Dimensions In Naaman’s Healing.

ENTHRONEMENT ASSEMBLY DAILY DEVOTIONALS.

Topic :Dimensions In Naaman’s Healing.

Memory Verse : 2 Kings 5:10. Elisha sent a servant out to tell him to go and wash himself seven times in the River Jordan, and he would be completely cured of his disease.

Bible Reading : 2 Kings 5:7-9 GNB. Key Verse: v8.

When the king of Israel read the letter, he tore his clothes in dismay and exclaimed, “How can the king of Syria expect me to cure this man? Does he think that I am God, with the power of life and death? It’s plain that he is trying to start a quarrel with me!” When the prophet Elisha heard what had happened, he sent word to the king: “Why are you so upset? Send the man to me, and I’ll show him that there is a prophet in Israel!” So Naaman went with his horses and chariot, and stopped at the entrance to Elisha’s house.

Naaman was a General in the Syrian army who was popular due to the fact that God used him to give to or cause the pendulum of victory swing the way of his people in battles when it mattered most. This endeared him to the heart of the king of Syria. Now, Naaman had a terrible skin decease or leprosy and the medicals in his country couldn’t help him. When it was obvious that efforts made within Syria yielded no results, his housemaid whom they carried away from Israel, counselled that the General be taken to Israeli to meet Elisha the man of God for his healing. “In one of their raids against Israel, the Syrians had carried off a little Israelite girl, who became a servant of Naaman’s wife. One day she said to her mistress, “I wish that my master could go to the prophet who lives in Samaria! He would cure him of his disease.” When Naaman heard of this, he went to the king and told him what the girl had said.” 2 Kings 5: 2-4.

All diplomatic protocols was observed and Naaman finally landed in Israel and the city of Samaria to see the man of God. When he got to the king of Israel through diplomatic channels, the king of Israel was troubled but Elisha the man of God sent for him to come over for his healing. The General proceeded to go and meet God’s servant. When was close, whithin the premises of the man of God, the man of God sent a message to him to go and bath in Jordan for his healing. This singular instruction didn’t settle well with the general. He saw it as an insult because he wasn’t given a special treatment, but instructed to go and bath in Jordan. “But Naaman left in a rage, saying, “I thought that he would at least come out to me, pray to the Lord his God, wave his hand over the diseased spot, and cure me! Besides, aren’t the rivers Abana and Pharpar, back in Damascus, better than any river in Israel? I could have washed in them and been cured!” 2 Kings 5:11-12.

“His servants went up to him and said, “Sir, if the prophet had told you to do something difficult, you would have done it. Now why can’t you just wash yourself, as he said, and be cured?” So Naaman went down to the Jordan, dipped himself in it seven times, as Elisha had instructed, and he was completely cured. His flesh became firm and healthy, like that of a child.” 2 Kings 5:13-14. One unpopular lesson to pick from the life of Naaman was that he had listening ears which was key to hirestoration. I believe also that he was good to men who worked under him. The rapport he had with his team starting from the housemaid to those who came with him as a General suggested that they loved him and wanted him well. I believe his good human relations contributed to his exploits in the army as men under him gave their best, being well motivated under his leadership. Today, how do you treat men around you, especially those working under you. Will they want you sick or even dead, if they had opportunity to determine what happens to you?

Prayer :Thank you Father God because you are love. Today help to love others around me. Help me by your Spirit to be a blessing to men you place under me in this life. Let my life be such that will always encourage others in Jesus precious name…. Amen 🙏🏿.

Blessing By Covenant

ENTHRONEMENT ASSEMBLY DAILY DEVOTIONALS.

Wednesday July 31st, 2024.

Topic :Blessing By Covenant.

Memory Verse :Genesis 28. And there was the Lord standing beside him. “I am the Lord, the God of Abraham and Isaac,” he said. “I will give to you and to your descendants this land on which you are lying.

Bible Reading : Genesis 28:14-16 GNB. Key Verse : v15.

They will be as numerous as the specks of dust on the earth. They will extend their territory in all directions, and through you and your descendants I will bless all the nations. Remember, I will be with you and protect you wherever you go, and I will bring you back to this land. I will not leave you until I have done all that I have promised you.” Jacob woke up and said, “The Lord is here! He is in this place, and I didn’t know it!”

