that is relevant even in eternity. “Don’t keep hoarding for yourselves earthly treasures that can be stolen by thieves. Material wealth eventually rusts, decays, and loses its value. Instead, stockpile heavenly treasures for yourselves that cannot be stolen and will never rust, decay, or lose their value.” Matthew 6:19-20 TPT.

We have to learn today that anyone that wants to finish strong like Paul must understand that the worst enemy we have is our flesh or self. We therefore need to imbibe enough discipline as to conquer our flesh or self, so that it can be under our control by the help of the Spirit of the Lord. This can be possible only by our getting involved in constant spiritual exercises that builds the capacity of our spirit man, as to keep us permanently in overcomers mode. “For that reason, I don’t run just for exercise or box like one throwing aimless punches, but I train like a champion athlete. I subdue my body and get it under my control, so that after preaching the good news to others I myself won’t be disqualified.” 1 Corinthians 9:26-27.

Prayer :Thank you Father God for the race of life is not about our human ability, but revelation of your mercy and grace. From today keep me focused on the price of eternal life with you. Thank you for seeing me through till I see you in victory in Jesus wonderful name…. Amen 🙏🏿.

Pay Attention To The Holy Spirit

ENTHRONEMENT ASSEMBLY DAILY DEVOTIONALS.

Friday 8th December, 2023.

Topic: Pay Attention To The Holy Spirit.

Memory Verse: Acts 1:8. What you’ll get is the Holy Spirit. And when the Holy Spirit comes on you, you will be able to be my witnesses in Jerusalem, all over Judea and Samaria, even to the ends of the world.”

Bible Reading: Acts 1:3-5 MSG. Key Verse: v4.

After his death, he presented himself alive to them in many different settings over a period of forty days. In face-to-face meetings, he talked to them about things concerning the kingdom of God. As they met and ate meals together, he told them that they were on no account to leave Jerusalem but “must wait for what the Father promised: the promise you heard from me. John baptized in water; you will be baptized in the Holy Spirit. And soon.”

At this point in time in history, Jesus had risen from the dead, after he was crucified as to redeem mankind with his blood. He spent about 40 days with them, interracting, sharing with and teaching them deep truths about God and his kingdom. Now, he was spending his last moments on earth with his disciples and they wanted to know the next thing in his agenda, having conquered death, they thought it was the right time for their political liberation. They wanted to know then, if it was time to liberate Israel from the hands of the Romans. But he began to let them know here that his earthly assignment was done and that the next move will be of the Holy Spirit in order for the kingdom of God to be built and not that of men as they supposed. “When they were together for the last time they asked, “Master, are you going to restore the kingdom to Israel now? Is this the time?” He told them, “You don’t get to know the time. Timing is the Father’s business. What you’ll get is the Holy Spirit. And when the Holy Spirit comes on you, you will be able to be my witnesses in Jerusalem, all over Judea and Samaria, even to the ends of the world.” Acts 1:6-8.

The outpouring of the Holy Spirit on the waiting disciples in Acts chapter 2 marked the beginning of a new move of God upon the earth which the hordes of hell can never contain. When the Spirit came at pentecost, Apostle Peter who was afraid of his life as to deny Christ when he was being led to be crucified, a man who almost went back to his fishery business thinking all hope was gone, if not that the Lord prayed for him ahead of time and appeared to him to encourage him became fire. He was no more afraid of any confrontation or mockery of men. Rather he stood in power to preach the message of his life. No microphones, speakers or any known modern address system, yet 3.000 men heard him loud and clear enough as to give their lives to Jesus for the first time. “That day about three thousand took him at his word, were baptized and were signed up. They committed themselves to the teaching of the apostles, the life together, the common meal, and the prayers.” Acts 2:41-42.

Today each and every one of us needs the Holy Spirit most in our journey with the Lord. “I still have many things to tell you, but you can’t handle them now. But when the Friend comes, the Spirit of the Truth, he will take you by the hand and guide you into all the truth there is. He won’t draw attention to himself, but will make sense out of what is about to happen and, indeed, out of all that I have done and said. He will honor me; he will take from me and deliver it to you. Everything the Father has is also mine. That is why I’ve said, ‘He takes from me and delivers to you.'”John 16:12-15. From today, if you can pay attention to the Holy Spirit, he will help you accomplish things that will shock even you in this life.

Prayer : Thank Lord Jesus for giving us your Spirit. Holy Spirit, you are most welcome in my life as my senior partner in all my endeavours. Take over me and help me accomplish things that only you can, to the glory of the name of the Lord, in my life in Jesus’ wonderful name…. Amen 🙏🏿.

The True Worshippers

ENTHRONEMENT ASSEMBLY DAILY DEVOTIONALS.

Thursday 7th December, 2023.

Topic: The True Worshippers.

Memory Verse: John 4:24. God is a Spirit: and they that worship him must worship him in spirit and truth.

Bible Reading: John 4:21-23. Key Verse: v23.

Jesus saith unto her, Woman, believe me, the hour cometh, when ye shall neither in this mountain, nor yet at Jerusalem, worship the Father. Ye worship ye know not what: we know what we worship: for salvation is of the Jews. But the hour cometh, and now is, when the true worshippers shall worship the Father in spirit and in truth: for the Father seeketh such to worship him.

