Let Grace Count In Your Life

ENTHRONEMENT ASSEMBLY DAILY DEVOTIONALS.

Topic :Let Grace Count In Your Life.

Memory Verse :2 Corinthians 6:4. Instead, in everything we do we show that we are God’s servants by patiently enduring troubles, hardships, and difficulties.

Bible Reading : 2 Corinthians 6:1-3 GNB. Key Verse : v1

In our work together with God, then, we beg you who have received God’s grace not to let it be wasted. Hear what God says: “When the time came for me to show you favour I heard you; when the day arrived for me to save you, I helped you.”Listen! This is the hour to receive God’s favour; today is the day to be saved! We do not want anyone to find fault with our work, so we try not to put obstacles in anyone’s way.

Now we need to understand that grace is divine investment in our lives as children of God. Anytime God makes some investment in any life and destiny, he expects a harvest or dividends from such investments. That is the reason Christ placed much value on fruit bearing in some of his teachings while he was here physically on earth. It is possible for grace invested by heaven on an individual or a people to waste, possibly because of negligence or wrong attitude towards kingdom related issues. ““I am a true sprouting vine, and the farmer who tends the vine is my Father. He cares for the branches connected to me by lifting and propping up the fruitless branches and pruning every fruitful branch to yield a greater harvest.”” John 15:1-2 TPT.

“Then Jesus told them this parable: “There was once a man who had a fig tree growing in his vineyard. He went looking for figs on it but found none. So he said to his gardener, ‘Look, for three years I have been coming here looking for figs on this fig tree, and I haven’t found any. Cut it down! Why should it go on using up the soil?’ But the gardener answered, ‘Leave it alone, sir, just one more year; I will dig round it and put in some manure. Then if the tree bears figs next year, so much the better; if not, then you can have it cut down.’” Luke 13:6-9. Every child of God is a tree planted in his presence or vineyard by grace. This grace makes available to us heavenly resources that should be channeled towards furthering the course of the kingdom. To that extent, God is depending us to win territories and perpetrate his will on earth, as his people.

Many are less concerned about the investment of God in their lives. They don’t make any efforts to find out who they are before the Lord and where they can be of good use in his mighty hands. They pursue shadows all their lifetime, only to discover at last that they wasted grace as invested in trust upon their lives. One of the the things the enemy uses to distract men from utilising grace is love of the world and things in it that are temporal. Jesus rightly taught that when we seek the kingdom and it’s righteousness first, every other things we need in life shall be added to us. “The seeds that fell on rocky ground stand for those who hear the message and receive it gladly. But it does not sink deep into them; they believe only for a while but when the time of testing comes, they fall away. The seeds that fell among thorn bushes stand for those who hear; but the worries and riches and pleasures of this life crowd in and choke them, and their fruit never ripens.” Luke 8:13-14.

Prayer :Thank you Father God for every investment of grace upon my humble life. From today, open the eyes of my understanding to make every of your investment upon my life to count by reason of impact. Thank you for making me fruitful all my days in Jesus precious name…. Amen 🙏🏿.

Make Jesus Christ Your Refuge

ENTHRONEMENT ASSEMBLY DAILY DEVOTIONALS.

Friday November 22nd, 2024.

Topic :Make Jesus Christ Your Refuge

Memory Verse :Acts 4:12. Salvation is to be found through him alone; in all the world there is no one else whom God has given who can save us.”

Bible Reading: Acts 4:9-11 GNB. Key Verse : v10.

if we are being questioned today about the good deed done to the lame man and how he was healed, then you should all know, and all the people of Israel should know, that this man stands here before you completely well through the power of the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth — whom you crucified and whom God raised from death. Jesus is the one of whom the scripture says: ‘The stone that you the builders despised turned out to be the most important of all.’

The healing of the 40 year old lame man by the beautiful gate by Peter and John ignited revival in the city because they didn’t need to preach much for men to give their lives to Christ, haven seen his mighty healing in the life of one they had known and seen all the years from birth. The people who crucified Christ thinking they ended his ministry was enraged and arrested Peter and John. They slept in custody and the next day, when they were arraigned by the authorities, Peter full of the Holy Spirit stood to defend the truth before all who cared to listen. “You killed the one who leads to life, but God raised him from death — and we are witnesses to this. It was the power of his name that gave strength to this lame man. What you see and know was 7done by faith in his name; it was faith in Jesus that has made him well, as you can all see.“And now, my fellow-Israelites, I know that what you and your leaders did to Jesus was due to your ignorance.” Acts 3:15-17.