Isaac had blessed Jacob and sent him to his uncle Betuel in Haran counselling him to marry from there instead of the Canannites among whom they sojourned. Before he left, Isaac prayed the blesings of Abraham into his life. At that point a covenant of fruitfulness was activated over his life and destiny that began to make things take a new turn in his life. “Go at once to Paddan Aram, to the house of your mother’s father Bethuel. Take a wife for yourself there, from among the daughters of Laban, your mother’s brother. May God Almighty bless you and make you fruitful and increase your numbers until you become a community of peoples. May he give you and your descendants the blessing given to Abraham, so that you may take possession of the land where you now reside as a foreigner, the land God gave to Abraham.”” Genesis 28:2-4.

“When he reached a certain place, he stopped for the night because the sun had set. Taking one of the stones there, he put it under his head and lay down to sleep. He had a dream in which he saw a stairway resting on the earth, with its top reaching to heaven, and the angels of God were ascending and descending on it. There above it stood the Lord, and he said: “I am the Lord, the God of your father Abraham and the God of Isaac. I will give you and your descendants the land on which you are lying. Your descendants will be like the dust of the earth, and you will spread out to the west and to the east, to the north and to the south. All peoples on earth will be blessed through you and your offspring. I am with you and will watch over you wherever you go, and I will bring you back to this land. I will not leave you until I have done what I have promised you.”” Genesis 28:11-15 NIV.

Today that reinforced covenant of blessing because of faith has become ours by way of inheritance. The earth and the fulness thereof belongs to our God who is the creator of all things. You as a believer is a descendant of Abraham through faith, your physical location notwithstanding. This covenant of fruitfulness is speaking over your entire life and being. There can be no barreness around you for any reason. Your fruitfulness and blessings is a matter of covenant. There’s no confusion about it because he that promised is able to perform that which he had spoken concerning you, Deuteronomy 7:14. At new birth, we acquired a new earthly identity as men of faith. ‭”“Listen to me, you who pursue righteousness and who seek the Lord: Look to the rock from which you were cut and to the quarry from which you were hewn; look to Abraham, your father, and to Sarah, who gave you birth. When I called him he was only one man, and I blessed him and made him many. The Lord will surely comfort Zion and will look with compassion on all her ruins; he will make her deserts like Eden, her wastelands like the garden of the Lord. Joy and gladness will be found in her, thanksgiving and the sound of singing.” Isaiah 51:1-3 NIV.

From today live in the consciousness that the blesings of God are yours by covenant and they shall be real in every department of your being.

Prayer :Thank you Father God for designing me to be fruitful in you. Thank you for drafting me by covenant into your glorious family of faith and blessing me. From today, let these blessings of fruitfulness be manifest in a manner that all eyes shall see and bless you in Jesus precious name…. Amen 🙏🏿.

Living To Please God.

ENTHRONEMENT ASSEMBLY DAILY DEVOTIONALS.

Tuesday July 30th, 2024.

Topic : Living To Please God.

Memory Verse : Deuteronomy 7:6. Do this because you belong to the Lord your God. From all the peoples on earth he chose you to be his own special people.

Bible Reading : Deuteronomy 7:3-5 GNB. Key Verse :v4.

Do not marry any of them, and do not let your children marry any of them, because then they would lead your children away from the Lord to worship other gods. If that happens, the Lord will be angry with you and destroy you at once. So then, tear down their altars, break their sacred stone pillars in pieces, cut down the symbols of their goddess Asherah, and burn their idols.

I always tell people that God revealed his character in the old testament, in his dealings with the people of Israel and men of old. That character of God as revealed and his demands for reverence from men didn’t change even now. The only difference in this dispensation of grace is that his dealings with us is tied to what Jesus has done for us on the cross. Having borne the punishment for sin on our behalf, when we believe in him, we are able to escape the judgement and attendant punishment for sin through Jesus our saviour. As we enjoy this grace, we have also to observe those commands of God given to men of old as to obey them because they are still relevant in our days to secure our walk with him. For example, we can’t start coveting what belongs to others because of grace or be stealing from others and still feel that it doesn’t matter because Jesus died for our sins. “So far as the Law is concerned, however, I am dead — killed by the Law itself — in order that I might live for God. I have been put to death with Christ on his cross,
so that it is no longer I who live, but it is Christ who lives in me. This life that I live now, I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me and gave his life for me.” Galatians 2:19-10.

