Topic: Redeemed To Be Fruitful.

Memory Verse: Ephesians 2:8. For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God:

Bible Reading: Ephesians 2:4-7. Key Verse: v5.

But God, who is rich in mercy, for his great love wherewith he loved us, Even when we were dead in sins, hath quickened us together with Christ, (by grace ye are saved;) And hath raised us up together, and made us sit together in heavenly places in Christ Jesus: That in the ages to come he might shew the exceeding riches of his grace in his kindness toward us through Christ Jesus.

Jesus Christ did a great and complete work of redemption in everyone who is able to recognise and accept the finished work of the cross. By his death, he was able to take our place in judgment and received a just punishment, since the wages of sin is death, so that ourselves can escape. He surrendered his own life as creator, so that his own life can function in as many as humbly accepts what he has done and allow it to be real in their lives. “And you hath he quickened, who were dead in trespasses and sins; Wherein in time past ye walked according to the course of this world, according to the prince of the power of the air, the spirit that now worketh in the children of disobedience:” Ephesians 2:1-2.

The love and mercy of God is so strong and powerful that it overuled all the enemy thought he had done. Now, we need to understand that the major reason God made this great investment in our lives, is to empower us, so that we can be able to carry as well as manifest the multidimensional riches of glory which functions alongside his grace. “And I beheld, and I heard the voice of many angels round about the throne and the beasts and the elders: and the number of them was ten thousand times ten thousand, and thousands of thousands; Saying with a loud voice, Worthy is the Lamb that was slain to receive power, and riches, and wisdom, and strength, and honour, and glory, and blessing.”
Revelation 5:11-12.

From today understand that we have been called to a new life of fruitfulness. What Christ did for us nullified all the enemy did in the past. Because of Jesus, we now live a life of habitual fruitfulness. This is made possible because of our new placement in him; we are now seated with him in the place of authority and rulership. “And they sung a new song, saying, Thou art worthy to take the book, and to open the seals thereof: for thou wast slain, and hast redeemed us to God by thy blood out of every kindred, and tongue, and people, and nation; And hast made us unto our God kings and priests: and we shall reign on the earth.” Revelation 5:9-10. See also Psalm 1:1-3.

Prayer :Thank you Lord Jesus for lavishing grace on me out of your love for me. Open the eyes of my understanding to all you have done for me. Help me to tap into the fulness of the attendant glory and blessing you have made available to me as live a life of all round fruitfulness in Jesus precious name…. Amen 🙏🏿.

Yearly Bible Reading : Acts 26:1-32.