Though enemies of the gospel didn’t believe Jesus and the mighty works being done in his name to authentic his Lordship after he was gone back to heaven, they had no answer to what God was doing through the disciples of Jesus Christ. At this point, they were afraid of the wrath of the populace who was rejoicing at the might works of God in the life of the young man. Even the young man himself that was healed was present in the hearing. When they didn’t see any just ground to punish Peter and John, they released them with enough treath to stop them from preaching and teaching in the name of Jesus which couldn’t hold water. “Salvation is to be found through him alone; in all the world there is no one else whom God has given who can save us.” The members of the Council were amazed to see how bold Peter and John were and to learn that they were ordinary men of no education. They realized then that they had been companions of Jesus. But there was nothing that they could say, because they saw the man who had been healed standing there with Peter and John.” Acts 4:12-14.

It’s very touching that with all the proofs we see in the Bible and in practical life about the glory and power of the gospel and name of Jesus Christ, many still wallow in unbelief and darkness. No other name can save or deliver men from sin and everything that stands as a deformation in our lives. They turn deaf ears to the true word of God that can save and heal, they turn blind eyes to the great and wonderful things he does in our lives and days. Today, Jesus is reaching out to as many as care, whatever good things we are looking for in this life is with him. If you need protection from the onslaught of enemies, run to Jesus Christ. He came to the earth so that your needs be met through him, when you believe in and trust him. “Wherefore God also hath highly exalted him, and given him a name which is above every name: That at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, of things in heaven, and things in earth, and things under the earth; And that every tongue should confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father.” Philippians 2:9-11 KJV.

Prayer :Thank you Father God for what you did for mankind through Jesus Christ. Lord Jesus, as I believe and hold unto you, manifest yourself in every aspect of my life. Let your glory cover me and fill my life with uncommon testimonies daily in Jesus wonderful name…. Amen 🙏🏿.

The Lord Wants To Reset Your Life.

ENTHRONEMENT ASSEMBLY DAILY DEVOTIONALS.

Thursday November 21st, 2024.

Topic :The Lord Wants To Reset Your Life.

Memory Verse :Acts 3:5. So he looked at them, expecting to get something from them.

Bible Reading :Acts 3:1-3 GNB. Key Verse: v3.

One day Peter and John went to the Temple at three o’clock in the afternoon, the hour for prayer. There at the Beautiful Gate, as it was called, was a man who had been lame all his life. Every day he was carried to the gate to beg for money from the people who were going into the Temple. When he saw Peter and John going in, he begged them to give him something.

This time Peter and John was going into the temple to pray in the afternoon when they came in contact with this deformed young man whose family always kept at the entrance to the temple to beg for alms for survival. When he saw Peter and John, he was expectant to get some pieces of money from them. His circumstances had caged him so much that he never thought of getting out of that ugly situation that turned him into a perpetual begger for life. When the disciples asked him to look on us, he did so very very expectantly, not knowing that God on that day was upto something bigger than his expectations. “They looked straight at him, and Peter said, “Look at us!” So he looked at them, expecting to get something from them. But Peter said to him, “I have no money at all, but I give you what I have: in the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth I order you to get up and walk!”” Acts 3:4-6.

At this point he kept a confused gaze at them because he wasn’t expecting healing from them. They should have known that he was deformed and just needed money to take care of his basic needs. He had no plan to walk in his lifetime, having surrendered to the circumstances he found himself in. Peter had to hold him by his hand to lift him, because on his own, he wasn’t willing to make an attempt in faith. Suddenly he felt the power of God all over him and could stand on his feet. Not only that he stood, he began to do things he had never done in his lifetime, jumping, leaping, running and praising God out of excitement. “Then he took him by his right-hand and helped him up. At once the man’s feet and ankles became strong; he jumped up, stood on his feet, and started walking around. Then he went into the Temple with them, walking and jumping and praising God. The people there saw him walking and praising God,” Acts 3:7-9.