In the passage above (Bible Reading), we see God warning the people of Israel that as he brings them into Canaan the land of promise, they must stay away from defiling themselves with idol worship. He made them to remember that those nations as listed in Deuteronomy 7:1 were dispossesed because of their thirst for rebellion to the commands of the Almighty and their appetite for idol woshp. God took a step further to warn that Israel should not spare the people neither should they intermarry with them to avoid these idol worshipping nations influencing them to follow their ways and sin against God and incure his wrath. “The Lord your God will bring you into the land which you are going to occupy, and he will drive many nations out of it. As you advance, he will drive out seven nations larger and more powerful than you: the Hittites, the Girgashites, the Amorites, the Canaanites, the Perizzites, the Hivites, and the Jebusites. “When the Lord your God places these people in your power and you defeat them, you must put them all to death. Do not make an alliance with them or show them any mercy.” Deuteronomy 7:1-2.

The lesson here today is that grace changes men and empowers us to obey and live for the one who took our place in judgement and died, so that we can enjoy forgiveness. Now can be seen as the righteousness of God through Christ Jesus. Like the Isrealites of old, we are to flush out everything in and around us that wants to take us back to where we were coming from before we met the Lord in order to remain in his love. “So then, my brothers and sisters, we have an obligation, but it is not to live as our human nature wants us to. For if you live according to your human nature, you are going to die; but if by the Spirit you put to death your sinful actions, you will live. Those who are led by God’s Spirit are God’s children.” Romans 8:12-14.

Prayer : Thank you Lord Jesus for saving me, so that I can live for you. By your Spirit of grace, help me to to put death in me anything that doesn’t glorify you. Help me to live to honour you who died for me all my days in Jesus precious name… Amen 🙏🏿.

Fear God

ENTHRONEMENT ASSEMBLY DAILY DEVOTIONALS.

Monday July 29th, 2024.

Topic : Fear God.

Memory Verse :Psalms 75:10. All the horns of the wicked also will I cut off; but the horns of the righteous shall be exalted.

Bible Reading : Psalm 75:6-8 KJV. Key Verse: v6.

For promotion cometh neither from the east, nor from the west, nor from the south. But God is the judge: he putteth down one, and setteth up another. For in the hand of the LORD there is a cup, and the wine is red; it is full of mixture; and he poureth out of the same: but the dregs thereof, all the wicked of the earth shall wring them out, and drink them.

There’s a dimension of God that makes him sovereign. That means that he can always do what pleases him with or to anyone at any point in time without any man or power holding him accountable. Rather himself as the owner of the entire universe holds every man and power accountable. “For through him God created everything in heaven and on earth, the seen and the unseen things, including spiritual powers, lords, rulers, and authorities. God created the whole universe through him and for him. “Christ existed before all things, and in union with him all things have their proper place. He is the head of his body, the church; he is the source of the body’s life. He is the firstborn Son, who was raised from death, in order that he alone might have the first place in all things.” Colossians 1:25-17 GNB.

He is the judge of the universe. He is responsible for the raising or lifting of men when they please him or meet his requirements for lifting. He also brings down men who walk in pride and disobedience before him. Challenges melt at his presence like wax before the fire. No man can boast of strength or might in his presence. “Be silent before me, you islands! Let the nations renew their strength! Let them come forward and speak; let us meet together at the place of judgment. “Who has stirred up one from the east, calling him in righteousness to his service? He hands nations over to him and subdues kings before him. He turns them to dust with his sword, to windblown chaff with his bow. He pursues them and moves on unscathed, by a path his feet have not traveled before.” Isaiah 41:1-3 NIV‬.

