ENTHRONEMENT ASSEMBLY DAILY DEVOTIONALS.

Sunday February 23rd, 2025.

Topic : Live To Make Christ Known.

Memory Verse: 2 Peter 1:8. Since these virtues are already planted deep within, and you possess them in abundant supply, they will keep you from being inactive or fruitless in your pursuit of knowing Jesus Christ more intimately.

Bible Reading : 2 Peter 1:5-7 TPT. Key Verse :v8.

So devote yourselves to lavishly supplementing your faith with goodness, and to goodness add understanding, and to understanding add the strength of self-control, and to self-control add patient endurance, and to patient endurance add godliness, and to godliness add mercy toward your brothers and sisters, and to mercy toward others add unending love.

The beauty of following Jesus is in transformed lives. This becomes possible when we walk in understanding of what is expected of us. As men called out of darkness into his marvellous light, there’s need for us to live as men whose lives are being watched or admired by angelic and human beings. This is because of the heavy investment of grace and love of God in our lives. “For God will not place the coming world, of which we speak, under the government of angels. But the Scriptures affirm: What is man that you would even think about him, or care about Adam’s race. You made him lower than the angels for a little while. You placed your glory and honor upon his head as a crown. And you have given him dominion over the works of your hands,” Hebrews 2:5-7.

Our being born again gave us unfettered access to the great divine blessings which are found in Christ as revealed in God’s word. In his word, he settled all that concerns our future here on earth and after this life. We are not confused therefore on what to expect from our life of union with him, rather we are to believe every of his promises as new testament believers and live by them. “Then the tempter came to entice him to provide food by doing a miracle. So he said to Jesus, “How can you possibly be the Son of God and go hungry? Just order these stones to be turned into loaves of bread.” He answered, “The Scriptures say: Bread alone will not satisfy, but true life is found in every word, which constantly goes forth from God’s mouth.” Matthew 4:3-4.

As people of God, we are expected to bear fruits unto righteousness. This becomes possible when we are yielded to the Spirit of God living inside us. When we train ourselves to listen to and walk with the Spirit of life, he will enable us develop capacity to mature to the point where we can be a blessing and a source of encouragement to others around us. At this point, his nature begins to reflect in the things we do because of our continuous attachment to him. This affects the way we reason, behave, treat others and react to situations around us. All these are intended to make Christ known or his influence be seen around the world through our own lives and testimonies of hm. “We don’t preach ourselves, but rather the lordship of Jesus Christ, for we are your servants for Jesus’ sake. For God, who said, “Let brilliant light shine out of darkness,” is the one who has cascaded his light into us—the brilliant dawning light of the glorious knowledge of God as we gaze into the face of Jesus Christ. We are like common clay jars that carry this glorious treasure within, so that the extraordinary overflow of power will be seen as God’s, not ours.” 2 Corinthians 4:5-7.

Prayer :Thank you Lord Jesus for saving me so that through me, you can reveal yourself to the world. Help me to develop a close walk with your Spirit, so that your nature can be seen in everything I do. Thank you because I live to make you known to my generation in Jesus wonderful name…… Amen🙏🏿.

Yearly Bible Reading : Deuteronomy 29 :1-29.