Today, the grace and power in Christ Jesus that helps men achieve the seemingly impossible or do what they never thought they could do in their lifetime is available here and for you. Jesus doesn’t just want you to pass through life and die helpless and hopeless, his will is that you have a good life here on earth. When he went to the cross, it was just because of you, he didn’t just only to save your soul, he also died so that you could be free from any form of limitations, where they are coming from notwithstanding. There was a case of a man born blind that Jesus healed. His disciples was busy as men trying to fathom who sinned that resulted in his predicament, but Jesus Christ was more focused on resetting his life and destiny. If you can look upto Jesus the healer and restorer of lost hope today, anything you can believe him for, he will certainly do for you, so that you give him glory. “they couldn’t stand the sight of food and were close to death. Then in their trouble they called to the Lord, and he saved them from their distress. He healed them with his command and saved them from the grave. They must thank the Lord for his constant love, for the wonderful things he did for them.” Psalms 107:18-21.

Prayer :Thank you Lord Jesus because there’s no situation you can’t change. Thank you for dying to save my soul from destruction and to break every chain of limitations over my life and destiny. Today I trust you for a miracle in…….. (mention them). Thank you for this visitation and testimony in Jesus wonderful name…. Amen 🙏🏿.

Develop A Hunger For More Of The Spirit

ENTHRONEMENT ASSEMBLY DAILY DEVOTIONALS.

Wednesday November 20th, 2024.

Topic :Develop A Hunger For More Of The Spirit.

Memory Verse :
Philippians 3:10. All I want is to know Christ and to experience the power of his resurrection, to share in his sufferings and become like him in his death,

Bible Reading : Philippians 3:7-9 GNB. Key Verse : v8.

But all those things that I might count as profit I now reckon as loss for Christ’s sake. Not only those things; I reckon everything as complete loss for the sake of what is so much more valuable, the knowledge of Christ Jesus my Lord. For his sake I have thrown everything away; I consider it all as mere refuse, so that I may gain Christ and be completely united with him. I no longer have a righteousness of my own, the kind that is gained by obeying the Law. I now have the righteousness that is given through faith in Christ, the righteousness that comes from God and is based on faith.

One of the secrets of Apostle Paul that made him achieve much in Christ Jesus was his love for the saviour and a hunger for more of him throughout his lifetime and ministry. In the first place, he had a burning zeal to work for the God of his fathers, but lacked understanding of divine agenda. The encounter he had with Jesus Christ on his way to Damascus and subsequent conversion became the game changer in his life. His eyes was opened to the fact that he was working against God by persecuting the early church. From that point, Jesus recruited him to become a witness to the truth he had known. “The Lord Yahweh answered him, “Arise and go! I have chosen this man to be my special messenger. He will be brought before kings, before many nations, and before the Jewish people to give them the revelation of who I am. And I will show him how much he is destined to suffer because of his passion for me.”” Acts 9:15-16 TPT.

Paul was a man of deep revelations of Christ from the beginning of his call to the end of it. He was never satisfied, but was always pressing into Christ Jesus for more of him, not minding the cost. This was the secret of his rich revelational ministry. God releases things to us including in the area of knowledge of him when we are committed to engaging in activities that places a demand on his goodself for more. This hunger propels men to go an extra mile with the master which in turn makes the difference in his dealings with them. ““Ask, and you will receive; seek, and you will find; knock, and the door will be opened to you. For everyone who asks will receive, and anyone who seeks will find, and the door will be opened to those who knock. Would any of you who are fathers give your son a stone when he asks for bread? Or would you give him a snake when he asks for a fish?” Matthew 7:7-10.

In our days, majority of believers focus only on asking for material things from the Lord, they keep seeking and are very steadfast in banging on the doors of heaven only for things that have no eternal value, they just want to meet pressing needs and continue living for themselves. We seem to forget the exhortation that godliness is profitable in all things, here and after this life. For example, a business man or career person who builds a close walk with the Spirit of God will enjoy divine instructions and intelligence that will always give him an edge over his or her contemporaries in the field of operation. That was the experience of Daniel whose duties in government house never interfered with his devotion to his God in a close relationship. That was the secret of some knowledge that others couldn’t access, which set him apart. When difficult cases came up under different rulers in Babylon, he was always handy for consultations because it was known that the Spirit of God dwelth in him because of outstanding results he posted, Daniel 5:11. We should be able to better than Daniel in our days of his grace, only when we have enough hunger in our spirit.