As we enter a new week and prepare for a new month, we have to learn to walk with the Lord in submission out of a heart of love and with a fatherly reverence. While dealing with other men, must not forget that evil works and wickedness attract his reward too, as much as good works and walking the paths of obedience to his commands. “The fear of the LORD is the beginning of wisdom: and the knowledge of the holy is understanding. For by me thy days shall be multiplied, and the years of thy life shall be increased.” Proverbs 9:10-11. This wisdom of God preserves us from getting involved in acts that incures the wrath of God. When we walk in the paths of bedience, we are able to retain his favour and attract his blessing in our endeavours. ‭”If you pay attention to these laws and are careful to follow them, then the Lord your God will keep his covenant of love with you, as he swore to your ancestors. He will love you and bless you and increase your numbers. He will bless the fruit of your womb, the crops of your land—your grain, new wine and olive oil—the calves of your herds and the lambs of your flocks in the land he swore to your ancestors to give you.” Deuteronomy 7:12-13 NIV‬.

Prayer :Thank you Father God because power belongs to you and you alone. Thank you because you are the one who lifts men. Help me to always reverence you as my God, king and father. Thank you for the blessings that obedience attracts shall be my portion in Jesus wonderful name….. Amen 🙏🏿.

Some Manifestations Maturity.

ENTHRONEMENT ASSEMBLY DAILY DEVOTIONALS.

Sunday July 28th, 2024.

Topic : Some Manifestations Maturity.

Memory Verse : Romans 5:5. And this hope is not a disappointing fantasy, because we can now experience the endless love of God cascading into our hearts through the Holy Spirit who lives in us!

Bible Reading : Romans 5:2-4 TPT. Key Verse : v3.

Our faith guarantees us permanent access into this marvelous kindness that has given us a perfect relationship with God. What incredible joy bursts forth within us as we keep on celebrating our hope of experiencing God’s glory! But that’s not all! Even in times of trouble we have a joyful confidence, knowing that our pressures will develop in us patient endurance. And patient endurance will refine our character, and proven character leads us back to hope.

Maturity in the faith can be seen in the way we behave, speak and even respond to situations. One of the ways we can manifest maturity is in our patience level in times of delay and trials of faith. Every man’s faith must be tried at one point in life or another. Sometimes it can come in the form of unexpected delays. At this point we need tie our hope on what God does or has promised to do and that keeps us moving. Hope is always a component of faith, they always exist alongside each other to do a complete work. Patience is key to making the promises of God real in the lives of men. “Cast not away therefore your confidence, which hath great recompence of reward.
For ye have need of patience, that, after ye have done the will of God, ye might receive the promise.” Hebrews 10:35-36 KJV.

Another quality of we display as mature believers is that we rejoice in the Lord unconditionally. Every one can rejoice when things go their way. In the case of the believer his confidence in God, his plan and intentions in every situation is never in doubt. He has understanding that all things are working out good report in his favour, though it may not seem so from the initial look of things. This understanding helps his heart to be at peace and rest in the midst of daunting challenges because he is sure of what the Lord is upto in his life. ” But I am still full of confidence, because I know whom I have trusted, and I am sure that he is able to keep safe until that Day what he has entrusted to me. Hold firmly to the true words that I taught you, as the example for you to follow, and remain in the faith and love that are ours in union with Christ Jesus.” 2 Timothy 1:12-13 GNB.

Joy is a very important key that makes the strength of the Lord available to us anytime we need it. There is need for us to guard our joy as much we guard our faith and every other thing that matters in our relationship with the Lord. “Now go home and have a feast. Share your and wine with those who haven’t enough. Today is holy to our Lord, so don’t be sad. The joy that the Lord gives you will make you strong.” The Levites went about calming the people and telling them not to be sad on such a holy day. So all the people went home and ate and drank joyfully and shared what they had with others, because they understood what had been read to them.” LORD. Nehemiah 8:10-12.GNB.

Prayer :Thank you Father God for giving me your Spirit to help me in my earthly journey with you. Help me to walk with you with joy and patience, even in difficult times. Thank you because no man walking with you fails in life in Jesus precious name….. Amen 🙏🏿.

Use Your Testimonies To Win Souls

ENTHRONEMENT ASSEMBLY DAILY DEVOTIONALS.

