Topic :Rooted In His Love, Bearing Fruits.

Memory Verse :Ephesians 3:20. To him who by means of his power working in us is able to do so much more than we can ever ask for, or even think of:

Bible Reading :Ephesians 3:17-19 GNB. Key Verse : v19.

and I pray that Christ will make his home in your hearts through faith. I pray that you may have your roots and foundation in love, so that you, together with all God’s people, may have the power to understand how broad and long, how high and deep, is Christ’s love. Yes, may you come to know his love — although it can never be fully known — and so be completely filled with the very nature of God.

At this point in time, Apostle Paul was imprisoned for the sake of the gospel. Then, many who looked upto him was being affected. Paul had to write the Ephesian believers to encourage them, so that they could see the positive dimension of the suffering he had to undergo in order to fulfil God’s purpose for his life and ministry. He had to pray that God should open the eyes of their understanding, so that they could get the best of their relationship with Christ by the help of his Spirit resident in them. “I beg you, then, not to be discouraged because I am suffering for you; it is all for your benefit. For this reason I fall on my knees before the Father, from whom every family in heaven and on earth receives its true name. I ask God from the wealth of his glory to give you power through his Spirit to be strong in your inner selves,” Ephesians 3:13-16.

Paul wanted the Ephesian believers including ourselves to learn to make our hearts a home where God himself can live and operate from when we decide to walk with him in the paths of faith. When we open our hearts to the best God has for us, we will be able to experience the love of God that is multifaceted. The more we are able to submit ourselves in humility to walk in God’s plan or will for our lives, the more we will be able to experience the revelation of his multi level love and care that is better experienced than described. “Jesus Prays for You “And I ask not only for these disciples, but also for all those who will one day believe in me through their message. I pray for them all to be joined together as one even as you and I, Father, are joined together as one. I pray for them to become one with us so that the world will recognize that you sent me. For the very glory you have given to me I have given them so that they will be joined together as one and experience the same unity that we enjoy.” John 17:20-22. TPT.

Today, the power of God is being made available to as many as are willing and open to receive. The Spirit is breathing on men to grant us strength that will help us navigate every situation designed by God to bring us to a point where our lives will count in the kingdom and in our generation. It is God’s will that we be rooted firmly in his love so that ourselves can live to manifest his nature anywhere we go. That is key to our lives bearing fruits in the kingdom. “I have never called you ‘servants,’ because a master doesn’t confide in his servants, and servants don’t always understand what the master is doing. But I call you my most intimate friends, for I reveal to you everything that I’ve heard from my Father. You didn’t choose me, but I’ve chosen and commissioned you to go into the world to bear fruit. And your fruit will last, because whatever you ask of my Father, for my sake, he will give it to you! So this is my parting command: Love one another deeply!”” John 15:15-17.

Prayer :Thank you Lord Jesus for giving me your Spirit to live by. Thank you because it’s your will that I experience the depths of your love till I become like and bear fruits that stands the test of time. Help me to be rooted in your love till it becomes part of my being in Jesus precious name…. Amen 🙏🏿.