Prayer :Thank you Lord Jesus for giving me your Spirit to live by. Today I ask for more of you. From today, I want walk closer with you, take me deeper into you. Reveal yourself to me in stronger terms. Let your Spirit be my guide through the journey of life in Jesus precious name…. Amen 🙏🏿.

Topic :Standing In Difficult Times.

Memory Verse :Job 13:15. Though he slay me, yet will I hope in him; I will surely defend my ways to his face.

Bible Reading : ‭Job 13:3-5 NIV‬. Key Verse : v3.

But I desire to speak to the Almighty and to argue my case with God. You, however, smear me with lies; you are worthless physicians, all of you! If only you would be altogether silent! For you, that would be wisdom.

We live in a world where we encounter challenges of various degrees, some tougher than others. One thing God desires is to build us up as his children to weather through storms and overcome challenges when they come our way. Some challenges comes our way because of wrong decisions we make in the course of life, sometimes out of inadequate knowledge or outright ignorance, Hosea 4:6. We can also encounter challenges when we disobey the commands of the Lord as contained in his word, Ecclesiastes 10:8. Some challenges comes as tests of life or trial of faith that leads to kingdom promotion or elavation before the Lord. Job’s predicament can be classified among trial of faith, as we can see in chapter one that he committed no sin that will attract some punishment before the Lord.

Truth is that our human nature hates challenges or things that makes life difficult. We do our best most time to avoid them wherever we can. When brother Job was going through his unprecedented trial, he lost all the substance (investments) of life that made him the richest in the east in his time including his children in a day. As if that wasn’t enough, Satan went ahead to afflict his body with sickness. He was an eyesore to even his wife and friends. His friends in trying to help could not really help matters, they didn’t understand what was happening to their friend as they kept suspecting and accusing him of things he wasn’t guilty of. In all this, Job was calm and calculated enough to take his case to God, since men wouldn’t believe him anymore. He trusted in divine justice and deliverance till his faith paid off.

Today, I want us to look at brother Job again and pick some lessons from his resilience. The first lesson I want us to pick is the understanding of God’s faithfulness in every situation. Because of that, we can’t be tired of approaching him for help, anytime we seemed overwhelmed. Secondly, there will always be a time to shut men out so that you can sort things out with your creator because they won’t really understand you like himself. ““Keep silent and let me speak; then let come to me what may. Why do I put myself in jeopardy and take my life in my hands? Though he slay me, yet will I hope in him; I will surely defend my ways to his face. Indeed, this will turn out for my deliverance, for no godless person would dare come before him!” Job 13:13-16 NIV‬. See also Luke 18:1-8, Hebrews 4:14-16.

Prayer :Thank you Father God because you are always faithful in every generation and situation. Today, build me up to weather through storms and overcome challenges. Let nothing take me away from your presence, rather let me always run to you and receive anytime I need help in Jesus precious name…. Amen 🙏🏿.

Desire A Personal Walk.

ENTHRONEMENT ASSEMBLY DAILY DEVOTIONALS.

Monday November 18th, 2024.

Topic :Desire A Personal Walk.

Memory Verse :Joshua 23:6. So be careful to obey and do everything that is written in the book of the Law of Moses. Do not neglect any part of it,.

Bible Reading :Joshua 23:1-3 GNB. Key Verse : v3.

Much later the Lord gave Israel security from their enemies around them. By that time Joshua was very old, so he called all Israel, the elders, leaders, judges, and officers of the people, and said, “I am very old now. You have seen everything that the Lord your God has done to all these nations because of you. The Lord your God has been fighting for you.

When Joshua’s ministry was accomplished, he had to prepare the people he led before his departure by addressing them. He refreshed their minds on the battles they went through in the course of their journey and efforts to posses the land of promise, which the Lord fought for them and gave them victory in all these in order to reinforce their trust in him as a people. God’s presence in their camp made enemies to bow before them because they didn’t have it takes to counter it. “I have assigned as the possession of your tribes the land of the nations that are still left, as well as of all the nations that I have already conquered, from the River Jordan in the east to the Mediterranean Sea in the west. The Lord your God will make them retreat from you, and he will drive them away as you advance. You shall have their land, as the Lord your God has promised you.” Joshua 23:4-5.

Moses made the people of Israel understand that what they needed to keep enjoying rest from their enemies as they settle down in the blessings of the Lord are same rules they needed to keep or were taught to keep that helped them conquer all their enemies on the way. In our days of Grace we are in, men that must have close walk with God must learn to discipline themselves. The commands of the Lord is about exercising self discipline that helps a man walk uprightly. What grace does is to empower us to follow and obey the Lord willingly from a heart of love as revealed in his plan for our salvation. Grace therefore doesn’t mean that anything can go.