Saturday July 27th, 2024.

Topic : Use Your Testimonies To Win Souls.

Memory Verse: John 4:30. Hearing this, the people came streaming out of the village to go see Jesus.

Bible Reading : John 4:27-29 TPT. Key Verse : v29.

At that moment the disciples returned and were stunned to see Jesus speaking with the Samaritan woman. Yet none of them dared to ask him why or what they were discussing. All at once, the woman dropped her water jar and ran off to her village and told everyone, “Come and meet a man at the well who told me everything I’ve ever done! He could be the Anointed One we’ve been waiting for.”

Jesus was on a journey with his disciples and he was hungry and tired. So he was taking some rest by the well of Jacob while his disciples went into town to get some food. This particular Samaritan woman came to fetch water at the well. Jesus picked interest in her and asked her to help him with some water to drink. This woman turned Jesus down because she was a Samaritan while Jesus was Jewish. “Surprised, she said, “Why would a Jewish man ask a Samaritan woman for a drink of water?” Jesus replied, “If you only knew who I am and the gift that God wants to give you—you’d ask me for a drink, and I would give to you living water.” The woman replied, “But sir, you don’t even have a bucket and this well is very deep. So where do you find this ‘living water’? Do you really think that you are greater than our ancestor Jacob who dug this well and drank from it himself, along with his children and livestock?” John 4:9-12.

At this point Jesus began to tell her about a spiritual water that he gives to men which never runs dry. That caught her interest and she demanded for such water that will become a living spring in her spirit man unto eternity. “but if anyone drinks the living water I give them, they will never thirst again and will be forever satisfied! For when you drink the water I give you it becomes a gushing fountain of the Holy Spirit, springing up and flooding you with endless life!” The woman replied, “Let me drink that water so I’ll never be thirsty again and won’t have to come back here to draw water.” Jesus said, “Go get your husband and bring him back here.” “But I’m not married,” the woman answered. “That’s true,” Jesus said, “for you’ve been married five times and now you’re living with a man who is not your husband. You have told the truth.” John 4:14-18.

This revelation of her deep secrets by Jesus Christ shook her to her bones and she knew she had met a man who wasn’t ordinary. She didn’t waste time to establish that Jesus was the expected Messiah. At this discovery, she left her water jar and ran back to town to tell people who cared to listen that he had seen the Messiah and that he told her everything about herself which were her deep secrets. As many as heard her followed her to come and see the master. They believed through her testimony. Today there are testimonies of God is your mouth that are to be used to bring men to Jesus. The harvest is much with limited labourers. Use your testimonies of the wondrous acts of God in your life to labour and draw men to Jesus the master. Testimonies are strong weapons of warfare to win battles and also draw men to know the Lord. “If people are ashamed of me and of my teaching, then the Son of Man will be ashamed of them when he comes in his glory and in the glory of the Father and of the holy angels.” Luke 9:26 GNB.

Prayer : Thank you Lord Jesus for for saving me as to use me to reach out to others. Thank you for every testimony of your mighty acts in my life. Help me to use such to war and win souls into your kingdom. Your investment of grace in my life will never be in vain in Jesus precious name…. Amen 🙏🏿.

Kingdom Greatness.

ENTHRONEMENT ASSEMBLY DAILY DEVOTIONALS.

Friday July 26th, 2024.

Topic : Kingdom Greatness.

Memory Verse : James 4:6. But he giveth more grace. Wherefore he saith, God resisteth the proud, but giveth grace unto the humble. KJV

Bible Reading : Matthew 18:2-4 TPT. Key Verse : v3.

Jesus called a little one to his side and said to them, “Learn this well: Unless you dramatically change your way of thinking and become teachable, and learn about heaven’s kingdom realm with the wide-eyed wonder of a child, you will never be able to enter in. Whoever continually humbles himself to become like this gentle child is the greatest one in heaven’s kingdom realm.