The encounter Jesus had with the women at the well of Jacob on his way to Samaria revealed a profound truth about the kind of relationship that should exist God and the believer or present day Christian. The first important truth we need to point out here is that God whom we serve is SPIRIT and not flesh. This means that no man can reach him, except through the spirit realm. No man therefore walking by the impulse of the flesh can reach or please God. “In fact, the mind-set focused on the flesh fights God’s plan and refuses to submit to his direction, because it cannot! For no matter how hard they try, God finds no pleasure with those who are controlled by the flesh. But when the Spirit of Christ empowers your life, you are not dominated by the flesh but by the Spirit. And if you are not joined to the Spirit of the Anointed One, you are not of him.” Romans 8:7-9 TPT.

There’s need for us to conduct a check on ourselves to know if we really fall into the category of men who worship the Lord in Spirit and in truth. 1. They are men whose hearts has been surrendered to God almighty. Such men love and serve God from the depths of their hearts and not just with their mouth. 2. They are men who walk with God by covenant. These men have grown from the level of general blessing and covenants to a place where God begins to commit himself to them by personal covenants for kingdom purposes. 3. They are men with insatiable hunger for God’s presence. They are not satisfied with crumbs, rather they seek God in every situation till they find him.

4. They live their lives in the consciousness of the second coming of our Lord Jesus. Because they know the importance of his second coming, they live their lives preparing to meet him and helping to get others prepared. 5. Such men spend their lives building men up for God (building God’s kingdom), and not their personal enterprise. 6. Such men has grown in the spirit as not to run helter skelter looking for solutions, rather they make themselves available to become solution providers in the kingdom. 7. On a final note for the day, such men carry divine blessings as birthright. The live conscious of these blessings all their days.

Prayer : Thank you Father God because you are the Father of all spirits and source of life. Help me to be the true worshipper you want me to be always. Let my life be a living sacrifice to you in Jesus precious name… Amen 🙏🏿.

Kept For Fire.

ENTHRONEMENT ASSEMBLY DAILY DEVOTIONALS.

Wednesday 6th December, 2023.

Topic: Kept For Fire.

Memory Verse:2 Peter 3:12. Daily expect the Day of God, eager for its arrival. The galaxies will burn up and the elements melt down that day.

Bible Reading: 2 Peter 3:11-13 MSG. Key Verse: v11.

Since everything here today might well be gone tomorrow, do you see how essential it is to live a holy life? Daily expect the Day of God, eager for its arrival. The galaxies will burn up and the elements melt down that day— but we’ll hardly notice. We’ll be looking the other way, ready for the promised new heavens and the promised new earth, all landscaped with righteousness.

As the year is grudually coming to an end, many people are very desperate to get one thing or another done in order to belong to the company of achievers. Some people are ready to sell their souls to the devil and endanger their eternal destiny because of things that are temporary. When we close our eyes in death, we cannot have control over such things anymore, no matter how dear they may appear to us. “Love not the world, neither the things that are in the world. If any man love the world, the love of the Father is not in him. For all that is in the world, the lust of the flesh, and the lust of the eyes, and the pride of life, is not of the Father, but is of the world. And the world passeth away, and the lust thereof: but he that doeth the will of God abideth for ever.” 1 John 2:15-17 KJV.

This present world is a temporary one that is stored for fire according to the reliable words of the scripture. This means that a day will come when everything men laboured for will be wasted by the creator of the universe because his timing for their existence and relevance in life will be over. It took God only his spoken word to create all we are seeing today. In like manner, it will only take him to speak again for everything he created to be destroyed however he choses. “Then God’s word brought the chaos back in a flood that destroyed the world. The current galaxies and earth are fuel for the final fire. God is poised, ready to speak his word again, ready to give the signal for the judgment and destruction of the desecrating skeptics. Don’t overlook the obvious here, friends. With God, one day is as good as a thousand years, a thousand years as a day.” 2 Peter 3:6-8.

Don’t be among those who mock, argue or doubt God’s ability to bring to pass what he had said. He is only patient with all men because it is not his desire that anyone he created should perish or be destroyed. Rather he wants everyone to embrace the way of salvation and escape from the imminent destruction coming upon the unbelieving and unrepentant at the end. Out of love, he had provided an escape route through Jesus Christ, our saviour.
“Knowing this first, that there shall come in the last days scoffers, walking after their own lusts, And saying, Where is the promise of his coming? for since the fathers fell asleep, all things continue as they were from the beginning of the creation. But, beloved, be not ignorant of this one thing, that one day is with the Lord as a thousand years, and a thousand years as one day. The Lord is not slack concerning his promise, as some men count slackness; but is longsuffering to us-ward, not willing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance.”

2 Peter 3:3-4,8-9.

Prayer : Thank you Father God because whatever you said, you are able to bring to pass. Help to live conscious of the fact that this present world is temporary. Help me to walk worthy of you, so that at the end, I will be with you forever in Jesus precious name….. Amen 🙏🏿.