“But you, my delightfully loved friends, constantly and progressively build yourselves up on the foundation of your most holy faith by praying every moment in the Spirit. Fasten your hearts to the love of God and receive the mercy of our Lord Jesus Christ, who gives us eternal life.” Jude 1:20-21 TPT. The Lord today is asking for men that ready to go an extra mile with him in building relationship. Men going beyond general promises to have a covenant walk with their father. I remember a time past that I was in God’s presence and we were settling some important things. The Spirit said the key I needed to unlock what he had in stock was to take his commands as to keep them. The realm of personal walk with God which is his will for every believer comes with discipline. They become part of your consecration. The desire for men to hide under grace and live carelessly in our days therefore is not from the Lord because it has destroyed many.

Prayer :Thank you Father God for for giving me your son to save my soul. From today give me a heart that loves and obeys you. Help me to build a personal and covenant relationship with you that will affect generations in Jesus mighty name… Amen 🙏🏿.

Condition For Enjoying Divine Help.

ENTHRONEMENT ASSEMBLY DAILY DEVOTIONALS.

Sunday November 17th, 2024.

Topic : Condition For Enjoying Divine Help.

Memory Verse :Exodus 23:25. If you worship me, the Lord your God, I will bless you with food and water and take away all your illnesses.

Bible Reading : Exodus 23:22-24 GNB. Key Verse : v4.

But if you obey him and do everything I command, I will fight against all your enemies. My angel will go ahead of you and take you into the land of the Amorites, the Hittites, the Perizzites, the Canaanites, the Hivites, and the Jebusites, and I will destroy them. Do not bow down to their gods or worship them, and do not adopt their religious practices. Destroy their gods and break down their sacred stone pillars.

It’s a great blessing to serve the living God. There are many benefits attached to serving the Almighty. These benefits on their own has conditions attached that makes them effective in the lives of any man or people involved. In the case of the Israelites, God promised here to send an angel of his presence that will lead them through the wilderness. In return, they were expected to llve diferrently from the way other nations did. Because those nations rejected their creator to serve idols, God dispossesed them of their land and gave to his people who were ready to serve him. “The Lord your God hates people who do these disgusting things, and that is why he is driving those nations out of the land as you advance. Be completely faithful to the Lord.” Then Moses said, “In the land you are about to occupy, people follow the advice of those who practise divination and look for omens, but the Lord your God does not allow you to do this.” Deuteronomy 18:12-14.

What God did yesterday, he will do today and always. Dispensations doesn’t change God and his nature. The instructions he gave men of old are still relevant in our present day daily living. For everyone or people who does business with God are given angels to work with. The Bible said that these angels are ministring spirits from his presence assigned to work alongside the redeemed of the Lord to help us fulfil divine purpose. They come with personal instructions and divine intelligence that helps to give us an edge in whatever we do in this life including spiritual warfare. “God never said to any of his angels: “Sit here on my right until I put your enemies as a footstool under your feet.” What are the angels, then? They are spirits who serve God and are sent by him to help those who are to receive salvation.” Hebrews 1:13-14.

When we obey these instructions and follow divine intelligence, we are able to operate in the supernatural. This helps us to post results that are beyond our human limitations in our lifetime. When we follow the Spirit of God, we are able to flow in his blessing maximally. “If you worship me, the Lord your God, I will bless you with food and water and take away all your illnesses. In your land no woman will have a miscarriage or be without children. I will give you long lives. “I will make the people who oppose you afraid of me; I will bring confusion among the people against whom you fight, and I will make all your enemies turn and run from you. I will throw your enemies into a panic; I will drive out the Hivites, the Canaanites, and the Hittites as you advance.” Exodus 23:25-28.

Prayer :Thank you Father God for giving me your Spirit to work with. Help me to always be sensitive to your Spirit as follow his instructions and leading all the days of my life. Thank you for supernatural results in Jesus precious name….. Amen 🙏🏿.

You Need Jesus Christ

ENTHRONEMENT ASSEMBLY DAILY DEVOTIONALS.

Saturday November 16th, 2024.

Topic : You Need Jesus Christ.