At this point in time, the disciples of Jesus Christ came to him to find out what it takes to be great in the kingdom. As men they nursed the desire or ambition for greatness or doing great things in the kingdom. The master then brought a child and set before them and explained to them that if anyone must be great in the kingdom, he must walk before the Lord with mentality of a child. I want to believe that that wasn’t what they expected as a response, but that was what they got. This agrees with the fact that God doesn’t approach issues or measure things the way men do. “For my thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways my ways, saith the Lord. For as the heavens are higher than the earth, so are my ways higher than your ways, and my thoughts than your thoughts.” Isaiah 55:8-9 KJV.

Jesus was just trying to let them and ourselves know first that the things of the kingdom of God is regulated by the principle of GRACE and not struggles and unhealthy ambitions. In accessing grace, all we need is to meet God’s conditions for anything we desire from him and we shall have such. Grace doesn’t make us robots, rather it helps us to understand our inability to get there without God himself, so that we learn to lean on him and not our human understanding of how it should be done. God designed grace to tame man and his pride in personal achievements because of his efforts. You know that a child hardly do anything for himself, rather he humbly submits to the leadership of the parents with a simple heart, who takes responsibility for his general wellbeing as well as provides all he needs to succeed.

Another dimension to what Jesus taught them through the child is that men become great before the Lord only when they have teachable spirit. The child trusts his/her parents unwaveringly to a fault. They can take the instructions of their parents to the bank anyday and anytime. Children are very plyable because they are learners. We can see that demonstrated in the life of father Abraham. He followed God like a child without settling with God where the destination of the journey he was undertaking must be. This obedience from a simple heart paid off. When God commanded him to go to Mount moriah and offer Isaac the one and only son of promise, he didn’t argue, but obeyed. The more he followed the leading of the Lord, the higher he was climbing in the spirit, till he became the earthly father of all who believes before the Lord. “That in blessing I will bless thee, and in multiplying I will multiply thy seed as the stars of the heaven, and as the sand which is upon the sea shore; and thy seed shall possess the gate of his enemies; And in thy seed shall all the nations of the earth be blessed; because thou hast obeyed my voice.”

Genesis 22:17-18 KJV.

Prayer :Thank you Father God for whom you love, you instruct. Help me to always follow you humbly like a child. Let me obey your instructions from a simple heart without doubts because of my confidence in you. Thank you for leading me in the paths of greatness in Jesus precious name…… Amen 🙏🏿.

Receive The Touch Of God

ENTHRONEMENT ASSEMBLY DAILY DEVOTIONALS.

Thursday July 25th, 2024.

Topic : Receive The Touch Of God.

Memory Verse :‭ Luke 13:13. Then he put his hands on her, and immediately she straightened up and praised God.

‭Luke 13:10-12 NIV‬. Key Verse : v10.

On a Sabbath Jesus was teaching in one of the synagogues, and a woman was there who had been crippled by a spirit for eighteen years. She was bent over and could not straighten up at all. When Jesus saw her, he called her forward and said to her, “Woman, you are set free from your infirmity.”

There’s something special about the word of God. The word always carry power because they are not ordinarily. Anytime we share the word in any platform or environment, we saturate such platform or environment with the power of God that can do all things “The Holy Spirit is the one who gives life, that which is of the natural realm is of no help. The words I speak to you are Spirit and life. But there are still some of you who won’t believe.” John 6:63 TPT. The Holy Spirit is the enforcer of God’s word, agenda or will earth. He is the Spirit of life. Anytime we share the word of God, we with others, we bring everything happening around them under the control of the power of God. If they can have understanding and receive such word with faith in what God can do, they will be able to access the intervention of God that rewrites stories. “And it came to pass on a certain day, as he was teaching, that there were Pharisees and doctors of the law sitting by, which were come out of every town of Galilee, and Judaea, and Jerusalem: and the power of the Lord was present to heal them.” Luke 5:17 KJV.

Coming to the woman we read her story, grace found her on that particular Sabbath day when she encountered Jesus in his mercy. Having suffered under the wickedness of the enemy for about 18 years, she must have adjusted everything about her life to adapt to her condition. It is possible that she was in the synagogue in order to have access to men who could give her alms to survive on and not just to be healed. So, the healing she receved from the Lord was out of the lovingkindness of Jesus Christ and not her own efforts. Maybe the family had tried to help her at the initial stage of her predicament, but when their efforts failed to yield results, they left her to survive through men that came to the synagogue. In the course of Jesus teaching on that very day, heaven opened on her behalf and she got a miracle she didn’t solicit for. “How God anointed Jesus of Nazareth with the Holy Ghost and with power: who went about doing good, and healing all that were oppressed of the devil; for God was with him.” Acts 10:38 KJV.

There are people reading this who are going through challenges in different areas of their lives that Jesus wants to use this medium to address their situation and give them a change (healing and restoration) without struggles. The Spirit of God is always watching over his word words to perform them. If your heart is open and you trust God for any miracle, am joining my faith with yours to demand for a release of your heart desires now in the name of Jesus. Hear this now. ‭“Truly I tell you, whatever you bind on earth will be bound in heaven, and whatever you loose on earth will be loosed in heaven. “Again, truly I tell you that if two of you on earth agree about anything they ask for, it will be done for them by my Father in heaven.” Matthew 18:18-19. As believers, we will always prevail when we agree with each other even for his intervention in difficult situations. ‭“ ‘If you can’?” said Jesus. “Everything is possible for one who believes.” Mark 9:23.

Prayer :Thank you Father God for going out of your way to locate me this day. Thank you because no situation is able to escape the power in your word. Now I command…… (mention the situation) to leave and come back no more in Jesus wonderful name. Thank you Lord Jesus for giving me a miracle in Jesus wonderful name…. Amen 🙏🏿.

The Prevailing Life.

ENTHRONEMENT ASSEMBLY DAILY DEVOTIONALS.

Wednesday July 24th, 2024.

Topic : The Prevailing Life.

Memory Verse : John 1:5. And the light shineth in darkness; and the darkness comprehended it not.

Bible Reading : John 1:1-4 KJV. Key Verse : v4.

In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. The same was in the beginning with God. All things were made by him; and without him was not any thing made that was made. In him was life; and the life was the light of men.

There are portions of the scripture that are very deep, to the extent that sometimes we lack words in the vocabularies of men to explain them. The above verses are one of such. Having said so, I will attempt by the help of the Spirit to explain these verses in the context of our topic, ‘the prevailing life’. Something happened not long after man was created by God and given a helpmate. Both of them was placed in Eden to tend the garden and to live by the resource God made available to them conditionally. Satan in his furry was full of envy because of the status and placement of man, having lost his own placement and status in heaven out of his rebellion. In his rage and determination to destroy, having been doomed, he came for man who was enjoying the light and life of God in fullest measure. Man fell to his bags of tricks as Eve led her husband to eat the forbidden fruit, thereby going contrary to the conditions and terms of their stay in Eden. The resultant effect was that man was cut off from the source of life and light and sent away permanently from physical Eden which is a place of God’s presence. That was the fall.

Now God needed to restore man to a place of fellowship with himself which the fall tampered with. This was an assignment beyond the capacity of any angel. He therefore had to humbly come over here to the earth by himself through the word. That is how the word became flesh to live among men in order that he may recreate the things Satan succeed in destroying in the relationship that existed between God and man at the beginning of all things. The choice of the word was strategic because that was where the creative power and the very life and light of God resided. That was just all man needed to be restored, that is the life and light of God. The life is that dimension that makes man be, act and respond to God as his replica. That is the dimension of semblance with good even in reasoning. That is the reason Apostle Paul could write in 1 Corinthians 2:15-16 that we have have the mind of Christ and therefore can discern or judge all things. That is a mindset of discernment just like the creator himself which affords us a different dimension in perceptions. “Those who live in the Spirit are able to carefully evaluate all things, and they are subject to the scrutiny of no one but God. For Who has ever intimately known the mind of the Lord Yahweh well enough to become his counselor? Christ has, and we possess Christ’s perceptions.” 1 Corinthians 2:15-16 TPT.