Memory Verse : Ephesians 1:9. God did what he had purposed, and made known to us the secret plan he had already decided to complete by means of Christ.

Bible Reading :Ephesians 1:6-8 GNB Key Verse: v7.

Let us praise God for his glorious grace, for the free gift he gave us in his dear Son! For by the blood of Christ we are set free, that is, our sins are forgiven. How great is the grace of God, which he gave to us in such large measure! In all his wisdom and insight.

Jesus Christ is the best thing that happened to mankind. Through him men like ourselves who were saparated from God because of sin, were redeemed and reconciled to God our creator. It pleased God in his sovereignty to reconcile mankind to himself by his blood that was shed to cover our sins. Not only that we are saved from, condemnation and destruction, we have also been empowered by grace to become sons and heirs of the almighty after Christ Jesus himself. Our adoption makes available to us the blessings that makes God whom he is. Now we have an inheritance in his presence. “Even before the world was made, God had already chosen us to be his through our union with Christ, so that we would be holy and without fault before him. Because of his love. God had already decided that through Jesus Christ he would make us his sons and daughters — this was his pleasure and purpose.” Ephesians 1:4-5.

Now, there are not many channels to reach God but Jesus Christ his son, whom he had ordained. Men either follow God’s prescribed channel to reach him or or they miss him in entirety. Every plan God has for man was packaged in his son Jesus Christ. When men seek God outside him, they fall into the hands of spirits of error, who are always delighted to grant men false spiritual experiences in order to lure them into bondage and destruction. “But God has shown us how much he loves us — it was while we were still sinners that Christ died for us! By his blood we are now put right with God; how much more, then, will we be saved by him from God’s anger! We were God’s enemies, but he made us his friends through the death of his Son. Now that we are God’s friends, how much more will we be saved by Christ’s life!” Romans 5:8-10.

“Through the Son, then, God decided to bring the whole universe back to himself. God made peace through his Son’s blood on the cross and so brought back to himself all things, both on earth and in heaven. At one time you were far away from God and were his enemies because of the evil things you did and thought. But now, by means of the physical death of his Son, God has made you his friends, in order to bring you, holy, pure, and faultless, into his presence.” Colossians 1:19-21. The sacrifice of his blood on the cross iis what settled the issue of sin and became the price for redemption of mankind. That is the reason Jesus is able to give men a spiritual life through his own death, when we believe in him.

Prayer :Thank you Father God for giving me Jesus to die to save my soul from destruction. I believe that Jesus died for my sins and arose for my justification. Thank Lord Jesus for making me a member of divine family. Thank you for the reality of my inheritance in you in Jesus precious name… Amen 🙏🏿.

The mind of Christ

ENTHRONEMENT ASSEMBLY DAILY DEVOTIONALS

Friday November 15th, 2024.

Topic :The Mind Of Christ.

Memory Verse : Philippians 2:6. He always had the nature of God, but he did not think that by force he should try to remain equal with God.

Bible Reading : Philippians 2:3-5 GNB. Key Verse : v4.

Don’t do anything from selfish ambition or from a cheap desire to boast, but be humble towards one another, always considering others better than yourselves. And look out for one another’s interests, not just for your own. The attitude you should have is the one that Christ Jesus had:

One of the weapons the enemy uses to fight believers, even in our days is selfish interest. That is when our personal ambitions and pursuits beclouds our sense of sound reasoning. This happens because of what men think they stand to gain before fellow men instead of God. When we place self ahead of kingdom agenda, we are bound to miss out of God’s purpose and blessing that goes with it, not only that, we also loose strength with God. This is because his strength is made available to back up his purposes. “Your life in Christ makes you strong, and his love comforts you. You have fellowship with the Spirit, and you have kindness and compassion for one another. I urge you, then, to make me completely happy by having the same thoughts, sharing the same love, and being one in soul and mind.” Philippians 2:1-2.

Looking at Jesus Christ our master and perfect example as a case study, we can see that redemption became possible through him because he was able to place divine agenda ahead of his personal interest as a person. Everything he did towards salvation of mankind was out of a willing heart, nothing was imposed on him by the father. When there was need for someone to be sent from the presence of God to rescue man from sin and the bondage of Satan, he willingly volunteered to be sent. While on earth, he willingly took the form of a man. He humbly and patiently lived and worked among men so that he could accomplish his earthly mission. He never counted it a kind of demotion in ranking to operate on earth as a man. As a man he looked upto God in everything and prayed to him which he wouldn’t need to while operating in his full capacity as God the creator that wasn’t, created. The resultant effect of his uncommon submission was, divine promotion. “For this reason God raised him to the highest place above and gave him the name that is greater than any other name. And so, in honour of the name of Jesus all beings in heaven, on earth, and in the world below will fall on their knees,” Philippians 2:9-10.