Another thing that Christ restored to us through redemption is the light which the enemy tampered with. When men don’t have light, they grope or live confused and without right direction. That’s the reason some men are comfortable in, absurdities like same sex marriage, etc., all forms of evil and wickedness because they don’t have light. When you come into that light, you will know and people around you will testify of visible changes in your personal life and perceptions. On a very important note, I must point out here that we should not stop our journey of faith at the point of walking in the light or being children of light and enjoying the blessings it affords. We need rather to make progress or mature to a point where we become the light as demanded by the master himself. At that point, ourselves begins to illuminate environments and territories. “Ye are the light of the world. A city that is set on an hill cannot be hid. Neither do men light a candle, and put it under a bushel, but on a candlestick; and it giveth light unto all that are in the house.”

Matthew 5:14-15.

Prayer :Thank you Father God for all you did in your son to restore me to a life of fellowship with you. Help me life by your Spirit always to live like you. Let me walk in your light till I become the light so that I can illuminate my environment and territory for you in Jesus wonderful name…. Amen 🙏🏿.

Yearly Bible Reading : Mathew 17:24-18:6.

Faithfulness

ENTHRONEMENT ASSEMBLY DAILY DEVOTIONALS.

Tuesday July 23rd, 2024.

Topic : Faithfulness.

Memory Verse : ‭Luke 12:44. Truly I tell you, he will put him in charge of all his possessions.

Bible Reading : ‭Luke 12:41-43 NIV‬. Key Verse : v43.

Peter asked, “Lord, are you telling this parable to us, or to everyone?” The Lord answered, “Who then is the faithful and wise manager, whom the master puts in charge of his servants to give them their food allowance at the proper time? It will be good for that servant whom the master finds doing so when he returns.

Jesus Christ was teaching about the need to live conscious of his imminent return in order for men to live prepared to receive him, since he will return to reward his faithful servants and judge those who vowed that he will never rule over them. The fact that Jesus Christ who was received into the heavens in the presence of his disciples is coming back again is not negotiable. As many as think they don’t need him in their lives will regret rejecting him and his work of grace when it will be too late. That is a time when there will be no room to make amends. ‭”“What should we do then?” the crowd asked. ohn answered, “Anyone who has two shirts should share with the one who has none, and anyone who has food should do the same.” Even tax collectors came to be baptized. “Teacher,” they asked, “what should we do?” “Don’t collect any more than you are required to,” he told them. Then some soldiers asked him, “And what should we do?” He replied, “Don’t extort money and don’t accuse people falsely—be content with your pay.”” Luke 3:10-14.

As for believers we have to live with the understanding that there are things the Lord committed to our care in his kingdom. And that how we will treated at his return will be determined by how we handle those things. There are things Jesus wants to do in every generation. Because he has given the earth to man, he can’t come and do those things by himself. Even his angels on assignment are helpless, except men align with God. He therefore depends heavily on ordinary men like us to get his tasks accomplished daily in the lives of men here on earth. That is the reason he asked us to occupy till he returns. “He said therefore, A certain nobleman went into a far country to receive for himself a kingdom, and to return. And he called his ten servants, and delivered them ten pounds, and said unto them, Occupy till I come.” Luke 19:12-13 KJV.

Every child of God has been endowed by the Spirit of God resident in us to be useful and productive in his mighty hands. This becomes possible only when we consciously pay attention to what the master has given us as to make them active and functional in order to deploy them to use. We have a responsibility to discover whom we are and the area the Lord desires we should be a blessing to others. When we are intentional about it, the Spirit will always be there to help us. Every man’s reward will be determined by how faithful we were in handling those things the Lord in his wisdom committed to our care. Today find out who you are before God and the value you should be adding to his kingdom wherever you are. Your faithfulness in handling those things will determine your promotion or rising in the kingdom. On a very important note, same faithfulness will be the yardstick that will determine your reward at the end your journey. ““The first one came and said, ‘Sir, your mina has earned ten more.’ “ ‘Well done, my good servant!’ his master replied. ‘Because you have been trustworthy in a very small matter, take charge of ten cities.’” Luke 19:16-17.

Prayer : Thank you Father God for saving my soul and counting me worthy to represent you here on earth. Help me to to be faithful in everything you committed to my care in your kingdom. Thank you because your Spirit will always be there to help me in Jesus precious name… Amen 🙏🏿.

Yearly Bible Reading : Luke 9:28-45.