The work of God will be refreshing and rewarding in our days if we can tame ourselves, that is our personal ambitions that stand against the plan and purpose of God in our generation. Kingdom building will be easier with the right synergy among believers and kingdom workers if we join hands as partners to fight together in unity of purpose to win territories for Jesus Christ our saviour and not for ourselves. This can only be possible when we treat others as being important ahead of ourselves or when we are considerate while dealing with others. “As the scripture says: “Who knows the mind of the Lord? Who is able to give him advice?”We, however, have the mind of Christ.” 1 Corinthians 2:16.

Prayer :Thank you Father God for saving my soul.. Today, I die to every selfish desires that will hinder your purpose in my life. Thank you for making me a party to your plan this end time. Let the mind of Christ be at work in me forever in Jesus mighty name….. Amen 🙏🏿.

Jesus Wants To Live In You.

ENTHRONEMENT ASSEMBLY DAILY DEVOTIONALS.

Thursday November 14th, 2024.

Topic :Jesus Wants To Live In You.

Memory Verse :Luke 7:, 15. The dead man sat up and began to talk, and Jesus gave him back to his mother.

Bible Reading :Luke 7:12-14 GNB. Key Verse : v14.

Just as he arrived at the gate of the town, a funeral procession was coming out. The dead man was the only son of a woman who was a widow, and a large crowd from the town was with her. When the Lord saw her, his heart was filled with pity for her, and he said to her, “Don’t cry.” Then he walked over and touched the coffin, and the men carrying it stopped. Jesus said, “Young man! Get up, I tell you!”

Jesus had just finished healing the servant of an Italian military captain or commander. Then he was going into the city of Nain when he met a burial procession at the entrance of the city. A widow had just lost her only precious possession who was her only son and hope to death. Her pain and sorrow had no comparison. He world was crumbling down. Because it was death, she was very devastated in her hopeless and helpless situation. When she met Jesus, he understood what she was passing through in her pain and gave her a reason to reason laugh again. “You know about Jesus of Nazareth and how God poured out on him the Holy Spirit and power. He went everywhere, doing good and healing all who were under the power of the Devil, for God was with him.” Acts 10:38.

What stopped the negative flow of events in the life of the widow in the city of Nain was just a casual contact or meeting with Jesus on the way. Jesus was so caring that he couldn’t continue his journey without doing something to get this very widow out of her pain, so that she could rejoice again. Now, imagine the sudden change that would have taken place in that environment and city on that very day. The mourning procession suddenly turned into a celebration of restoration of life at the split of a second because Jesus showed up. In like manner, he is here to show up in your own life and situation today. His mission is to turn your mourning into laughter. “This was done to make what the prophet Isaiah had said come true: “Land of Zebulun and land of Naphtali, on the road to the sea, on the other side of the Jordan, Galilee, land of the Gentiles! The people who live in darkness will see a great light. On those who live in the dark land of death the light will shine.”” Matthew 4:14-16.

Today, Jesus mission here is not just to drop a miracle in your life and leave. Rather, he wants to build a working relationship with you, he wants you to be his abode. He desires to reveal himself to you, so that you can have first hand experience of the depth and reality of his love for you that made him die painfully on the cross to give you indestructible life. Don’t just take his miracle and leave, rather desire to know him the more by drawing closer to him daily. That is how to build a relationship with him that gurrantees you a lifetime of his endless interventions anytime you have need of it. “Judas (not Judas Iscariot) said, “Lord, how can it be that you will reveal yourself to us and not to the world?” Jesus answered him, “Whoever loves me will obey my teaching. My Father will love him, and my Father and I will come to him and live with him.” John 14:22-23.

Prayer :Thank you Lord Jesus for your love for me that knows no boundaries. Thank you for giving up your life, so that I may live by you. Help me to always draw closer to you daily. Make me a man you can always live in by your Spirit, in Jesus precious name…. Amen 🙏🏿.
